The property was okay, wasn’t what I expected from the website. The floors became real moist and wet due to jacuzzi filling up with hot water with steam. It need to be a better solution with that. Someone could easily get hurt from Wet floors. It was not enough of towels for the room. Also our refrigerator wasn’t working at all. It took awhile For the room to cool off from the steam of the jacuzzi tub. The led light around the bed frame didn’t work. Staff was friendly though.

No cable interest for about 8 hours then lights went out all day Saturday and it was cold. I couldn't get a refund because i booked on Line and no more money to get another room. It was a very nice room though. I was 3 hours away from home. It needs microwave in all rooms. We had a refrigerator but no microwave.

Great place, amazing staff. We were sad the fireplace didn’t work but everything else was fine. It was close to everything, very convenient. The room actually smelled really fresh. Good little set up :)

There’s been a lot of money and work that has went into this hotel. It’s made to be very nice! However, I first tried to turn the tv/fireplace backlights lights on and they only flickered and then stayed off. Went to take a shower and noticed the are to place soap and shampoo in had an empty bottle in it, like it hadn’t been cleaned. We also couldn’t get the tv to work. Called down to the desk a few times before reaching someone. They came up and said the empty bottle must still be there because the housekeeper didn’t clean that area and left the bottle there for me to throw away. He gave us a different remote for the tv but then we couldn’t get service because it makes you connect to wifi using your phone. I’ve never had a hotel that did this and it didn’t even work when I tried it. Called down again and got no answer. Went to bed with no tv. Definitely need to work on cleaning rooms after every stay and getting the tv to work. Upon leaving, there was a woman’s douche in the parking lot. Love Hotel vibes

i’m never one to leave reviews. much less a bad one. but we stopped at this place after a 11 hour drive and just needed a place to rest our heads before another 5 hour drive the next day. upon arrival, the NON smoking room smelled so intensely of smoke that me and my cousin were choking on it and could taste it. i had to body slam the door to get it to close, and the lock was really iffy and wouldn’t work right. so we just felt generally unsafe as two girls alone. there were wads of what looked like pubic hair in the bed. and generally just felt like a really nasty porn hotel. we left within 10 minutes and just decided to push out the last 5 hour drive and go home.

They pictures give an appearance of cleanliness. Unfortunately the room was dirty and smelly. I reserved a non smoking room, but my room stank of stale tobacco and weed. Additionally there was a domestic violence issue in another room. The room also had weird wooshing noises and the mini fridge was loud. The nearest restaurant is a 15 minute walk.

First room was dirty, not cleaned from other customer. Second room had a person in cutting their hair. Third room had dirty sheets and they didn't have extras, so had to remove those sheets to wash them. Discovered entire mattress was wet and moldy. Left hotel without staying there after 3 hours of this bull. Need paid back.

The sheets were dirty along with very damp towels inside bathroom , a used towel was still in shower . Crumbs inside bed and on floor There were roaches , the starlights didn’t work and the dry towels were dirty as well.

This is a very minimalist hotel. Our room had a bed and a cabinet for the refrigerator which doubled as a nightstand. That was all that was in the room, no chair, no table, no dresser. We looked in other rooms and saw that some had a dresser, but ours did not. The room was not well lit. There was one “set of lights” in the corner next to the door. The only other lights, besides the bathroom, were blue lights behind the bed and wall mounted tv. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the staff was friendly. However, I would not stay here again, because of the lack of a chair to sit in.

This room was so unique! That's why we selected this place, and we loved it. I wish there was a switch to turn off the overhead star lights; we didn't realize until the next morning that we could just unplug it. The only other thing that was weird is the shower, as you can see the whole thing through the clear glass facing the bedroom. (Hopefully you're sharing the room with someone you're super comfortable around, haha.) The rainfall showerhead and the massage jets were really nice. There was no curtain between the shower and the rest of the bathroom area, so the floor easily gets wet. But otherwise we really enjoyed the room. Both of the desk attendants that I dealt with were VERY nice and wanted to make sure we had a great stay. Would recommend!

I have never done the walk of shame until this morning walking out of MOTEL I did nothing but try to sleep in. I booked this room based on a "very good" rating from hotels.com and pure exhaustion. It was less than a mile from the hospital, which was nice. I just wanted to sleep in the "nonsmoking" room before driving 3 hours back home. The room smelled so strongly of weed and cigars my eyes watered all night and I ended up with a migraine. I did not realize this was an adults only establishment until the glass window wall of the shower invited me to the red light district. The greasy handprints on the "fireplace", the mirror behind the bed, and the star-lit ceiling were my next clues. Wish I had known BEFORE my 2 brothers waited with me while I checked in before they drove home. The lights could not be turned off and there was a whirring sound all night like the bed was trying to do a vegas-style vibration or rotation. The final straw was receiving my $60 deposit back IN ALL ONES. If this is what youre looking for, they've got it, but I sure wish I had known before I booked...bc i certainly wouldn't have.

We love the interior design. How ever upon checkin there was a towel laying in the shower, which was removed before we returned. My wife unfolded one towel after showering and saw to strands of hair. The mirrors above the bed was streaked from not being wiped properly. Nevertheless those are minor things. My wife and I did not enjoy just waking up receiving a phone call telling us the police are on the way because we are not supposed to be in the room. No questions were asked.My wife immediately stopped the lady and told her that she was handling this situation incorrectly and she chose to continue her spill about the police coming. So after canceling taking my shower we go downstairs to hear that it was a miscommunication on their end. We left 2 1/2 hours before our check out with no type of "lets make this right".

I stayed for 5 nights to be close to St Dominic’s hospital, so the ambiance of this hotel was lost on me. It’s a jewel! NO SCAM! They took an old roadside dive motel, gutted it & created an experience. It has a South Beach // adults only vibe. And added bonus #1 ….the GM Felicia & her assistant Tae are running a tight ship. CLEAN, COMFORTABLE, LAID BACK, & Professional. BONUS #2 it’s a small business - no “could care less” corporate chain 1 area of improvement - they should lose the single-use personals & stock rooms with refillable stationary bottles.

Upon arrival I was told I had to give a $60 cash only security deposit. This was not posted anywhere on the Expedia listing. After getting in contact with Expedia to cancel my reservation, they waived the cash fee and let me stay.

The staff were not very welcoming, didn't seem very professional. There are candy bowls filled with condoms at the check in desk which is really all you need to know about what kind of place it is. It was over priced for what you pay for (sketchy, sheets that feel like cardboard, staff that clearly don't care about their job). Would not recommend.

The service has always been a lovely stay until I extended my stay for an extra night. Ms.Sheila had a great attitude. However, the janitor decided to burst into our room without knocking and demanded we leave. Note I had already purchased an extra room the night prior. I walked to the front desk, and a hefty set lady had a distasteful attitude toward me because of my appearance. She started to lose customer service and yelled her voice and stated, “This is how I talk” Well, from my seven-year experience in customer service, it has never been okay to yell and try to argue with your customers. She also tried to threaten to “ rebuke” my stay because she claimed I had an attitude. Rooms are nonrefundable, so her having that authority should be reconsidered for your company. Extremely unprofessional and caused a bad view on the hotel.

I tried to check in early said rooms weren’t clean that’s fine. I asked for a room near the front since I’m traveling solo. She gave me a room all the way in back. So many people hanging out outside. I gotten woken up in the middle of night to screaming. Could not go back to sleep so loud outside porpoise in and out slamming doors. Would not stay here again because of all the commotion outside. They need security to get everyone inside their rooms during night time hours.

This is not a safe place to stay. There were drug deals in the parking lot as well as hourly room users. We were just thankful that our car was still there when we got up the next day.

Looks like they bought a motel and fixed it up. Property was clean. Room was very clean. Smaller then i thought. Room was really nice with fireplace extra large tv and huge shower. Loved the rain shower and how large. I do not like motels for how close your bed is to the door to hear everything. I did not know this was a motel. They painted the brick gray on the outside thst was nice. Steps where old. To many party people in the middle of the night. Very loud. Had someone knock on our door numerous times looking for other people at 2am. Scary for us. Very loud outside our door for a while from midnight to 3am. People smoking weed and cigs that we could smell in our room. Hard to sleep. We did stay on a Friday night. Wish there was a smaller table and chair by the front door window. Wish they had better larger thicker towels. Bath towels had holes and so small could not wrap aroun me. Very hard and thin. Limited lighting in the room. Add another regular light. Place was very clean inside our room. just people partying and loud.

I liked the aesthetic of the room with the led lights and the shower but other than that it was the smallest hotel room that I’ve stayed in and also since there was no real door between the bathroom and room ( it is separated by a barn door) the smells were able to seep through and also there the shades on the window let no light in and couldn’t be let up due to people being able to see straight into the room. Also there was no breakfast and no microwave in the room also I didn’t know where to get ice or anything. Overall there was more negatives than positives and it’s overhyped and I wouldn’t stay again. It just kinda give glorified motel.
