Very nice hotel. Clean. Easy parking. Easy to get to. Only wish they had complimentary breakfast.

Amazingly clean, professional staff and the fitness room was beyond excellent. The equipment was really nice and maintained. I honestly can't wait to come back and stay again!

Nice place nice little bar/ restaurant attached easy access to downtown Louisville. Would highly recommend.

We were in town for a music festival and really enjoyed our stay. The staff was great, the rooms and common areas were very clean, and parking was convenient. Would definitely stay again.

This is a solid hotel in an area where we’ve struck out before. It’s newer and clean, but no pool.

A not-prominent sign in the bathroom said that the room was serviced every other day. If you're checking in for two days, the room won't be serviced. Would have been nice to know that ahead of time. No refreshed towels during the stay. Need some after two people shower? Too bad. Not impressed.

The property is new, rooms are well-appointed and comfortable. Desk staff was friendly and attentive. One of my favorite hotels in the Louisville area.

Quiet, clean, comfortable bed, good air circulation with the heating/cooling unit, everything in the bathroom was clean and worked well.

This hotel was so spotlessly clean. It was convenient to where we were going. Beds were extremely comfortable. Rooms were very spacious. Loved the closet. Wish we would have been staying longer.

We absolutely loved the hotel, the room, etc. The probability of not coming back is due the extremely rock hard beds. After talking to friend who had stayed there a couple weeks before, they too, felt the same way. After staying there for two days, all of our backs are paying for it with chiropractor appointments afterwards. It is sad this is the ONLY reason we would not return or recommend to our friends. The rooms were beautiful, employees could not be more friendly and helpful, that is our only complaint.

We did not get a restful sleep due to broken blinds. When we called the desk, he told me the blind control sounded broken and there was nothing he could do about it. So, we had the full lighting of the front entrance in our room all night. Only coffee in rooms was decaf, so on top of poor sleep, no caffeine. Disappointing stay at a brand new hotel. Poor customer care when we had an issue.

The hotel was nice and we enjoyed the room. My only complaint was that the tv in the room barely worked. The remote buttons had to be pushed many times to get anything done. When using Netflix on the tv, you cannot fast forward or rewind anything because some of the buttons on the remote either don’t exist or have been deactivated. On our final night, we tried watching a movie. We paused to take showers and when we went to resume, it started back from the beginning on Netflix. This is where the lack of working or present buttons to fast forward came into play. Thinking it was the batteries, I went to the front desk around 2am to ask for more batteries. When I got there, nobody was at the desk. I waited a minute or so. Then I walked around the counter and knocked on the “employees only” door. No answer. I walked around to the “employees breakroom” door by the elevators and knocked. No answer. Finally, I used the lobby phone to call the front desk. It rang for at least a minute straight before I saw a man emerge from where the “employees only” door is, looking as though he just woke up from a nap. I hung up the phone and approached the front desk and explained to him (I think his name was David. The “might manager”) my situation. He looked around and finally found some replacement batteries. I returned to the room and tried and the tv still refused to function properly. Also, I tried to use my own ROKU with saved apps but the tv remote doesn’t allow you to change the Input.

Didnt stay all night. Didnt have breakfast. Staff was the most rude, unhelpful and disrespectful I have ever dealt with in my entire life. Condescending, shady, gave me somwone else's receipt on purpose because i dared to ask for my own at checkout to ensure my bill was straight. Smirked at me with joy when he knew i was distraught because of the lies he told about billing. This utter lack of "customer service " has me recommending that no one stay here. They willl issue false charges and one guy thinks he's better than the people who can afford to stay there. He purposely says things to upset customers. Then lies to his superiors saying the customer "claims" something when customer has actual receipts. He needs to be fired before he brings business down.

Customer service was lacking, especially night staff. We also tried three times to eat at the at the restaurant, and never recieved service. The hotel was clean, and we had great service upon arrival, but lacked thereafter.

Once again, Victor Gets my praises. He accommodated my early check-in after driving a long distance. The room was very relaxing comfortable and truly amazing if I’m ever up this way again I most definitely would stay at the Hilton Garden Inn.

Everyone was incredibly nice! They greet you every time you come in with a smile on their face. The room was very clean and spacious. I would absolutely stay here again without any hesitation when visiting again!

Staff were very friendly and location is perfect for being close to Louisville. Room was updated and clean. The closet for the king sized bed room was a cool set up with plenty of space.

We liked that it was right next to the Interstate and only 5 minutes from our travel assignment!

There’s not much going on around the facility. It’s off by itself. The proper itself was cleans well kept

This hotel is convenient to downtown Louisville. It is in a nice and quiet area with easy parking. Staff were super friendly and hotel was clean. I would not recommend the onsite restaurant as the food quality was poor but there are plenty of other dining options in the area.

I was sorry the Resturant wasn’t open for breakfast. I guess the chef didn’t come in. We were compensated with a couple of snacks. That was nice but not breakfast.

Everything was wonderful. The staff. Victor. The only complaint is the restaurant needs work. Jasmine and the bartender, were wonderful. Overall, this is a great place to stay.

The staff at the hotel were great. The restaurant was meh: food took forever, was tepid, and borderline as far as taste. Wait staff was very good however.

Victor is amazing the rooms are quite nice. I do wish they had better management at their restaurant because if they had this as together as their hotel and staff, this would be the perfect place for a “staycation”

Good stay. However, don't like the fact Host talked about breakfast at 6:00am to 9:00am. It gives one the impression that breakfast is complimentary. However, he failed to mention that it is not complimentary. Please do no mention anything about breakfast if it is not complimentary.

Breakfast and dinner was lacking. But the bartender and waitstaff were wonderful.

When we checked in the staff told us about local restaurants and gave us some recommendations. He was very friendly. We decided to eat at Fuzzy which is attached to the hotel. They were very slow and not organized, the menu is limited. Our waitress was very friendly though. We wouldn’t recommend the restaurant.

When I reserved the room it showed that the property offered a buffet breakfast. Most of the Garden Inns do (all of the ones I've stayed at.) This one does not. When I brought this up to the front desk manager she waived me off and told me we dont do that here.
