St Regis was very attentive to our group. They up keep of this hotel was top tier. The signature fragrance was amazing. As soon as I got home, I ordered their diffuser set. Their breakfast, although expensive, was delicious. The spa was beautiful. Butler service was always on time. My suite was overlooking the water with a gorgeous view. It was a beautiful room. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The housekeeping was a weak point. No housekeeping before 3PM. Did not observe ‘do not disturb’ request. Gym excellent. Room aromatherapy and bathroom fantastic. Swimming pool rather small and too shallow but nice. Neighborhood around hotel had nothing, zero. But close enough via taxi.

As a frequent business traveller to Dubai, I always loved staying at St Regis Downtown Dubai. This was my 5th stay at the same hotel. However, during this stay I was informed that their butler service policy was changed few months ago, especially with coffee and tea service, which definitely impacted my experience and the expectations I had during my stay. I’ve always thought of this coffee & tea service as a small but important part of my stay as it fits perfectly with my daily routine and work schedule, and this is the most thing that differentiated this hotel vs others. Changing that policy has lowered my overall preference towards St Regis and I would consider other hotels that has similar pricing and same level of service. Other than the butler service issue, I was initially given a room at a smoking floor. Even though the room itself is smoke-free, the there was still smoking smell and I requested a room change, which was done smoothly.

Perfect! Everyone at the hotel was amazing! Ayham, George, and Sanobai always greeted us like family. The hotel was great in every aspect imaginable. Close to everything, safe, clean, and the chef Shabaka made us feel like family, he personalized our breakfast daily with an extra special touch! Francisco made us a special energizing juice everyday! A lot more than I expected for the money! Great views of creek from our window, and so many extras in the elegant room! World traveler, and so very rarely do we get as expected, it was above expectation. St. Regis made our 1st stay in Dubai extra special. Grateful to all staff, would definitely stay there again!!

Deluxe Room was very spacious and nice. Views on the canal was also nice. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Good location.. You have clothes pressing everyday for free and very quick. SPA therapists were one of the best. They are very professionals. No other facilities in the SPA though, only massage rooms. Few things need to be improved: - check-in process took long time. The system seem to be very slow and POS machine was hanging. - Valet service, you need to go to Basement parking to collect you car and not through the main gate in G floor near the lobby. Not a good experience. - no sockets in the bathroom near the mirrors to use hair dryers. - Room dining, food was not good. Coffee too we could not drink it. - We requested from the butler to have a car or a taxi . We waited forever with no luck! I end-up taking my wife to the shop and wait for her and changed all day plans before leaving to the airport.

This is a great hotel in the downtown area of Dubai. It is close to the Burj Khalifa and the Dubai Mall. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Amenities were great. However, there were MAJOR flaws in the room. 1) There was absolutely NO outlets for plugging in the dryer or hair ironing in the bathroom by the mirror. The only outlets were near bed which was FAR from mirror or on the desk by the telephone which had NO mirror. Whoever designed the outlets in the room DID NOT KNOW ANYTHING about accessibility for the ladies to use the dryer and hair ironing. 2) Another MAJOR flaw were the switches to turn on the lights. The only switch for the bathroom was near the door. There was a switch by the bedside but it only turned on the light in the room area; and not the bathroom (specially the toilet room). In the middle of night, the toilet is pitch black unless you walk to the entrance and find the only switch for the bathroom. This was a MAJOR FLAW.

Way overpriced compared to the level of luxury that was expected from the hotel. If the “St. regis” logo wasn’t there at the entrance, it would be like any other mediocre hotel. So many small details in the room felt cheap, which is not supposed to be a case for such a high end chain. Also, I can hear a lot of what’s going on in my neighboring room (not very clearly, but we can hear things constantly). If it’s an average hotel, I would give it full rating. But for a hotel with such high price and expectations, I would give it 2 out of 5.

The staff of St Regis are very accomodating. The room was large and had every luxurious element to make your stay special. Loved the butler service (2 pressed items per day) and the breakfast buffet. It is a short walk to Dubai Mall in the cooler months and only AED5 by taxi. I highly recommend the St Regis Hotel.

This is the perfect luxurious hotel to stay at with a beautiful sunroom that overlooks the water. This is the perfect location if you want to be near the Dubai mall so many walkable things and the Burj Khalifa!

Amazing hotel. 10/10 stay. I have stayed in many 5* hotels but this is the best. The attention to detail and the service they provided throughout the stay was amazing. Every staff member is tought about etiquette and it was clearly evident to see that throughout the stay. Also the little details and the effort they put it in to ensure our stay was a comfortable and enjoyable one was amazing. Hopefully be returning again in the future. The location is also amazing as its approx 15 minutes walk to the main downtown area too.

This hotel was beautiful!!! It was worth every penny. There’s an aromatic smell when you first enter the property. There’s security on site constantly checking for our safety. It’s minutes away from Dubai mall by car, but the food options in the hotel were also delicious. The views from my hotel Room was breathtaking. I would stay here again when I return to Dubai.

If you want to stay in Dubai Downtown, you cannot go wrong with the St Regis. It provides true 5-star comfort and service levels throughout. The hotel restaurants are worth a try, too.

Having buffet breakfast from here is a big mess.it is just like a local market.when we come back after taking food our table & chair will be occupied by others.They couldn’t manage the crowd..we had two days breakfast and both day experience was same.

My first time in Dubai in September and we were so well looked after. Lots of choice for dining. The food was absolutely delicious. Room was excellent, beds very comfortable. The staff are all friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.
