Excellent service. Especially the front desk manager Natasha and folks at vallet. There is a conveniently located 3rd party parking structure just behind the hotel. Complimentary breakfast had a good variety and well stocked. Would definitely stay here again when we visit Portland.

Friendly staff. Beautiful outdoor courtyard with 3 fire pits. Very clean. My only complaint is the indoor pool is always too cold. My granddaughter lives to swim in it but she can’t stay in long because it’s too cold.

The staff was very welcoming and professional and met all of our needs. The room was large and well appointed. The hotel is well located in the Pearl District and close to major routes to get around the city. breakfast that was included with more than adequate. Valet parking was very highly priced at $55 a day, we found street parking instead. We would recommend this hotel if you’re going to Portland.

For the most part my family enjoyed the stay at this facility. Our biggest complaint is with the valet services. On the first day 8 NOV, we parked around the corner of the hotel due to how full the valet part of the street was. I promptly let the valet gentleman know that was the case. My main concern was the risk of having my car towed if in spot where parking expired for too long. I came back down about an hour or hour and a half later and the vehicle hadn’t moved. I reminded a new older gentleman where my car was and he moved in quickly. The next day 9 NOV, we let Natasha and Eric know about our small frustrations. I hadn’t received a text to call for my car yet so Natasha was able to relay the message. I met eric and then he sent the claims text. We had been in and out that day and still was unable to call for the call. Later that evening I think one of the younger valets was able to check in the car so that it could be called. The last day (today) was the only time I was able to call for the call through the app. Other than this small issue, our stay was awesome. All of the staff (front desk, staff, bar, breakfast, housekeeping) were nice and easy to work with. Shout out to Natasha for listening to our complaint on Saturday and the kitchen staff during breakfast for being so nice and giving gifts to the kids.

We really appreciated the location, the spacious courtyard, the happy hour, having a restaurant on site, the gym, the pool and all of the amenities of the room. We had everything that we needed. There was only one thing that I think needs to be changed. The 3 large photographs opposite the elevators were offensive to me, as someone who experienced an urban wildfire. I would like to stay at this property again, but I really would like it if those photographs of an urban wildfire were replaced. Given the tragic fires that have occurred in Oregon, I am astonished that these photos were selected as something that guests would enjoy.

They will jack you on the parking, but you won't know it until you show up and have already paid for your non-refundable room. Then, you'll show up and spend >$50 for parking. Making this actually a lousy deal. I love Residence Inns. I've stayed at a bunch of them. I'll not plan to stay here again, though. They know what they're doing, so that they show up as cheap on Expedia. Just know what you're getting into...

This is our second stay at this hotel. And it’s relatively new and well thought out. Offers a decent complimentary breakfast. Before this stay I was happy to recommend it. BUT this time housekeeping was awful. They didn’t clean our room once during our three-night trip. I even called to let the front desk know after the first night. They said they would make a note of it but again after the second night our room wasn’t cleaned. Disgraceful. They least they could have done was make the bed. Very disappointed!

I guess my room was very close to where the big garbage dumpsters are so at 4 AM on a couple of days while I was there the big trucks were banging the dumpsters and there was just no sweeping through it. Other than that, it did feel kind of David. Also, there were no cops or plates in my room so while I had a coffee pot, it was useless.

The property is fairly new and has nice amenities, but it is horribly sound proofed. I was kept up most of the night by hearing guests in the neighboring room, through the bedroom wall. When I brought the issue to management's attention, they were nice enough to move me to another room. Unfortunately, in the new room I could hear loud footsteps from the room above me.

Check in was very quick and easy and the location of the hotel was within walking distance of where I was working for the weekend. There is a variety of places to eat and grab coffee and a supermarket 4 blocks away. The room was spacious with a kitchen, living space, bed and bathroom. Lots or room to sprawl with big windows and good lighting. I will definitely stay here again!

The hotel atnosphere waa lovely. The breakfast was amazing with many choices. The coffee waa divine. We got a room with 2 queen beds and a sleeper couch. The beds were awesome! The couch fold out bed however was awful. My son had to fold it up and sleep on the couch which wasnt great for his 6 ft frame. The couch bed also had no sheets or pillows. We had to request them. And there was no soap by the sink in the bathroom otherwise the room waa clean and adequate. The staff was courteoua frie d and professional.

The 1 bedroom suite with two queen beds was large and perfect for our family of two adults and 2 children. The property seemed recently renovated, the staff incredibly friendly, and the room was spotless. Although we could at times hear footsteps from the room above us we never heard voices or plumbing sounds which helped us get a great nights rest. My only complaint would be the sofa bed wasn’t comfortable, a Murphy bed would be a better option. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would absolutely stay here again!

Very clean and spacious. Very clean bathroom with excellent water pressure. Appreciate the kitchenette & separate living room since my friend was on a different time zone. Our room faced a courtyard and was very quiet. Central location in the Pearl district. Would stay there again.

What a wonderful place to stay long term or short! So spacious and comfortable! Very friendly staff from Wanda in the breakfast area to Daniel of the Valet! You really have a great staff of the friendliest people ever! I felt so welcomed!

Took hours to receive towels and pillows . I had to call multiple times and go downstairs just to receive the stuff i needed . They light went out in the Bathroom and nobody came upstairs to fix the problem.

Every single worker we spoke with or encountered was incredibly nice and helpful and friendly. I've never had such consistently wonderful service from hotel staff. Breakfast was amazing. Both in the amount of options and in how quickly everything would be restocked once it ran out. I've never seen anything like it! The room itself was spacious and comfortable. If fit all the boxes I needed. Can't recommend this place enough

This was a great location for a show at Moda Center. It was about a mile walk but was only like one block to get to the bridge to cross the river, and then after the bridge, we were basically there! We felt safe making that walk too even at 11:00 at night. It was also about a half mile walk into the area with some more restaurants, Powell's etc. All in all, it was a great location for us. The included breakfast was also quite tasty: scrambled eggs, potatoes, bacon, a waffle station, yogurt and general other continental breakfast items. I do recommend just parking in the train station garage. Using SpotHero, that was only $15 for 24 hours compared to the $55 valet at the hotel.

Great hotel and wonderful staff! The area is slowly improving. The nearby vacant buildings are being renovated and new shops & restaurants are opening up. But there are still unhoused people living in doorways of older vacant buildings & in tents on the sidewalks nearby. I don't feel safe walking down certain streets around this hotel.

I was pleasantly surprised staying at this property. I was nervous that the area around us wouldn’t be safe because of past stays in downtown Portland but this area was safe, quiet and conveniently located near the Moda center. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms, main lobby and restaurant were very clean. Parking is the only thing that was a bit hard as we didn’t want to pay for valet but we were lucky to find street parking nearby. Would definitely stay here again!

Conveniently located near Union Station, all that we wanted to see was within our walking distance. Despite proximity to trains, our room overlooking the courtyard was very quiet. Lot 4 for breakfast buffet and dinner was great. Sadly Portland’s homeless challenge is very evident in hotel environs.

Located in one of the nicest, cleanest areas of Portland. We were able to spend an entire day walking around, taking in the sights, and enjoying local cuisine. Powell's Books is a 15-minute walk away from the hotel. The breakfast is outstanding.

It was a refreshing place to call home for the night. The on site restaurant was great, breakfast was decent. I know that trying to feed the masses is an undertaking, but they did have fruit, yogurt, many offerings to give variety, it is just that many of the pre-made offerings (like the fluffy egg circles with cheese seem very artificial. The room was great. It was very clean, quiet, modern, and cozy. The area is nice too. In any pocket of Portland there can be issues, but this area was very safe and I could even park on the street given the arrival time. I did not have a concern about my car being bothered. The front desk attendants were really accommodating and answered questions about offerings in the area like a pro. I will keep this property in mind when we return, it was really close the the train station, so that opens up some ideas for future travel.
