The gym was completely unkept - had broken equipment. I loved swimming in the pool (no towels provided). Laundry amenity was non-existent on the 3rd floor. Items from previous resident was left in the room (meaning that our room wasn't really clean). I'd stay here again - if I had to.

First of we booked this place because of the gym equipment. And the free breakfast. Both were disappointing. The gym equipment was broken and rusty. It was missing handles for the cables and one side of the machine was missing the pin for the weight stack. So the gym was useless. The breakfast was nasty just looked at it. Then went to Denny's for the rest of the week. The hotel is old and outdated. The elevator is old and worn. The light fixtures in the restroom and the lamp in the room both had rust all over them. I wish I could post some photos on here. There was also a musty oder. A kind of a wet dog smell in the room. There were the kids of some of the guests running around the parking lot. Yelling and being loud playing at 10:00 pm. Nobody was telling them to shut up. People are trying to enjoy some TV and sleep. Besides that, the staff was courteous and the maids were Great. And the beds were comfortable. I will stay somewhere else next time.

Be careful with elevator. I got stuck in elevator for more than 5 minutes. Its Scary experience. Other than this remaining things are good.

It wasn’t bad but it is definitely outdated. The jacuzzi wasn’t really clean and the jets didn’t really work. It’s leaking from the faucet but hot water!!! I was thankful for! The bed was comfortable. I like that they offered breakfast!

The lobby smelled like weed even though it was supposed to be non smoking. The pool area was dirty even though it is in season. The signed said no smoking within 25 ft of the building but there was still guests smoking around the presence of our family. Not enough security because random people related to the guests came into the pool area and they weren’t even guests. The light cover of the elevator came off at night and in the morning they still hadn’t fixed it. The hotel rooms were decent but the AC had a mind of its own and wouldn’t cool.

States there is a hot tub..nope..the thing they would call a hot tub had not steps or hand railing, water was cold and slimey.. The pool was not very good either. Front desk person was hard to understand

I was excited to book a quick getaway for myself and enjoy an in room jacuzzi. Long story short, the jacuzzi water stopper was broken and wouldn’t hold water and there were no wash clothes. This was very disappointing to me. Upon checkout at 11am, no one was at desk so I just chalked it up and left. The bed was comfy though. Please fix the jacuzzi tub stopper in Rm 112.

My room had a smell of mold/mildew. I didn’t complain because I was only in the room late at night to sleep (gone during the day) so it got the job done. But on my last night I saw 2 roaches! A parent & a baby one. More than likely won’t stay here again.

Found bedsheet with pee and blood. Fortunately, house keeping was outside and make them change. Towels had black marks. When asked to replace, front desk refused to replace the towels unless the dirty ones were brought to the front desk. Offered to put them outside the door, but didn’t accept. Carpets were dirty inside the room, corridor and elevator. Doors are need paint. This hotel needs remodeling work badly. Suggest travelers to find other alternative hotels.

This is the weirdest hotel stay I’ve ever had. This property has a german roach infestation and my room smelled like urine upon check in. I went to the desk to see about another room or cancelation and there was nobody there around 11 pm. There were hairs and stains in the sheets, handprints on the headboard, and thick white liquid dripping down the bedstands. The floors were incredibly sticky. They woke us up to change our mattress (not at my request) on my second day and took a good while before getting us sheets and pillows. There’s always noise on the first floor, even at 3-4 in the morning. The only reason we didn’t just leave was our arrival in the middle of the night and I didn’t notice the bugs in our room until the last day, but once I started looking for them they were everywhere. There was dog poop everywhere outside. I’d only stay here when desperate for a cheap room.

So dirty! Rust in the shower, gobs of hair preventing drainage, our trash was full upon entry, the floors had not been vacuumed, found previous items of others on the floor, etc. We also asked for bedding for our hideaway bed which we never received all night.

The room had no bath towels and hand towels when we checked in and they said they were running out of them when we asked for it. Also they charge you for water because you are not a best western member. the rooms the hallways the entrance everything is just smelly and dirty.

The included breakfast was pretty good with biscuit gravy, cereal, coffee, juice, etc.. but the hours were short and the closing too early. I liked the carpeted room, the first I encountered on my lengthy trip. I may search for carpeted rooms in future. The internet available was mostly down.

The staff was courteous and available 24/7. I had a problem with a continuous blinking "message" light on the telephone and no one could explain why or turn it off. The solution offered was to cover the phone or unplug it; neither of which was suitable to me. Also, there was some type of "smart" mirror in the room above the desk that even when "off" still had control buttons that glowed all the time and there was apparently no way to turn off so impossible to sleep with the light they emitted. Again solution from front desk was to unplug the power cord. The bathroom toilet seat was loose and the room was just dated and the carpet needed a good shampooing as smells from use over time had stayed in the carpet.

The first room we had was the king sized we reserved but the television and a/c didn't work. We let them know immediately but the front desk clerk either didn't understand us or it was not in her wheelhouse. They moved us to another room the next day but it was two queen beds and the microwave didn't work. It was moreso the front desk's responses to our needs that was offputting

The front desk staff is always gone at night . There are nails exposed in the bathroom as well as signs of just general disrepair on the carpet. The refrigerator is broken in the lobby and they have no snacks or vending machines on the property. The outlets for the microwave and fridge in the room are hit or miss. Hallways smell like cigarette smoke nonstop despite there being a non smoking floor. Would not stay here again regardless of how cheap it is.

Jacklina and Tommy were absolutely AMAZING!! They made us feel as if we had known them for forever and were family to them. They went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was comfortable. We would stay again just because of them. The hotel manager was extremely kind and gracious. He even helped us with our bags. This team was made for the hospitality business. I'm so grateful to have met some of the kindest of humans! You all ROCK!!!!!

The common areas were hot and smelled funny. The room was not cleaned well: sheets and pillowcases were dirty or stained, and my allergies were going off in there, which means it probably was not vacuumed well. We also had a person approach us just outside the front door warning us to be careful at night here. We were booked for 3 nights. We checked out after 1.

The only thing negative I have to report is because of the inclement weather employees did not make it to work; therefore, the hotel did not have a complimentary breakfast that is advertised and I paid for. I should be given a voucher or something. I paid for it and did not get it.

Upon entering the lobby had a strong smell, not sure if it was incense or something else. I just know I didn’t like it. When checking in they had given away all the rooms double bed rooms and instead they kept trying to convince my I booked a single bed. After showing my reservation they acknowledged they had sold out. So I ended up with a single room with 5 people. The room itself was nice and clean. The breakfast was simple but good. Overall it was a decent hotel. They should provide more towels and linen in room for the sofabed.

Our family booked several rooms for a funeral. We spent a lot of time out at the pool/hot tub area. The room was comfortable and the breakfast was good. There was an attendent constantly refilling breakfast options and wiping things down. Very clean and friendly staff.

Theres no words,The tub was stoped up i still felt dirty,after a shower because all the water i was standing in after taking a shower,There was no breakfast ,in the morning the next following day ,And the only time i saw the house keepers is when it was time to checking out.The eggs looked fake when i finally got a chance to eat the final day upon checking out.No house keepers to clean my room doing my whole stay.The hot tub looked nasty in the inside .O I would never go back.
