This is an awesome hotel. It’s comfortable and quiet, with new amenities. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Kaelyn and Devenie (sp?) were really great. We really loved being right on the streetcar line. Hardly had to use our car and left it in the onsite parking lot. Highly recommend!

Check in was confusing since the front entrance was closed. Next to zero amenities, like no cups or glasses in the room. Room was super noisy and didn’t feel secure. Whole vibe was just gross. No coffee, just decaf, for the continental breakfast. Trash cans overflowing outside. Parking would be confusing to those new to Kansas City. Pretty sure my towels were used - there was a weird brown splotch on the bath towel and they were all scratchy or crusty.

Room was clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. The challenge is the parking and the area around the hotel can get a little sketchy at night. Great location near the the KC Plaza.
