The property had many steps before you got to the elevator the property misled the guests by saying it had an elevator he had to climb at least 30 steps that were very steep in order to get to the elevator with no one to help you with luggage or with the steps very unprofessional

Solo un ascensor muy pequeño que estaba dañado, hubo que subir las maletas a un tercer piso por escaleras. Luego se fue la luz y como no habia precion para el agua tambien estuvimos sin agua. Hubo que ir a comprar botellas de agua para bañarnos. Llego la luz como 1 am pero el agua iba y venia. No tenian generadores. Pudimos acostarnos a dormir como a las 2 am

The hotel was walking distance to some of the major attractions in Florence, like Duomo Cathedral, Palazzo Vecchio, Uffizi, Palazzo Pitti, Boboli Gardens, and Piazza della Signoria. Just the most amazing rooftop terrace to allow you to see Florence from above. We had amazing times at the hotel, the fact that was so conveniently located, allowed us to cover several Florence attractions in a short amount of time. Can’t wait to stay there again.

The only difficulty with this property is the necessity to climb a flight of stairs to get to a lift. The front desk staff are amazing! Very friendly and helpful. Our room was comfortable and large enough. This hotel had the best A/C of all the properties we stayed over the course of a two week trip.

This was truly a boutique hotel. I was traveling alone and needed a room for only one day before my flight home. The hotel was in a great location and was convenient to everything. The room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed and lovely linens. While there was no bottled water in the room, the hotel offered it in the reception area along with complimentary coffee, tea, and snacks. My arrival was somewhat challenging for a few reasons worth mentioning. I was unaware that the hotel started on the third floor of a shared building. The street entrance was not well-marked, and I was not sure which intercom button to press for access. The hotel did not have porters, and the single elevator began on the second floor. To reach the second floor, I had to get two heavy suitcases, a large tote, a shopping bag, and a purse up 30 stairs and back down again. I think it would be very helpful to future guests if this information would be made clearer on booking sites. The receptionist ordered my early morning taxi and have me all the pertinent contact information.

Really great place. Location is right in the middle of everything. 3rd floor upgrade is a gem with library and rooftop patio with view of Dome etc. Everything worked at the hotel/room. Good bed, sizable room. I liked it, a good choice.

La propiedad está muy bien ubicada, cerca de muchos lugares de interés de la ciudad. La habitación limpia por dentro. Aunque en los pasillos del hotel y ascensor había un olor a cloaca, no se si tiene que ver con problemas de alcantarillas de la ciudad. Al llegar tuve que subir el equipaje manualmente por una rampa improvisada en una larga escalera, hasta el 2do piso, donde finalmente había un ascensor. Las atenciones del personal fueron promedio. Algo positivo es que nos dieron un regalo por nuestro aniversario de bodas, fue un bonito detalle. Para mi el hotel está muy "Overpriced" comparando lo que cuesta y lo que ofrece.

Great location less than 5 minutes from the Doumo and large spacious rooms with high ceilings and a nice bathroom. Unfortunately, only a wooden door separated us from the guests in the next room and we were awoken by their conversations (and could hear every word) early in the morning.

This hotel is by far one of the best locations in town. it is minutes away from every tourist attraction out there. Staff was extremely accommodating and friendly. The room size is amazing. There was three of us and there was more than enough space for all of us to put our bags. Again, for the price this location is perfect. Enjoy your stay here. Highly recommend recommended..

The hotel was in a very good location, but difficult to find on your first visit! The hotel is on the second floor up a number of steps. The lift, was not operating when we arrived and actually starts on the first floor. When it was working it was not reliable enough to use in my view, so I wouldn’t recommend its use. The staff were very helpful however which was appreciated. The rooms were ok, but if you had the windows open it was very noisy at night. The aircon unit was also suspect unfortunately!

Out room was incredible! Felt like a small luxury apartment. Kids had their own beds while we had a separate bedroom. The location is the best I could have imagined, right in the middle of all the action and easy to walk from/to the largest attractions!

Property was great. The rooftop terrace was the perfect place to unwind after a busy day of touring. Hotel room walls were a bit thin / it was loud first thing in the morning in the rooms by reception but otherwise it was clean, great location and worth the stay.

Very pleasant stay at Hotel del Corso and a fantastic location in the centre of the city. The room was very comfortable and clean and the staff were all very helpful. Only couple of things to note…the shower door was not sealed at the bottom so when you take a shower, make sure there is a towel at the bottom otherwise you’ll get a very wet bathroom floor! Secondly, if you sleep with the window open, we found it a little bit noisy with some revellers in the street at 1am. Nothing major but worth mentioning.

Great hotel near the Duomo and in a great central location for walking to everything you'd want to see in Florence! The only reason I gave the 4 stars was because of the noise that came from both proximity to the Duomo (less of a factor) and the noise that partygoers made until 4:00 a.m. some night (the larger factor by far). That said, it wasn't noisy every night, and it's part and parcel with staying in auch a centeal location. Shopping, restaurants, and gorcery stores were all single-digit minutes away on foot, and the staff was able to help us find everythi g we wanted to do. Don't miss their rooftop terrace as a nice place to chill out after a hectic day of activities!

Beautiful hotel and amazing staff. Our trip to Italy was due to a medical emergency for our daughter and after being here one week, we were informed by the doctors that we would have to extend our stay for another week. In such a stressful situation, Hotel Del Corso staff was so accommodating and compassionate. We are so appreciative and recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Italy. Grazie!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The front desk staff members were always very nice and helpful, especially Barbara who checked us in - she was so sweet and gave us many great suggestions for our stay regarding restaurants, activities, etc. Our room was great - clean, pretty, spacious, had everything we could ask for. Lastly, the location of the hotel was GREAT, all of our city sightseeing, shopping, and dining was in easy walking distance. Thank you Hotel del Corso for our wonderful stay in Florence.

Location was amazing! Staff was extremely friendly and welcomed us very warmly. Any requests we had, they provided. Everything was very clean and tidy. Even the terrace has a beautiful view of Florence. Air conditioning worked very well, we were very pleased with the location, the staff and the hotel itself.

Barbara was so helpful and accommodating, the rooms were spacious and clean with a charming view of a small piazza, and we were a close walk to all our destinations. I will 100% stay at Hotel del Corso when I return to Florence!

Boutique hotel in una posizione fantastica nel centro storico di Firenze, in un affascinante palazzo del 700 con scalone monimentale. La nostra stanza famigliare era ampia e ben arredata, con gusto e tutti i comfort. anche il divano letto si è rivelato piacevolmente comodo e abbiamo dormito molto bene. Lo staff è gentile e accogliente e al check in ci hanno offerto tante informazioni per rendere il nostro soggiorno più piacevole. La chicca è la meravigliosa terrazza sovrastante l’hotel da cui si gode una vista privilegiata della Cupola del Brunelleschi e del campanile di Giotto. Consiglio vivamente di andarci, merita! Torneremo sicuramente e consigliamo l’hotel del Corso per una esperienza autentica e piacevole.

Great hotel near the Duomo and in a great central location for walking to everything you'd want to see in Florence! The only reason I gave the 4 stars was because of the noise that came from both proximity to the Duomo (less of a factor) and the noise that partygoers made until 4:00 a.m. some night (the larger factor by far). That said, it wasn't noisy every night, and it's part and parcel with staying in auch a centeal location. Shopping, restaurants, and gorcery stores were all single-digit minutes away on foot, and the staff was able to help us find everythi g we wanted to do. Don't miss their rooftop terrace as a nice place to chill out after a hectic day of activities!

What a nice hidden gem right in the heart of Florence . We walked everywhere ! The staff is incredible - so helpful , knowledgeable snd very welcoming! The rooms was very clean as was the entire hotel ! We loved it ! Can’t wait to visit again

We absolutely loved our stay here! The front desk staff members were always very nice and helpful, especially Barbara who checked us in - she was so sweet and gave us many great suggestions for our stay regarding restaurants, activities, etc. Our room was great - clean, pretty, spacious, had everything we could ask for. Lastly, the location of the hotel was GREAT, all of our city sightseeing, shopping, and dining was in easy walking distance. Thank you Hotel del Corso for our wonderful stay in Florence.

Classified as a hotel but it was more of an apartment room. No elevator to the ground floor, only from the first floor to the second. We travelled with an elderly couple who struggled with their luggage. There was no lobby nor bar facilities. The real benefit was its location. Very central and convenient. Ricardo and Barbara were wonderful and their support and service softened the effect of the lack of facilities. Hotels.com didn’t give enough information on the website to forewarn us of the shortcomings.

We loved staying here, the ease of being able to access many of the nicest areas in Florence was great. The hotel also gave us a full sheet of paper with recommendations of places to eat and they were all great and quite affordable! If you can’t handle night life then you might not love this place but we certainly did!
