Loved the hotel. Staff all very nice and welcoming. There was only 2 problems i found they are pushy for double payment. I paid for breakfast at the reception they day i arrived and the next day at breakfast they tried to charge me again. When i showed them the receipt that i had paid, they still pushed for the money. And even came to my table with the card machine to push me to pay. Then another day the cleaner opened my door and left it wide open. And left, nowhere to be seen. I had gone down 5 minutes before and forgot my card so went back to get it and found my door open with nobody around anywhere. Nothing was missing but i didnt like coming back to my room open for anyone and everyone to walk in. I told front desk but never heard anything back. Apart from those 2 things the rest of the stay was great. Goose bar was really good to chill and watch football, the pool was really nice, the food was nice from all the places i visited in the hotel. I would stay again

Beautiful Hotel. But be aware of the noise from the pool party on the 5 floor. Rooms are beautiful and nice, unfortunately the pool was so cold so we didn’t use it at all. They said they could heat it, but when we asked for getting it heated, they told us it was not possible. So if you come in the cold period, save yourself the pool, unless you like cold water. :)

Beautiful hotel and the our room was to die for however we were surprised we were charged for ice given that the country’s temperature was over 100 degrees fahrenheit during the summer season, unacceptable. 2. The two bed room private pool room has a full kitchen however was not fully stocked and was without any cookware or cleaning supplies. 3. Upon our request, they provided us with overly worn/ damaged pots that didn’t look clean given the prestigious title that the five hotels holds this was also unacceptable. The wifi was super spotty asked someone to check it and never did. The pool is rather small. The area is secluded with a lot of construction around. The Italian restaurant was great, Jessi was the best waiter and had awesome recommendations. Soul street was also good. The mansion on a Wednesday, wasn’t all that. After a while the vibes died and DJ Stark played the same genre of music after a certain time. We had a bath tub and the day we went to use it the water was brown. Very disappointing.

The hotel was amazing and the staff was great as well. Get free access to the Palm Jumeirah if you need the beach. My stay was very delightful they have everything on the property is you need a club or food.

Vi havde penthouse på 52 sal med privat pool. Vi var der i januar måned. Der var desværre rimeligt koldt og det blæste en del da vi boede så højt oppe. Så det var ikke meget glæde vi fik af poolen. Der er kun mulighed for a/c uden varme så der var koldt over det hele. Men udover det var det rigtig lækkert og kæmpe stort. Det er et fint hotel om i er familie eller en flok venner. Der er flere restauranter på hotellet, bar og natklub. Personalet er rigtig søde. Rengøringen er også god. Vi holdt min søns fødselsdag der og fik dem til at pynte hele værelset og terrassen op. Der er ikke så meget at se lige rundt om hotellet så vær indstillet på at køre lidt. Men kan klart anbefales.

Très déçu : - aucune lumière sur mon coin extérieur dehors aucun soleil - trop de vis à vis impossible d’être tranquille au vu de tous sur la plage jaccuzzi et un fois dans le jacuzzi - travaux au sein de l’immeuble se perpétuant toute la journée impossible de faire la sieste - attente lors du check out pendant 20mn !!!!! - terrasse sale trop de poussière et jamais nettoyée Les seuls bons points sont le personnel très aimable et serviables. Donc très déçu alors que je n’avais même pas choisi une chambre ordinaire mais une suite !!!! On trouve des endroits bien mieux au même prix à dubai.

First room: The property was very dirty, when we got into the room a smell of cigar smoke hit us hard, the sofa was dirty, the toilet kept running water and the lamp was of full of dust. Second room, because we were not going to stay on the first one:The floor was dirty, the curtains stained, the table top stained and the bathroom door didn’t close. Even though it was their responsibility to keep everything clean for the clients and when we got there it wasn’t the case, we asked for a reimbursement to be able to move to another hotel but they said that a reimbursement was not possible.

This hotel is absolutely beautiful. My friends and I book a 4 bedroom Penthouse, and all bedrooms had bathrooms inside. The wrap. around patio, with stunning views was breathtaking from the balcony, our rooms, the infinity pool area was relaxing, inviting and peaceful. Housekeeping was phenomenal! Every day we came back to find our rooms neat and items organized. The breakfast in the morning was delicious and very convenient. The staff we're courteous, efficient and friendly. I definitely will be back. I highly recommend this hotel.

My stay was perfect. This hotel offers a lot of amenities, which was wonderful, and the cleanliness was excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The view from my room was stunning, and the room itself was also very nice. However, I didn’t enjoy the breakfast much because there weren’t many choices available. Additionally, the hotel could get quite noisy at times due to a lot of young people partying late into the night. That was the only downside to my experience.

I would not recommend this hotel. Stayed in the most expensive room om the 59tj floor and it smelt of cigarettes and vomit. Unpleasant odours in the four bedroom villa. This ruined our experience. The manager had given us a discounted upgrade but it was a mistake to wait an hour after checkin time for the room.

Great spacious room. Amazing balcony views. Spacious wet room/bathroom. Housekeeping excellent. Daily chocolate platter was very indulgent. It’s very much a party hotel so some guests can be noisy well into the early hours.

Amazing property, friendly staff gave me complementary upgrade to pool villa room, great breakfast buffet. Even though a “noisy” / busy hotel, rooms are very insulated so it never bothers you and you don’t hear it. Would stay again for sure, as long as you don’t mind being in JVC area and willing to take cars slightly longer drive toward palm, marina, business bay etc

The room was very nice and clean. Everything in the room was on good shape, and the private pools are especially nice for a couple retreat. The staff was very friendly and attended, tried to help and assist in everything, super fast and proficient. The pool was a little dirty so we were upgraded and the room was great. The hotel itself has anything you need, from transportation to household and other services . The hotels main pool was also nice and the staff always check every visitors to make sure you are safe. The only downside is the distance from the main part of dubai

A five star that has thieves around the hotel. My personal belongings were stolen. If anyine wants to stay at the hotel just be conscious that your personal items are likeky to be stolen. Sadly, this should not haooen in the UAE. Although there are assurances that the police will catch the culprit and retrieve my items. My fingers are staying crossed!

Check-in process was a mess. Having reached at 12noon, they couldn't allocate a room till 4pm and that too only after contacting them twice at the reception, even though they took my number Hotel valet parking system is a mess..it takes ages to get the car back. Overall this hotel is good for cleanliness and may be very good for young party goers.

I have hesitated to make this post for a while now, but I feel it is best for awareness. They stole my jewelry at the spa on a day that was quiet and mostly staff present. I am still hoping that the police investigation would yield positive results as I cherished those Jewelries. Although I was assured that the police would do all it takes to ensure they retrieve my items, it still leaves a bad taste which is a real shame

Horrible service at this hotel. Rooms looks nice. Took two hours to receive towels. 5 phone calls for someone to fix the espresso machine. 2 hour wait for someone to come clean the jacuzzi. Each time this was reported to management, they would take 24 hours to send a manager, after multiple phone calls requesting one. The manager would come say give us another chance. Then this would all repeat again. Checked out one night early from my reservation because of my awful experience and they still did not even refund that last night. Terrible management. Cannot emphasize this enough. Do not waste your time with this location, they ignore any requests and complaints until you make a fuss about it, and even then, they do the bare minimum. Far from a 5 star experience that’s for sure.

I expected more from this hotel brand . All in all , I felt my stay here was average . There are many things which need to be improved : 1. It’s really difficult to get a taxi from this hotel and there is no system for the staff to book a taxi for you . Some of the staff will not help to book a taxi for you. I have never had this issue at much lesser known hotel brands I’ve stayed in Dubai . There are hotel taxis available but they will charge you 2 or 3 times more than the price of a normal metered taxi. You will have to just stand and wait for a normal taxi to come past . 2. There are so many amenities missing in the bathroom !! Where’s the shower cap ? Where’s the comb?? And the squeeze soap bottles wouldn’t even squeeze which I found really annoying and I expected more from this hotel brand. Plus the shower hose was leaking. 3. Breakfast was really underwhelming and again I expected more from this brand . The food buffet items were cold and nothing unique . You can get all the same food from lesser known hotel brands that I’ve stayed in Dubai previously . Have breakfast early from around 6.30 - 8am for a better experience because after 8am it gets very busy. 4. There is NO free shuttle to the Five hotel in palm Jumeirah!! Even though a “noisy” / busy hotel, rooms are very insulated so it never bothers you and you don’t hear it. Loved the hotel. Staff all very nice and welcoming. There was only 2 problems i found they are pushy for double payment. I paid for breakfast at the reception they day i arrived and the next day at breakfast they tried to charge me again. When i showed them the receipt that i had paid, they still pushed for the money. And even came to my table with the card machine to push me to pay. Then another day the cleaner opened my door and left it wide open. And left, nowhere to be seen. I had gone down 5 minutes before and forgot my card so went back to get it and found my door open with nobody around anywhere. Nothing was missing but i didnt like coming back to my room open for anyone and everyone to walk in. I told front desk but never heard anything back. Apart from those 2 things the rest of the stay was great. Goose bar was really good to chill and watch football, the pool was really nice, the food was nice from all the places i visited in the hotel. I would stay again

Beautiful hotel and the our room was to die for however we were surprised we were charged for ice given that the country’s temperature was over 100 degrees fahrenheit during the summer season, unacceptable. 2. The two bed room private pool room has a full kitchen however was not fully stocked and was without any cookware or cleaning supplies. 3. Upon our request, they provided us with overly worn/ damaged pots that didn’t look clean given the prestigious title that the five hotels holds this was also unacceptable. The wifi was super spotty asked someone to check it and never did. The pool is rather small. The area is secluded with a lot of construction around. The Italian restaurant was great, Jessi was the best waiter and had awesome recommendations. Soul street was also good. The mansion on a Wednesday, wasn’t all that. After a while the vibes died and DJ Stark played the same genre of music after a certain time. We had a bath tub and the day we went to use it the water was brown. Very disappointing.

This hotel is absolutely beautiful. My friends and I book a 4 bedroom Penthouse, and all bedrooms had bathrooms inside. The wrap. around patio, with stunning views was breathtaking from the balcony, our rooms, the infinity pool area was relaxing, inviting and peaceful. Housekeeping was phenomenal! Every day we came back to find our rooms neat and items organized. The breakfast in the morning was delicious and very convenient. The staff we're courteous, efficient and friendly. I definitely will be back. I highly recommend this hotel.

Nice location easy access everywhere , rooms basic, products average, food simple but fresh, hotels.com and hotel don't coordinate anything and as a result my Platinum status was ignored and no upgrade or late check out was accommodated. In fact I had zero benefits from hotels.com Jacuzzi and outside areas routed and shabby Solid 4 star hotel
Nice location easy access everywhere , rooms basic, products average, food simple but fresh, hotels.com and hotel don't coordinate anything and as a result my Platinum status was ignored and no upgrade or late check out was accommodated. In fact I had zero benefits from hotels.com Jacuzzi and outside areas routed and shabby Solid 4 star hotel

Excellent pool on the terrace. The room was clean however it did look a bit tired. We had to ask for pots and pans to cook with which we thought would have already been provided as there is an oven, fridge-freezer etc in the kitchen. There was then no dishwasher tablets or washing up liquid to clean the pots once you had used them. Overall we had an enjoyable stay and would stay again in the sky villa.
