Raffles the Palm is a beautiful hotel, and the staff were very friendly and attentive. We checked in late around midnight and our room on the 1st floor was noisy with music bleeding from a nightclub below, but the staff offered to move us to the 5th floor which worked well for us. The breakfast and food overall was excellent with a wide variety of choice, an area for improvement is the the cost of soft drinks and alcohol which seemed excessively high starting from £7 for a Coca Cola or other soft drink. Also the beach area was being worked on which distracted a little from the beach vibe, however the pool was wonderful and overall we loved our stay and would recommend for a relaxing few days.

Loved our stay at Raffles. The service was impeccable from all hotel staff, the room was extremely spacious and I even got a huge pregnancy pillow from the staff for my growing belly! Beautiful pool with swim up bar & private beach also. The concierge team also super kind and helpful in supporting us to get a taxi whenever we wanted to go out and about. Would absolutely stay again, thank you!

Good morning, we have been going to Raffles, The Palm for several years but unfortunately this year several things have changed. - beach service not taken care of, often no one came to accompany you to the deckchair and give you a towel and we almost always had to ask for water. - Water was only given two cans per day per person, the other years there was no quantity. If you wanted it you had to pay for it. - The room was often not made until late afternoon, once it was not made and in the evening at 18.00 pm we had to ask to make it. - We arrived at 7 in the morning having informed several times to receive the room if possible, it was not provided to us, understandable. Only at 10.40 pm did the news arrive that we could take possession of the room. Ok, it can be understood, but we were not offered upon our arrival either a glass of water after a 10 hour flight, or a welcome cocktail or temporary accommodation. We had to take our swimsuits in our suitcases in a storage room, change and go to the pool to rest on the deckchairs. This is not a service from a 5 star Raffles hotel. - There were almost never free places at the pool. The Club Sola where we spent nice evenings with good music and drinks, was closed and we were not informed. The list could go on, we were not satisfied unfortunately. The services have decreased and the cost of the stay has increased. No we are not there.

The rooms are nice. But I didn’t appreciate housekeeping ringing the bell while we were sleeping only to ask what time we want the room clean. The food is sub par. Not great for a 5 star and compared to other hotels in the Palm.

We stayed at the hotel for 6 nights in the standard room with sea view. Very spacious room with nice, up to date, amenities. Unfortunately, there was a loose sharp tile on the balcony which my son of 1 year found. We immediately called the duty manager named Nicolas and told him this was not acceptable. They upgraded us to a Duplex suite which was not very practical with a running child of 1 year, but we loved the way they handled the situation. Apart from the tile situation the hotel has very friendly staff and are very professional. As such we would recommend this hotel to anyone (with small children).

Excellent hotel, staff is very nice, food is great as hotel amenities. The only downside is because our room had connecting door to another room where were other guests. This caused to hear them listening music late in evenings.

This is the most beautiful hotel inside & outside. Gold fixtures, crystal chandeliers everywhere, high dome ceilings, opulence is everywhere yet you feel comfortable and relaxed. The staff from the outside entrance to your room and throughout the hotel are genuinely friendly. The breakfast buffet circles the room! Food was amazing! Views of the Dubai skyline and the Persian gulf were breathtaking. The concierge recommended thee absolutely best sushi restaurant: SushiSamba for our 42nd wedding anniversary based on our request for a nighttime panoramic skyview of Dubai! The Raffles the Palm Dubai was the perfect place to stay for our wedding anniversary trip and we will definitely return.

Overall couldn't fault the hotel. Our Ocean View Club Room was amazing with a massive balcony. All the staff very friendly & helpful. Special mention to our butler Isuru who was very knowledgable & couldn't do anymore for us. Our only negatives were the slow service in the club lounge during peak times, especially breakfast time. Compared to other hotels in Dubai the prices for food was expensive for the choices on offer

Unfortunately, there was a loose sharp tile on the balcony which my son of 1 year found. We immediately called the duty manager named Nicolas and told him this was not acceptable. They upgraded us to a Duplex suite which was not very practical with a running child of 1 year, but we loved the way they handled the situation. Apart from the tile situation the hotel has very friendly staff and are very professional. As such we would recommend this hotel to anyone (with small children).

Raffles the Palm is a beautiful hotel, and the staff were very friendly and attentive. We checked in late around midnight and our room on the 1st floor was noisy with music bleeding from a nightclub below, but the staff offered to move us to the 5th floor which worked well for us. The breakfast and food overall was excellent with a wide variety of choice, an area for improvement is the the cost of soft drinks and alcohol which seemed excessively high starting from £7 for a Coca Cola or other soft drink. Also the beach area was being worked on which distracted a little from the beach vibe, however the pool was wonderful and overall we loved our stay and would recommend for a relaxing few days.

I’ve stayed at this property before and loved it. Sadly this time it didn’t meet my expectations. The indoor pool where I used to unwind and relax is now full of young children and people waiting for their rooms! The food is not as good as it was and it has become a lot more expensive- not worth it. Maybe off season is best for this hotel. Rooms are lovely and spacious, staff good. Check out was slow and stressful, almost missed my flight but they did comp me a hotel car to rush.

Overall couldn't fault the hotel. Our Ocean View Club Room was amazing with a massive balcony. All the staff very friendly & helpful. Special mention to our butler Isuru who was very knowledgable & couldn't do anymore for us. Our only negatives were the slow service in the club lounge during peak times, especially breakfast time. Compared to other hotels in Dubai the prices for food was expensive for the choices on offer

Good morning, we have been going to Raffles, The Palm for several years but unfortunately this year several things have changed. - beach service not taken care of, often no one came to accompany you to the deckchair and give you a towel and we almost always had to ask for water. - Water was only given two cans per day per person, the other years there was no quantity. If you wanted it you had to pay for it. - The room was often not made until late afternoon, once it was not made and in the evening at 18.00 pm we had to ask to make it. - We arrived at 7 in the morning having informed several times to receive the room if possible, it was not provided to us, understandable. Only at 10.40 pm did the news arrive that we could take possession of the room. Ok, it can be understood, but we were not offered upon our arrival either a glass of water after a 10 hour flight, or a welcome cocktail or temporary accommodation. We had to take our swimsuits in our suitcases in a storage room, change and go to the pool to rest on the deckchairs. This is not a service from a 5 star Raffles hotel. - There were almost never free places at the pool. The Club Sola where we spent nice evenings with good music and drinks, was closed and we were not informed. The list could go on, we were not satisfied unfortunately. The services have decreased and the cost of the stay has increased. No we are not there.

Two main problems: 1. Irresponsible and lying staff: I asked someone at the reception about booking a breakfast for the next day. He told me that I should purchase it on the spot at the reception tomorrow and it would be 125 AED. He even said it is about $34 USD and it is the same price everywhere. including on Expedia so there is no mistake about the number (it's actually lower priced than $34; other staff later said it's only lower priced because it comes with the hotel booking so either way he also lied about this). The next day when I was trying to purchase the breakfast, some other people told me it is 250 AED, insisted it was always 250 on all booking platforms, and did not care about whatever the other person told me. Seems like everyone here just lies about whatever they want to and do not care to take responsibility for their words. If you have to book this place beware of the numbers they tell you as you may be charged double. 2. Privacy violation: The night after checking in when we were out for dinner, some staff came into our room while we were gone and our luggage was open to arrange things in the room and turn off the lights. We never asked for this service and did not press any buttons for it. Really absurd they give no care about customers' privacy. Raffles the Palm is an elegant oasis in the high rise jungle of Dubai. The staff, with without exception, are efficient, friendly and keen to make your stay perfect - particularly the concierge team and Ezekiel’s smile always brightened our day. Being on the Palm means attractions need a bit more travel but taxis are plentiful and reasonable and the reception team sort this for you quickly. Food all excellent quality with lots of choice. Only minor niggle would be that full room housekeeping missed a couple of days as despite being out most of the day access was required when we wanted to use the room.

Everything about this property is perfect from the service, rooms, available dinning options, and amenities. If you want to come to the Palm Jumeirah this is where you stay. This was the most amazing experience we have ever had. The staff was so amazing. Henry, Anelka, Rhea, & Ezekiel made our trip such a great pleasure. It was our first time in Dubai and they helped us with making all reservations and our trip just a blast. We celebrated our daughter’s 3rd bday and they made it so special for us. The raffles is underrated not enough reviews you need to really go here and experience you won’t be disappointed one bit. If I could rate this hotel I would do a 15/10. The location is also so perfect located toward the end of the palms it’s away from all the traffic and chaos. We will definitely go back again. Thank you so much for this amazing experience.

We loved the hotel very relaxing and quiet Rooms beautiful and spacious Lots of space on the beach with plenty of comfortable loungers but could do with a top up of new fresh sand. The Italian restaurant amazing best Italian food we have had. The Raffles Club was excellent with great staff. Japanese restaurant was disappointing as expensive and food just ok. We also had to pay a supplement which was refunded after we raised with management who handled it well. We will definitely come back to stay at this lovely hotel.
