Sadly another negative review for a Wyndham hotel. The hotel itself is really nice, fantastic room and great staff. However the room I had overlooked massive building works which was super noisy except on Sunday when there was no work. The hotel describes itself as having a beach and pool, well it doesn’t as it’s a private beach club. We were told and all the signs say you have to walk to another hotel.

Our stay at the Wyndham Residence was comfortable. The hotel itself does not have its own pool, though they provide access to another property nearby. Excellent hotel featuring a satisfying breakfast and spacious rooms. However, the accessibility to the pool posed challenges due to constantly changing rules. At times, only the room number was needed, while on other occasions, a multi-day bracelet was required. The validity of the bracelet varied, sometimes lasting only a day before needing replacement. Additionally, some days necessitated both the bracelet and room number for entry. The demarcation of spaces for hotel guests was unclear, resulting in two relocations. Unlike residents who enjoyed access to premium areas, hotel guests were situated in less prominent areas.

One of the best holidays we ever have. The hotel is nice and clean. All staff very helpful and friendly. Our room was very spacious with kitchen and balcony with a beautiful view of the dubai marina. Cleaned every day. Coffee, tea and water refilled every day. Very tasty breakfast with fantastic people working in the restaurant. Free bus shuttle to Dubai Mall which was very helpful.. The only negative thing was pool which has been under construction but we could use orher one 2 minutes walk from the hotel. Basically highly recommended 👌 everything was it should be.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, nett und hilfsbereit. Wir wurden direkt in ein größeres Zimmer upgegradet. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und komfortabel / sehr gut und modern ausgestattet. Es gibt zwei Beach-Clubs mit Zugang zum Meer, die kostenlos benutzt werden können. Ausserdem gab es einen Shuttle zu den Malls. Leider gab es nur einen kleinen Supermarkt und ein Souvenir-Shop in direkter Umgebung. Aber wenn man das weiß, ist es in Ordnung. Uns hat eine Baustelle direkt vor dem Balkon gestört, da kann aber niemand was dafür. Mit dem Taxi kommt man sehr schnell aufs "Festland".

First of all I Will thank all the staff . Kratik, joy, Dianne, ariku and last but not least. Cleaning service. Everythîg was excellent.only one thing on the pool for the chairs there was not énough. We want always to the beach for a chair. Of if you want Cabana on the pool thénar you have to pay extra. The chairs has to be organize better en to share in better.

We arrived on an overnight flight arriving at the hotel at around 9:30am. Being very early the room was not ready but we were shown where we could change/freshen up, leave our bags and headed to the beach, a great way to start our stay. The room was amazing, we had a studio with full kitchen facilities, the room was spotless, plenty of space and lots of storage. The staff were very helpful and especially in the restaurant, April was outstanding, always smiling and helpful along with Dev and his colleagues, a real credit to the hotel. In some reviews people had complained about the lack of options etc regarding the food, we were half board breakfast/dinner, the breakfast selection was varied with several choices of eggs also. The dinner menu normally had 5/6 choices per course so not too limited but we did notice the menu does repeat so if you’re stopping a while you may find it limited. All of our choices were perfect, well done! The beach was fine, plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas, we never tried the pool however there is only a very small space allocated to hotel guests by the pool and looked very cramped and unappealing! Stick to the beach! One downside, noise! There is a large building site next door but the noise pollution is minimal at present however some of the villas on site at the beach are not yet finished, the noise from these is horrendous 9-5! If you want peace use the other end of the beach! Overall great value and well worth it! Don’t let the noise put you off!

Tout était très bien, piscines juste top. Chambres très grandes et jolies.. mais un vrai problème pour moi.. LES CAFARDS! La chose qui me dégoûte le plus, tout était nickel mais nous avons trouvé plusieurs insectes et cela me parait assez dégoûtant pour un hôtel 5 étoiles.. très déçue car le personnel était juste magnifique autant les voituriers que les personnes a l’accueil etc..

The property is great. Rooms are very spacious and clean with great amenities with a kitchenette and washing machine. The only let down was the construction work which was through the day quite noisey and the price of food and beverages is quite high. The breakfast buffet was really good

I had a wonderful 7-day stay at this hotel in Dubai. The generous size of the studio was impressive, and it came equipped with all the necessary kitchen appliances, including a dishwasher and a washing machine that also dries clothes automatically. The room was exceptionally clean, and I must commend Mr. Jurendra Akabay for his outstanding job in maintaining our room. Overall, it was a 5-star experience all around.

Great location for those who desire to be on the palm. The pool/beach bar is excellent, you will not want a better experience. The rooms are spacious and generally finished to an acceptable standard, staff are generally friendly. The property has some areas to improve. To begin, the dining facilities need some work, the breakfast is of a below average standard - there are cases where food runs out and generally a large proportion of the food is not to the standard consistent with the price or food in Dubai.

The hotel itself was excellent with extremely helpful and courteous staff and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. However…….. There’s a huge construction site next to the hotel and it seems that the workers are there 24hours of the day! I know this isn’t the fault of the hotel but I thought these things stopped in the afternoon/early evening

Everything was fantastic. Except for the sounds from a nearby construction site. You can't enjoy your stay if there's so much noise. Another comment about the view: the hotel does not have a sea view category because a building blocks the view. The same has been communicated to the property management in order to avoid misleading the visitors.

Full blown construction site working 24/7 next door !! Spent 2 nights with no sleep then decided to leave, , offered larger room by the Manager !! How will a larger room reduce the noise & dust !! Complained 3 times about no hot water over the 2 days along with a constant dripping cistern, nothing fixed !!

The property is great. Rooms are very spacious and clean with great amenities with a kitchenette and washing machine. The only let down was the construction work which was through the day quite noisey and the price of food and beverages is quite high. The breakfast buffet was really good

We arrived on an overnight flight arriving at the hotel at around 9:30am. Being very early the room was not ready but we were shown where we could change/freshen up, leave our bags and headed to the beach, a great way to start our stay. The room was amazing, we had a studio with full kitchen facilities, the room was spotless, plenty of space and lots of storage. The staff were very helpful and especially in the restaurant, April was outstanding, always smiling and helpful along with Dev and his colleagues, a real credit to the hotel. In some reviews people had complained about the lack of options etc regarding the food, we were half board breakfast/dinner, the breakfast selection was varied with several choices of eggs also. The dinner menu normally had 5/6 choices per course so not too limited but we did notice the menu does repeat so if you’re stopping a while you may find it limited. All of our choices were perfect, well done! The beach was fine, plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas, we never tried the pool however there is only a very small space allocated to hotel guests by the pool and looked very cramped and unappealing! Stick to the beach! One downside, noise! There is a large building site next door but the noise pollution is minimal at present however some of the villas on site at the beach are not yet finished, the noise from these is horrendous 9-5! If you want peace use the other end of the beach! Overall great value and well worth it! Don’t let the noise put you off!

The property itself was nice but the service in several areas was not good. Room service would. It pick up the phone on multiple occasions. Even called the front desk with no answer on one occasion. I went to the restaurant twice to get coffee and no one was at the reception desk and no one came at all. I left. There’s also no place to buy snacks or sodas. Judith in the kids zone was awesome while we were there though!! Others were eager to say hi or ask us if we needed anything but I would not stay here again.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, nett und hilfsbereit. Wir wurden direkt in ein größeres Zimmer upgegradet. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und komfortabel / sehr gut und modern ausgestattet. Es gibt zwei Beach-Clubs mit Zugang zum Meer, die kostenlos benutzt werden können. Ausserdem gab es einen Shuttle zu den Malls. I regularly visit Wyndham Residences The Palm, actually since they opened around 2022, but by far this was the greatest visit for us, my children were thrilled with this visit that I did book for our next visit before the check out, and I would really like to send my sincere gratitude to all the staff of the hotel and the amazing Judith from the kids club for taking a very good care of my children

The staff were very friendly, specifically Diane on the front desk then arikul as well. Also ahmedat the valet parking made us feel so welcome all the time and happily servicing with our car. The sevice was outstanding.

Great holiday retreat out on the Palm crescent. Down side is the construction noise from new hotel next door but that's not their fault. Property is clean and spacious. Friendly polite staff. Good pool area and made use of the beach area. Restaurant is OK. Taxis readily available otherwise your limited to the Monorail 2km down the road. Overall a positive experience.

The rooms are spacious and generally finished to an acceptable standard, staff are generally friendly. The property has some areas to improve. To begin, the dining facilities need some work, the breakfast is of a below average standard - there are cases where food runs out and generally a large proportion of the food is not to the standard consistent with the price or food in Dubai.

Everything was fantastic. Except for the sounds from a nearby construction site. You can't enjoy your stay if there's so much noise. Another comment about the view: the hotel does not have a sea view category because a building blocks the view. The same has been communicated to the property management in order to avoid misleading the visitors.

Zimmer: Sind schön nur etwas abgewohnt kleine Reparaturen wären notwendig ( Küchentüren lose. Ab geplatzte Fliesen kannten etc.) meckern auf hohen Niveau aber ist ist halt ein 5 Sterne Hotel . Umgehung : Ist sehr schön und ruhig Ware da nicht eine Baustelle die sehr laut ist ( neues Hotel wird gebaut) wir wurden jeden Morgen durch den Lärm. Geweckt und auch am Strand und Pool konnte Mann nicht richtig relaxen und genießen. Hotel : Pool finde ich persönlich etwas zu warm in Abu Dhabi waren sie kälter . Sonst ist alles top . Personal war immer Freundlich und Hilfsbereit . Fazit : Im großen und ganzen war es ein schöner Aufenthalt . Wenn die Baustelle vertig ist werden wir wieder kommen .

( ) Very good price/value ratio, very nice staff, very clean (thanks Ramat & Ahmad!), great / large rooms (apartment with 176m2), super rich breakfast, beautiful new facility, daily several bottles of water free in the room, check-in was possible at short notice without surcharge from 10 am, very suitable for large families (we were 5, kids 14 and 9 years old), beautiful pool area and beach. (-) Big construction site next to the hotel (very loud from 8 am - 6 pm), no connection to public transport (cab needed), next train stop at Atlantis water park (30 min walk), next stop to Hop-On/Hop-Off bus also at Atlantis, communication between reception & cab driver not always good (cab driver charged more than agreed), no restaurants, bars, shops near the hotel

I had a special time at this property, amazing location, views, and room. Amazing staff at valet, reception, housekeeping. The greek restaurant food was delicious. Bertha at reception was a highlight. The Thai soup and nachos from 24 dishes can be improved, as can the peperoni pizza. Also, the pool staff don't display the same level of hospitality/friendliness as the others.

One of the best holidays we ever have. The hotel is nice and clean. All staff very helpful and friendly. Our room was very spacious with kitchen and balcony with a beautiful view of the dubai marina. Cleaned every day. Coffee, tea and water refilled every day. Very tasty breakfast with fantastic people working in the restaurant. Free bus shuttle to Dubai Mall which was very helpful.. The only negative thing was pool which has been under construction but we could use orher one 2 minutes walk from the hotel. Basically highly recommended 👌 everything was it should be.

Hotel is fine but i was expecting more from an elite 5 star hotel. The service wasnt a 5 star treatment. The hotel accomodities are fine however the restaurant was very disappointing, i felt inside 3 star restaurant so small, there isnt food variety at all. I wouldnt recommend anyone to buy the half board or full board, kts better if you eat a burger from the beach restaurants.

This was a beautiful property with access to pool and beach. We had a fabulous sea/city view and lots of privacy. The staff was always helpful and knowledgeable. The restaurants were also excused had wonderful service

This was a lovely hotel on the palm. Most staff are very attentive. Rooms exceptionally cleaned regularly. Service in the bar was hit or miss. We managed to have a room right next to the 24/7 construction site. But tbh it was white noise. Imagine some people would not be happy.

A big nice room with a balcony facing the sea. Comfortable beds, big bathroom and a small kitchen with all necessary equipment. Valet parking. Two different beach clubs which we enjoyed Fluid most! Very nice sunset at Palm Jumeirah Boardwalk!

We booked a beach side apartment and were put in a room with views of a building site, then we were asked to pay an additional tourist tax. Staff are nice, food is good, but it’s a shame they can’t give you what you paid for….

Full blown construction site working 24/7 next door !! Spent 2 nights with no sleep then decided to leave, , offered larger room by the Manager !! How will a larger room reduce the noise & dust !! Complained 3 times about no hot water over the 2 days along with a constant dripping cistern, nothing fixed !!
