I travel frequently and have stayed in many hotels over the years, but I have never experienced anything as bad as this. The hotel has nightclubs inside the building and is filled with loud young partygoers, The noise was unbearable and the windows were paper-thin, making it completely impossible to sleep. We got not sleep at all during our stay. In addition, the room was dirty and despite repeatedly requesting a room far away from smoking areas, there was a strong smell of smoke throughout the room. The staff was extremely unhelpful and communication was poor to nonexistent. To make matters worse, even through we arrived at 1:00 PM, our room was not ready until 11:00 PM, which made it completely unacceptable. Overall, this was deeply disappointing experience, and I would strongly advise others to avoid this hotel.
