A family owned hotel. Always clean. Bus stop and 7-11 right next to hotel. AC, coffee maker and fridge in all rooms. I would recommend anyone to stay here.

Dirty. Long black hairs on the old, outdated flooring. Tub was discolored as the finish was coming off. Sink drain did not work. TV was not set up correctly and took a bit to figure out. Bed was clean and comfortable. Fridge was not working properly and would not turn down. Drinks froze. Check in was thru a window as lobby was not open (2pm). Motel is old and outdated. Heater was relatively new and worked fine.

We're smokers. Told the smoking area is front. Barred locked. When asker about it's locked the clerk could not/ would not provide access. Staff is rude and disrespectful. I'm still handling over-charges that are fraudulent.

The manager is really nice. They keep a tight ship. No riff raff I’ve always felt safe there. The room was really clean and overall a great value. It’s also really close to downtown Hayward and lots of dining.

I go and the drawers in the room do not close sontheyre opem the whole time. The bathroom had a bunch of dead ants and the lighting fixture made noises like it was aboutbto blow a fuze.

The worst parts of my stay is that I left with bed bug bites. Nest is that I didn’t get any rest which was the whole point of my stay. Banging at night and banging during the day due to construction which the hotel needed because there where literally multiple loose tiles in the floor, I almost fell several times. The shower was in terrible condition.

There were countless of spiders, bathtub, shower head, sink, under and over walls... I didn't stay after getting rash on some spots on many skins area... afraid they'll get into my ears, nose, or other hole. I cancelled the deal and left in 6 hours... I wished they'd refund the cost... to be doing a fair businesslike.

We were given a room with the door that's broken. We have to struggle and put our physical strength to just opening and closing the door each time we have to get out and come into our room. Very frustrating 😡

Twice my family and i attempted to stay at Mission inn. First time, amonth ago, they overchaged me, later additional chatted was added. Second time, " I won\'t rent to you." Customer service was lacking. Check in area wasnt clear and inside check in was closed before we got there at 7pm. Check out wasnt possible as no one would respond to the doorbell at 7am nor did they have grab and go breakfast as advertised. Did not feel welcome. Room was clean and fine for the price but overall wouldnt visit again.

The place and location is so nice but their service is so bad shouting at people chasing people without no reason and i dont know if that the manager or one of a worker there indian guy have an affair with a guest there and give her discount but his married and he mad at the girl for bringing another people there and chase them out that's so bad i recommended service is bad but location is good

Advertising said full breakfast. Grab and Go bag doesn’t meet this statement. Pizza pocket is not breakfast fare. Fruit and juice was good. Room was quaint. Minimal bedding. Box spring was stained. Only one day did housekeeping come in 8 nights and 1 day. Overall good but could have been better. Would consider staying again.
