Stayed 19 nights

Loved San Angel. Loved the access to Mercados, restaurants, museums, and art fairs. Fantastic location. Did not love working with the property manager. When we arrived after a long day of travel, the apartment had not been cleaned. The manager was incredibly difficult to work with. He did not believe me that half of the beds had been slept in and the towels were dirty. He asked me to send photos, which I did, over and over and insisted he couldn't access them. He was so condescending, insisting that there was no way it had not been cleaned since the housekeeper sent him photos that it had been cleaned. He treated me like I was just being a diva when there was literal garbage on bathroom and kitchen counters. It was frustrating. When the housekeeper came the next morning (we had to double up on beds since there were five of us and two available beds), she spent two hours cleaning the apartment. She did a great job and even bought a washcloth and hand towel for the kitchen. There were no cleaning supplies and only one extra trash bag. We were there for twenty days and had no regular cleaning service (which is legit, but there was no way for us to clean?), but we were expected to use only two trash bags? Thankfully, there is a washer/dryer, but it took about eight hours for one load. When we needed clean towels, it took literally all day to wash. I just don't think Miguel knows how to take care of long-term guests.

Stayed 10 nights

My family and I stayed at this nice, clean apartment, it had 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, good sizes all of it, a small kitchen and a washer and dryer combo. We had no issues getting in, beside de combination for the door, but we called the manager and he answered really fast and help us out. The only issues we had was the noise from the streets, which we are not used to, and the description said it had a king size bed (my husband is 6.4 feet tall) and loves the bigger beds. The beds were only full/queen size, no king. It has no A/C so if its hot, you open the doors and a nice breeze comes in, but then so does the noise. The location was great, you are close to a busy and happening neighborhood, so easy walk to parks and restaurants. The view of the apartment is also wonderful to see, because you are on the 8th floor. We enjoyed our stay here, totally would recommended it.
