The hotel itself is brilliant. Well equipped with some of the friendliest staff around. The only issue is the surrounding area is a building site. The noise is rarely an issue unless you open your balcony door but it also means there is nothing to do around the property nor are there any nearby places to eat/visit This is offset by the good transport links and the excellent free valet parking.

Das Hotel ist sehr gut. Große, sehr saubere Zimmer mit Küche und Waschmaschine. Luxuriöse Bettwaren. Exzellentes Essen sowohl zum Frühstück als auch zu Abend. Die Gym ist sehr gut. Das einzige Problem ist eine riesige Baustelle, die extrem laut ist und mindestens die nächsten zwei Jahre sehr störend sein wird.

Das Essen war bei HP top. Der Service immer freundlich. Die Zimmer klasse, alles super sauber. Der Ausblick war toll. Am Pool gint es an manchen Tagen zu wenig liegen. Die Rettungsschwimmer am Pool sind sehr wachsam. Der Concierge gibt gute Ratschläge. Wir waren begeistert. Gerne wieder.

Avani+ er et bra hotell, dog så kom vi rett fra et av de mest lukseriøse hotellene i Dubai til dette hotellet. Så forskjellen ble litt stor. Vi fikk gratis oppgradering når vi kom til hotellet, fikk en leilighet med eget soverom. Stort pluss! Frokosten var bra og mye forskjellig utvalg, rent og hotellet er godt vedlikeholdt. Skulle være vask av vindu når vi var der men så ingenting til dem. Uteområdet er litt lite, og det er litt få solsenger. Var litt kamp å få seg en solseng. Veldig praktisk plassering rett ved trikk (tram) som er knyttet sammen med metro. Lett å komme seg rundt i Dubai på denne måten til en billig penge.

Bra och välutrustad familjesvit (106m2) med utsikt över hamnen och "palmen". 2 badrum + 1 toalett. Litet men bra öppen köksdel. Väldigt bra med tvätt/torkmaskin kombinerat på rummet om man behöver tvätta. Halvpension (välj dagligen om lunch eller middag utöver frukost). Meny på lunchen och buffet på kvällen. Som oftast med buffet så inget som sticker ut men ok. Ok pool men bar 1.1m djup och vätter mot en jätterondell med bara sand (det ska byggas en "måne" därså kanske roligare i framtiden). Hade föredragit åt andra hållet mot vattnet. PS! Avani+ är mitt "go to"-hotell i Bangkok pga bästa rooftop pool och lounge-area längst upp på hotellet. Avani+ i Dubai är helt ok men ska inte alls förväxlas med Avani+ i Bangkok som är på en helt annan högre nivå.

Amazing hotel apartments. Very nice open pool, kids loved it. Wished I stayed here longer. Only booked it for a day. Next time will stay longer. The best thing was the view from our rooms and it was very specious.

Stayed half-board and enjoyed the breakfast and dinner buffets. Very good variety, with dishes from around the world. Changed daily for the 3 nights we stayed. Hotel - 10/10. Could not fault anything with this hotel. The location/area is ok. There is not much to do in the nearby area, but you are right next to the Palm Jumeira Tram stop - and getting around in Dubai is so easy and cheap with their public transport (tram, metro & bus). Also walking distance to the start of the monorail which takes you through the Palm to the Atlantis (30 AED). All in all, a perfect stay and would definitely recommend.

I was impressed with the staff and the service was top notch. Breakfast had good variety but I struggled a bit with taste. The facility and the environment were kept clean, but for some damp smell in the corridors (my floor). Room service was awesome. The room was not so cooling after midnight, not sure what was going on with the A/c but in fairness, I didn’t complain to front desk. I will recommend the hotel to family and friend. My overall rating will be a solid 9😊

Customer service is awesome and the breakfast is top notch with lots of options. We stayed at the 3-bedroom apartment and the room is enormous. The experience of waking up to the Burj Al Arab in the distance was fab! The only downside is the apartment has a weird smell. Not sure if it's not cleaned well or maybe because it's from the old building.

Everything was great. I would suggest cleaning the windows so that guests could enjoy the view from their rooms. We had an amazing view that was ruined by terrible water streaks on the glass. Also the room service took quite a while so order in advance. Other than that the staff was very nice and helpful, I would recommend this hotel.

We stayed for 10 nights, 1 bedroom apartment was spacious with a lovely view, concierge staff were amazing, breakfast was good. The cleaning staff sometimes missed bits and forgot to give towels but if you ask them they do sort it so not a big problem. Overall I would stay there again, it is close to the metro/monorail and easy to get to places

Avani is an elegant sanctuary of modern luxury. It is in a very quiet area; but the tram is literally steps away, and transports you to the glitz and glam at the Marina. The tram also connects with the Metro, through which you can easily access most places in Dubai. We frequently used Kareem also. After busy days touring and shopping in the hot weather, it was bliss coming back to the cool and calm of Avani. We opted for a two-bedroom suite, and we were delighted. The rooms had gorgeous sea views. The living room was spacious, with a comfy sectional sofa and a large dining table and desk. The kitchen had all the essential amenities (large fridge, dishwasher, microwave, etc.) Given the heat in Dubai, the washer/dryer were very useful! The suite also came with three washrooms, ideal as there were three of us. Our decision to choose the half board package was 100% worthwhile. The quality of the (buffet style) food for breakfast and dinner was stellar. The chefs ensured an abundance of top-notch options to choose from, and each day brought new and creative delights. Lin, our server, was exceptional. She remembered our favourites and made sure we had delicious masala chai (special callout to the bar staff for accommodating our request) to start our day. We had a fabulous time in Dubai, and are already looking forward to our next stay at Avani—it’s a haven of comfort and sophistication. Thank you for creating a lovely experience. See you next time!

There is not much to do in the nearby area, but you are right next to the Palm Jumeira Tram stop - and getting around in Dubai is so easy and cheap with their public transport (tram, metro & bus). Also walking distance to the start of the monorail which takes you through the Palm to the Atlantis (30 AED). All in all, a perfect stay and would definitely recommend.

The property is great and new. I was upgraded to a very nice and big apartment. But the way it was done took all the joy of it away. When I asked for an upgrade as a VIP the answer was I have to pay for upgrade but they give a preferential rate for it and the upgrade is reserved only for the members in the hotel scheme. Even the way that info was given it was kind of degrading. Then I was informed that check in is earliest at 3pm. Spent 3h on the pool. Then we were sent to the room to discover we were upgraded. The upgrade happened because there was no other room available.

This hotel is in a great position for trams and metro without being on a railway line. A short walk and you get the monorail across the palm or a tram to JBR or the main metro. The concierge will get you a taxi in minutes as well. It is correct that there is a “bomb site” opposite but it is a site being cleared and there is no noise or dust so just think of it as a neighbour having an extension. It did not bother us at all.

Stay was good got a room upgrade and size of the room was good food very average but staff makes up for it only thing i did not like was the guys getting taxi’s they want you to use there in house taxis that charge 3 times more than a meter taxi if you ask for a meter taxi they act like they cant find any so opted for uber instead

The staff at Avani Palm were amazing and very friendly! We received so much great service from each staff member. The views from my room were awesome and the two bedroom apartment was so spacious it was perfect accommodations for traveling with small children. I included breakfast with my stay and that was a good choice as my family had plenty of options to choose from every morning. Pool was relaxing with great views but there is also some construction in the area so that might be an eye sore. We rented a car to do some exploring but Avani is in the vicinity of the Palm and also Dubai Marina which if you like can easily be access thru the Monorail which is right downstairs or taxi. Overall, my stay with Avani was great, the value for my stay and great service was definitely well worth it.

Das Hotel ist in einem sehr guten Zustand. Es fängt schon beim Empfang an. Andrew und Abdullah im Concierge Bereich, aber auch die anderen sehr zuvorkommen und hilfsbereit, auch konnten Sie alles sehr gut organisieren. Der Empfang sehr professionell und sehr freundlich. Sie kümmern sich um alles und das sehr schnell. Das Essen hervorragend, der Chefkoch kommt aus Italien. die Pizza und Sushi waren sehr gut, aber auch die Vielfalt sehr groß und sehr gut. Für jeden was dabei und sehr gut. Auch die Bedienungen sind aufmerksam und sehr gut. Für uns ein sehr gutes Hotel dass man immer wieder buchen kann. Das einzige ist der Strand der fehlt, aber mit der Tram, gleich vor der Tür, in 10 Minuten dort. Die Aussicht sehr gut. Die Zimmer sauber und modern eingerichtet. Uns hat es dort an nichts gefehlt. Das Frühstück ist wirklich üppig und reich an Auswahl. Das Abendessen ist etwas kleiner ausgerichtet, wird aber immer etwas abgewandelt. Geschmack 10/10, wirklich ein Lob an die Köche! Auch das Personal steht direkt bereit und hilft wo es kann. Wir sind sehr früh angereist & es war überhaupt kein Problem direkt ein Zimmer zu bekommen. Die Haltestelle ist nur 1 Minute vom Hotel entfernt & auch ein keiner Supermarkt findet man direkt gegenüber. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und die Zimmer geräumig.

Hotel was great, the room was clean, spacious and high quality. The staff were amazing, polite, and really helpful. Location was good, Marina bay/ JBR easy to get on the tram with a station next to the hotel. The hotel was at the entrance to Palm Island with a great view, and a 5 minute walk to the island monorail. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel itself is brilliant. Well equipped with some of the friendliest staff around. The only issue is the surrounding area is a building site. The noise is rarely an issue unless you open your balcony door but it also means there is nothing to do around the property nor are there any nearby places to eat/visit This is offset by the good transport links and the excellent free valet parking.

Depois da reserva, precisei adicionar uma noite a mais porque meu voo chegava de madrugada, e o hotel não só facilitou tudo como também nos ofereceu upgrade para um quarto com vista para o mar. Foi perfeito! 🌊 O quarto era enorme, com sala e dois quartos separados, ideal para nossa família (eu, meu marido e dois filhos adolescentes). Conforto total, privacidade e muito espaço. O café da manhã também merece elogios: super completo, com opções de cozinha internacional — croissants maravilhosos, pratos indianos, marroquinos, árabes, além do omelete feito na hora. Tudo fresco e delicioso! E a piscina? Uma delícia para relaxar depois dos passeios. Outro ponto ótimo é que logo na entrada tem uma loja de conveniência, super prática para comprar o que falta. A única observação é que, apesar da localização ser boa, não é um lugar para fazer passeios a pé — praticamente tudo exige transporte. Mas isso não interfere na experiência maravilhosa que tivemos.

Avani is an elegant sanctuary of modern luxury. It is in a very quiet area; but the tram is literally steps away, and transports you to the glitz and glam at the Marina. The tram also connects with the Metro, through which you can easily access most places in Dubai. We frequently used Kareem also. After busy days touring and shopping in the hot weather, it was bliss coming back to the cool and calm of Avani. We opted for a two-bedroom suite, and we were delighted. The rooms had gorgeous sea views. The living room was spacious, with a comfy sectional sofa and a large dining table and desk. The kitchen had all the essential amenities (large fridge, dishwasher, microwave, etc.) Given the heat in Dubai, the washer/dryer were very useful! The suite also came with three washrooms, ideal as there were three of us. Our decision to choose the half board package was 100% worthwhile. The quality of the (buffet style) food for breakfast and dinner was stellar. The chefs ensured an abundance of top-notch options to choose from, and each day brought new and creative delights. Lin, our server, was exceptional. She remembered our favourites and made sure we had delicious masala chai (special callout to the bar staff for accommodating our request) to start our day. We had a fabulous time in Dubai, and are already looking forward to our next stay at Avani—it’s a haven of comfort and sophistication. Thank you for creating a lovely experience. See you next time!

Nice city hotel with proximity to the metro. I was sold on the palm view, however, know that the city view rooms and the pool actually face a construction site with loud noises all day long and have not a very serene view. Reserve only palm view rooms if you want to avoid that.

I stayed at Avani+ Palm View Hotel & Suites and was very impressed by the rooms, which are well-equipped, as well as the quality of service, with very attentive and professional staff. The hotel offers free valet parking and has an excellent location. Just a few minutes’ walk away is the Palm Jumeirah Tram Station, perfect for reaching Dubai Marina, and nearby is access to the Palm Monorail, which makes it easy to explore Palm Jumeirah. A truly enjoyable stay that I highly recommend!

We arrived in the morning after an overnight flight. Our room wasnt ready but we were offered a room to refresh if we wanted it. We were happy to sit by the pool and wait and drinks were supplied to us to cool down. After about an hour our room was ready. When we entered the room it was a WOW moment. Amazing 2 bedroomed suite with amazing views. Spent many an hour just watching all the action with boats coming in and out. We had breakfast included on our 5 night stay and they had something for everyone with an abundance of choice. Everyone at the hotel was polite and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble when we had a question. Tram stop 2 minutes walk from hotel and the monorail stop across to Atlantis was 5 minutes walk away. We loved Dubai as this was our first visit. We normally go to the USA and this was a totally different experience. JBR beach and the walk were amazing. The only bad experience was visiting the burj khalifa. We paid to visit yhe top and then queued for 2 and a half hours up and an hour and a half back down. Far to busy with no room at the top. Not worth the wait. If going to Dubai would recommend this hotel.

A great stay at Avani palm, booked 2 rooms - a duplex superior apartment and a 1 bedroom apartment for a family of 5 travelling together Rooms were great, spacious and clean and housekeeping did a excellent job each day. Buffet breakfast was good, lots of choice for ppl from all over the world. We had half board and dinner was also excellent. Pool was good size and we managed to use it a few times, wasn’t over crowded.
A great stay at Avani palm, booked 2 rooms - a duplex superior apartment and a 1 bedroom apartment for a family of 5 travelling together Rooms were great, spacious and clean and housekeeping did a excellent job each day. Buffet breakfast was good, lots of choice for ppl from all over the world. We had half board and dinner was also excellent. Decent location but still a drive from stuff to do. Not in Palm Juneirah but close. Food was okay, not much variety on buffet. Pool was very laid back, no alcohol by pool for drinks. Staff was friendly. Spa is not a luxury 5 star spa but behavior more like that of a seedy place.

Everything was excellent. The huge breakfast every morning, the pool, the food, the staff... The only draw back is that it is located in an area with construction and the pool overlooks a sand pit.

Stay was good got a room upgrade and size of the room was good food very average but staff makes up for it only thing i did not like was the guys getting taxi’s they want you to use there in house taxis that charge 3 times more than a meter taxi if you ask for a meter taxi they act like they cant find any so opted for uber instead
