Our company stayed at the hotel with a group of 11 people for two days and also used three meeting rooms for two full days. In total, we spent approximately KRW 60 million on accommodation and meeting facilities, but thanks to the exceptional service provided by Charlotte and April, we truly felt that every penny was worth it. Managing multiple rooms and meeting spaces required many requests and schedule adjustments, but Charlotte and April were always professional, kind, and extremely responsive. They paid attention to even the smallest details and made sure everything was handled smoothly, allowing us to focus on our important business meetings. A great hotel is not only about its facilities, but also about the people who create the experience. Simply outstanding. This was our sixth consecutive July vacation at Mandarin Oriental Jumeirah, Dubai. I have been visiting Dubai almost every year since 2013, and from the very first time I stayed at this hotel, I knew I would return. It is, in fact, the only hotel that I continue to revisit on every trip to Dubai. Whenever I come to the city, I usually divide my stay among three or four different luxury hotels to experience what each one has to offer. Yet, Mandarin Oriental Jumeirah is the one hotel I never replace. The reason is simple: the people. The level of genuine hospitality displayed by the team is extraordinary.
