Vista Caribe Hotel Boutique

Hotel was very neglected and under construction. There is a lot of dust, smelly rooms, restrooms smell like sewage water, and I'm pretty sure there was mold in the shower. The first room we got the fan and the light didn't work son we got switched to a different room. Hardly any water was coming out from the kitchenette sink. The water was also salty not sure why. Overall i wouldn't recommend. Also they had a badly made wheelchair ramp that was kinda dangerous and in an inclined slope. I stayed for 7 nights because they were already paid on this app and there was no refunds, the entire 7 days i had no wifi. When i asked personnel if they could go check it they did but they said it was just down, for the entire 7 days I stayed. They only provided with 1 towel for 3 people and the beds had no blankets. Other family members at other rooms claimed dirty uncleaned rooms and trash under beds. Totally unacceptable.

No AC. Wifi was not worth connecting to if u could. Balcony without a chair. Property in pour condition. Thankful for swimming pool shower as the room shower did not work. 2 stars only because location was perfect.

Bad services bathroom really nasty overall no a place i will go ever again

We’ve stayed here before but now the outside area aren’t kept up & only 1 bath towel / no lock for safe & my room was “damp” inside. Guys were drinking & partying & loud.

Toilet didn’t work, they put my disabled wife and me on the third floor with no elevator. Electrical outlets were open etc etc etc.
