This was the most disgusting property we have ever stayed at. The room was half painted the carpet was disgusting. The lamps were rusted. AC and heating system was damaged. Only 1/2 roll of toilet paper in room. Ice machine was broken!!!! 1 wash cloth 1 hand towel which neither looked very clean. We would not even shower in this disgusting property. Pay-a little more and go down the road!!!!! We didn’t feel very safe in the area.

Well Ac unit was trash then the old tv was broken fell over. Front door had gaps in it air blowing in. Of course ice machine on bottom floor literally place is a joke .

I did not like that they advertised for a pool and did not have one and I did not like being rushed out of the room after I paid $20 extra to have a new checkout time she came in my room twice without even knocking she was just there

Horrible. Check-in went good, except for the sliding door that was broken and had to be manually opened/closed. The lady who checked us in was nice, considerate, very helpful but the man who was helping or assistant was extremely rude. the first roon she gave us was a joke - the battery for the card was just hanging, the door would not close completely, there wasmold on the bed, no phone or ice bucket, only 2 towels and washcloths for a 2 queen bed room that sleeps 4, tiles in bathroom ceiling were missing, revealing the plumbing, etc., of the room above it. I went back to the office, she said I could check put other rooms or she could cancel & refund at no charge. We had been driving for 11 hours so we decided to check out the other rooms. Both had only 2 towels & washcloths, both were 2 queen beds, 1 had no phoe, the other had a phone that did not work. Because we were tired and it was around 7PM, we opted to stay in the 2nd room. It was fairly clean, but after I went to bed, something bit me on my forehead, twice on the chin, once on my right hand & on my forearm. When I went around to the office to return the 2nd key, the guy was extremely rude to me, yelled at me for not closing the door that was open when I went in. The parking area was very tight, the pool had been filled in, cars parked on the side.

We checked in late on May 2, around 1 AM, (May3rd)for our stay from May 2 to May 3, and unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. The bedsheets in the room were visibly dirty and had an unpleasant smell, making it impossible for us to sleep. Since it was late at night, we didn’t complain right away, but this level of cleanliness is unacceptable. We expect a refund for such poor service, as this stay did not meet even the basic standards of hygiene. Definitely not what we expected from Motel 6.” AC has ful dirt on it

Filthy mattresses, cockroaches, and drugs being sold just outside our door. The toilet leaked, the ac was smashed and didn't work. People looking in our window. SKETCHY!!!! The room was filthy. Tv remote did not work, AC barely worked. I walked out to my vehicle around 10pm and took my room card with me. I’m could not get back in the room and went to the front office for help. Rang the bell and the employee that was mad I was bothering him and whatever female he had with him. He did something with my card twice and acted like I was a child that didn’t know how to use the room card. He finally walked back to the room with me and verified that the battery to the lock was dead so he had to use the actual key to open the door for me. Hotel is an dump and employees rude as can be.

Does Motel 6 ever send someone to inspect the properties they franchise? Tom Bodette would be embarrassed to "Leave the lite on" at this one. To check in, you don't go into a lobby. You talk through a filthy window. The parking lot is littered with trash, overturned food trays, underwear, and other assorted discarded items. The interior of the room isn't any better. Someone punched a hole in the shower stall, there was mold around the tub, stains on the mattress, stains on the wall, food left in the refrigerator from previous tenants, an unflushed toilet, and greasy fingers all over the microwave and television. The room door had a large gap because it wouldn't close all the way. The place is in really bad shape.

The reception wasn't very friendly she was on the phone the whole time the room was fair but it was noisy the room next to me they were arguing and it was loud and the bed is old and lumpy overall I would never ever stay at this place again because it's noisy the bed is uncomfortable and the website says they have breakfast they do not have any kind of breakfast to offer all upset

They over booked and locked their doors. They provided nothing saying they were at fault for overbooking and not having a room for us so we could get a refund. It's 2 weeks later and we are still fighting for a refund from a crappy motel we couldn't even get a room for. We tried checking in approximately 15 minutes after booking so it's not like they assumed we were no shows and gave our room away.

Stayed there on 5 and 9 April. On 5 April, on arrival, was met at the front door by "Dennis K." who told me he had been knifed. He later told me the person was staying next to him in room 229. Reception advised that they would not report it to the police. The property only uses the night window, even at 4 pm. The lobby is not available, even if you are 70 yrs old and need to use the bathroom at the end of your drive like I did. Based on that, safety is a big concern for me. I stayed in room 214 on 5 April. The faucet at the sink leaked profusely all over the counter. I reported it, not sure it was ever fixed. I stayed in room 117 on 9 April. That was when I learned the lobby is closed even at 4 pm. The joint where the shower head joins the pipe was leaking and spraying on the the cieling and tile floor, making the floor a slippery fall hazard. I slipped but did not fall, fortunately. The faucet for the shower also leaked. I reported the plumbing problems again to the front desk on checkout and at least the guy wrote down the plumbing problems. I will spend an extra $30 next time for a safer place.

1. The lobby was closed due to still practicing Covid protocols. 2. The room stank and it made my throat soar. 3. The bathroom towels were dirty, one was soaked with a dark stain. 4. There were many questionable people in the parking lot exchanging cash and loitering. 5. Due to the unsafe environment. (I felt vulnerable like a target for crime) I left and stayed at another hotel . Your service is setting up unknowing travelers to be victims of crime, not to mention getting sick breathing the bad air in the room.
