Stayed 3 nights

Very kind staff. Clean room and lobby area. Smooth process to accommodate keys, etc. The WiFi didn’t really work, along with the TV. We didn’t bring this up to the staff as we were only staying 2 more nights when this occurred. Plus, the vacation is way more than WiFi, TV, etc. The AC was also not the best and the room did get warm on and off. But overall a very nice stay and again, such friendly staff.

This hotel was not what I expected in that the photos on Expedia and on the hotel website were much nicer than in person. Also, there was air conditioning but the way it was set up did not make me feel the safest because the window had to remain open. (The AC was an individual standing unit that was plugged into an outlet. I could not close the window because it was so hot in Florence.) Additionally, the lights went out multiple times in the room on the first day because there were three items plugged into two separate outlets. The light switches, the area that you can turn on and off to reset the lights was in the room, so that was pressed a few times before the lights came back on. Lastly, there was construction going on (I believe in the building or very close by) that started so early in the morning (around 8am). The one other thing I will note is that the staff were very kind, but I do believe there were too many issues during the stay. Unfortunately, I will not stay here again.

This was a nice place to stay in Florence. Very walkable to all iconic attractions. Clean room. Staff was very helpful and nice. We wished the AC was working. Apparently they do not start using air conditioning until May. We did get too warm in our room. Other than that it was a very nice stay. Would recommend.
