Very good location, felt that the hotel is understaffed, specially in the Restaurant and the Reception. The access card system is terrible, its a struggle to get going from the Lift & even the Parking access. Shanika from your sister hotel was very helpful in the restaurant . Overall very good experience .

Cons There was a leak issue in the toilet. Also the key cards did not work all the time so it was inconvenient to keep heading to front desk to reset. It was noisy as the housekeeping would vacuum the halls at 8 am and lots of external noises as well. Pros The hotel was in a great location and breakfast was decent

Functional stay for a business trip where one doesnt spend too much time in the small rooms. The rooms themselves are not cleaned very well, the rug is musty, there is dirt and dust in most nooks, the shower pressure is very low and the house-keeping service is very inefficient and inconsitent. There were days where I had to ask them to restock towels and water bottles. On the flip side, the front desk with Salma and team is very efficient and friendly and went out of their way to assist me whenever needed. Special mention for Faheem who went the extra mile to help me recover my camera bag that I had forgotten in a cab on the day of my check-in. Kudos for that.

“My stay was okay overall, but I was disappointed with the room. It was much smaller than expected and not as clean as it should have been — I even noticed a roach, which was unacceptable regardless of the price. The cost of the room was also quite high for what was offered. Although the staff did help me switch rooms as I requested, there wasn’t much improvement.”

Lovely clean hotel that is very conveniently located to the airport, the metro, and a large shopping centre. Staff were amazing and let us checkin early so we could shower and get on with our busy schedule. We arrived by metro as it is only a five minute walk away and is significantly cheaper than a taxi or Uber to transfer to and from the airport. The shopping centre is literally across the road and has plenty of shopping and dining options. It was cheaper to stay here instead of a more trendy part of Dubai but very easy to get around thanks to the metro. Would definitely stay here again.

Good location and staff were excellent. Breakfast was good as well. Rooms maintainace can be improved and the shower water flow was too weak. Worst was the sink, could barely wash my hands under the sink as the tap was too short.

So it was amazing for the price on all aspects of service, location, breakfast, room etc. One thing is that the internet is not stable on the 8th floor and needs to be fixed if IBIS wants to keep to its slogan "IBIS, I do Business".

Can’t get a local taxi from the hotel and the staff wouldn’t help you get one. The only alternative is to take a private car which is extremely expensive, very disappointing that you don’t have that choice and are forced to take a private car. I had to drag my suitcase down myself no help from the staff.

Deira ccity center metro station is just walking distance [5 mins walk] shopping mall is just accross the road. Theres a giftland store ( wallmart express) nearby. Some good arabic Mandi resturants and Spas walking distance of the property. A big mosque is 500m away plus 15 mins by taxi from the airport incase you need to get to after metro hours. Great staff , excellent cleaning service daily. Complimentary water a mini fridge in the twin bed room which was a bit small but not a big issue. Breakfast is available at the property i didnt get a chance to check it out but i felt it was a big buffet styled.

The absolute most worst stay ever. You arrive and no one helps you. You have to find a cart for your luggage. The front desk has no concern for your comfort. She is simply trying to get you from in-front of her. There is no food in the so call cafe. You have to leave to buy outside because they push you to do room service only. You leave your room to go down stairs only to find your card has been reset. Guest skip you in the line ahead of you and they simply server that guest. Completely allowing disrespect. The room is supposed to be no smoking but stinks of cigarettes. The old iron is missing the top so all the water comes out on your clothes. No face towels nor wash rags. Do not stay here. It’s a real low class hotel.

We had no plans to stay in Dubai but due to a medical issue we were unable to catch our connecting flight and so soenr two days in Dubai. We needed a hotel close to the airport but also reasonable room rate, this hotel provided both. Just a 10-15 min taxi ride and we were at the hotel, room rate was very good for a hotel so close to Dubai airport. Reception is a nice area, lots of cinfy seating. Staff are very pleasant, we arrived way before the 2pm check in time but it wasnt an issue, they allowed us early check in without any additional costs. The room was a good standard, clean and fresh. Beds and bedding were more than acceptable. Apart from a leaky basin tap the bathroom was clean and worked as needed. House keeping staff are so polite. The room cards are a bit hit n miss, we had to get them reset twice in 2 days, you need them fir the lifts too so it can get annoying if they dont work. Breakfast was fine for what we paid and included enough of everything to keep most people happy. Overall, this is a great little hotel, convenient for the airport, has a massive mall and hypermarket just 5 mins walk away called City Centre which has all you could need. For the price i cant really fault the place.

1) I am so sure I booked my beakfast included abut hotel did not give me breakfast instead they tgried to sell it at chck in 125 usd per night Ibisi hotel would normally include breakfast?? 2) Dubai is a conference and event city; as a delegate I check out in the morning kept my luggage at the hotel and returned to hotel in the evening to pick up my luggage for airport. However I needed to change my suite clothes to casual ones and hotel didnt give me any secure place to change they made me oue WC to change my clothes! A delegate guest paying 260 usd for 2 nights and that is all the favro they can do??
