La ubicación es excelente tiene acceso directo ala playa y esta a media cuadra de la quinta avenida PERO el hotel es viejo LA ALBERCA ESTA SUPER SUCIA jamas la limpiaton en 5 dias que estuve ahi las toallas esta HORRIBLE MUY VIEJAS acabadas desgastadas raposas parecen trapeadores todo muy acabado la limpeza terrible no limpaban la terrasa y todo por encimita el personal del lobby nunca esstaba tenias que esperar que saliera de algun lado y ya por ultimo tenias acceso a playa pero les daban preferencia los que venian de fuera ya que a esa gente les pagaban y los del hotel ya venia incluido te mandaban hasta atrass Como dije en ubicacion esta perfecto y acceso a playa lo demas esta de pensarse

Le urge renovación al hotel, está muy maltratado el inmueble, el baño malo, colchones sucios, el olor a drenaje sale por el lavabo, no cuenta con estacionamiento y les importa poco donde dejes tu auto, tuve que pagar $250 por día de estacionamiento extra y está a 6 cuadras de distancia estuve a punto de correr del lugar pero lo que me detuvo fue la excelente ubicación que tiene con respecto a la 5ta avenida, en general mal lugar

Check in sin problemas, de madera rápida y oportuna, excelente ubicación al pie de playa y atracciones. Muy satisfecha con el servicio. Único inconveniente que el clima tenia gotera y costaba un poco abrir la puerta de la habitación.

Horrible place, rooms don't look anything like in the pictures, the paint was falling apart, mirror was very dirty, the place doesn't have a hot tub and the pool was so dirty that no one would want to swim in, I chooses this place because I wanted a pool and a hot tub, I couldn't use any. I tried to go somewhere else but I was too late to book something else.

Bastante cerca del mar y tuve la suerte de estar en planta baja. El bano deja mucho que desear ya que la ducha se ve bastante sucia, las toalla entregadas, por supuesto no las use bastante antiguas y percudidas. La bienvenida del Hotel muy poco calida pero oportuna.

DO NOT BOOK!! I should have listened to other reviews. This was the most disgusting place i have ever seen in my life. We didn’t stay here and i will be trying to get a refund. The room had a safe with NO lock, the bath towels were stained and thread bare, black mold in the shower, the smell was awful. The attendant was non responsive to anything.

This hotel has a great location and a good beach view. We arrive early and they let us leave our luggage at the reception. The hotel in general is not well maintained. Looks like the owners don’t care about the appearance and cleanliness and don’t want to invest any money in the property. What you see on the web page is totally different from what it looks like nowadays. Honestly, they can do much better The view from our your was amazing and the internet worked very good.

The hotel is rundown, old, and uninviting. There’s no bathmats. There was two towels that were coming apart. We asked for an extra towel because we use it for a bathmat and they wouldn’t give it to us. It’s a beautiful location but the hotel is definitely lacking. Pool isn’t swimmable, more of a foot bath. View was very nice. Manage expectations; you’re in the middle of a busy tourist area with a nice beach view. Bed was hard and sheets didn’t fit well. Cleaners didn’t clean often. But it was quiet at night for Mexico.

I gave this place an above average rating because of its prime location, with balconies facing the beach and sunrise. Also, The front desk and service people were very helpful whenever we asked for help (but asking was definitely necessary). The cost was much less than other beachfront hotels, which is why we chose this place—as a value option. So it gets 4 out of 5 stars for its overall value given its location.

Nothing like the pictures online. There was a lot things wrong with the room but the worst was the bed. The bed sheet was big enough to cover the whole mattress and that’s what show the bad condition of the mattress we were suppose to rest during our 5 day trip. We couldn’t sleep the only night we end up staying here, that we end up going to different hotel for the remaining of our trip.

Nothing like the pictures online. There was a lot things wrong with the room but the worst was the bed. The bed sheet was big enough to cover the whole mattress and that’s what show the bad condition of the mattress we were suppose to rest during our 5 day trip. We couldn’t sleep the only night we end up staying here, that we end up going to different hotel for the remaining of our trip.

Do not stay here. Clearly, no maintenance has been done for a very long time. It is unkept, scary and the staff are rude. There was no toilet paper in the room. When I asked the staff for toilet paper they gave me a half used roll. When I asked for a towel to take a shower I was given one very worn towel.

La ubicación es excelente tiene acceso directo ala playa y esta a media cuadra de la quinta avenida PERO el hotel es viejo LA ALBERCA ESTA SUPER SUCIA jamas la limpiaton en 5 dias que estuve ahi las toallas esta HORRIBLE MUY VIEJAS acabadas desgastadas raposas parecen trapeadores todo muy acabado la limpeza terrible no limpaban la terrasa y todo por encimita el personal del lobby nunca esstaba tenias que esperar que saliera de algun lado y ya por ultimo tenias acceso a playa pero les daban preferencia los que venian de fuera ya que a esa gente les pagaban y los del hotel ya venia incluido te mandaban hasta atrass Como dije en ubicacion esta perfecto y acceso a playa lo demas esta de pensarse

Le urge renovación al hotel, está muy maltratado el inmueble, el baño malo, colchones sucios, el olor a drenaje sale por el lavabo, no cuenta con estacionamiento y les importa poco donde dejes tu auto, tuve que pagar $250 por día de estacionamiento extra y está a 6 cuadras de distancia estuve a punto de correr del lugar pero lo que me detuvo fue la excelente ubicación que tiene con respecto a la 5ta avenida, en general mal lugar

Pool isn’t swimmable, more of a foot bath. View was very nice. Manage expectations; you’re in the middle of a busy tourist area with a nice beach view. Bed was hard and sheets didn’t fit well. Cleaners didn’t clean often. But it was quiet at night for Mexico.

I gave this place an above average rating because of its prime location, with balconies facing the beach and sunrise. Also, The front desk and service people were very helpful whenever we asked for help (but asking was definitely necessary). The cost was much less than other beachfront hotels, which is why we chose this place—as a value option. So it gets 4 out of 5 stars for its overall value given its location.

This hotel has a great location and a good beach view. We arrive early and they let us leave our luggage at the reception. The hotel in general is not well maintained. Looks like the owners don’t care about the appearance and cleanliness and don’t want to invest any money in the property. What you see on the web page is totally different from what it looks like nowadays. Honestly, they can do much better The view from our your was amazing and the internet worked very good.

DO NOT BOOK!! I should have listened to other reviews. This was the most disgusting place i have ever seen in my life. We didn’t stay here and i will be trying to get a refund. The room had a safe with NO lock, the bath towels were stained and thread bare, black mold in the shower, the smell was awful. The attendant was non responsive to anything.

Nothing like the pictures online. There was a lot things wrong with the room but the worst was the bed. The bed sheet was big enough to cover the whole mattress and that’s what show the bad condition of the mattress we were suppose to rest during our 5 day trip. We couldn’t sleep the only night we end up staying here, that we end up going to different hotel for the remaining of our trip.
