We had a wonderful stay at Park Place in Breckenridge. Our family of four (kids age 9 and 12) stayed for a week at the end of June. The condo was very clean and an nicely decorated. We really appreciated the ample amount of towels provided and necessities like toilet paper and garbage bags. We were able to walk to the adorable Main Street for shopping, dinners, and ice cream. The pool and hot tubs are an easy walk from the condo. We would highly recommend staying at this condo!

Very nice place. Roomy with 2 decent sized baths. Quiet complex with plenty of parking. Easy walk to Snowflake Lift, with easy access to peaks 8 and 9. We rented equipment at ski shop by lift so could store equipment right by lift. Would stay there again.

Our family of four had a wonderful stay at Park Place Breckenridge. The location was perfect.. close enough to the ski trails to ski back for lunch and the hit the slopes again and also a short walk to town. The layout of the condo was excellent with ample room for our teenagers to spread out. The heated tile floor in the bathroom was a nice surprise. The Summit Mountain staff was quick to respond to inquiries but did not resolve any of our issues. Parking instructions were unclear, household supplies were lacking and several minor issues were left unaddressed such as broken coffee maker, multiple burned out light bulbs, disconnected tv. They said they would deliver missing items, but never did.

Perfect for me an four kids to ski. The shuttle stop that takes you to the Snowflake lift is about 50 yards, maybe less, from the front door. The Four O'clock run brings you back to the condos across the street, so it's about another 50 yards or so back to the front door.Downtown is also an easy walk. The main plaza is about a 5 min away. We parked the truck and pretty much didn't use it at all while we were there.Condo was clean and comfortable and very warm. Hooks and a bench in the hallway for gear, plus an outside closet for skis and boards. Check in process was super easy and instructions and suggestions were very helpful.Only a couple of very minor complaints; a few extra towels for the hot tub would have been nice (you may want to bring some, or just use the washer and dryer in the condo) and oddly there was nothing in the kitchen to hand wash dishes (we grabbed a wash cloth from the bathroom).We would definitely stay here again.

I only give 4 * for the check in process due to the off-site location of the office, thus slight inconvenience. But otherwise everything went smoothly. Location is close to town, and ski resort. Unit was easy to find in the complex. Host was very accommodating with 2 parking permits.

This is a nicely appointed and roomy apartment downtown near the gondola. I would not consider this a ski in/ski out property, though I suppose it's technically possible to ski nearby and then walk for a bit. Plan to use the bus stop that's just across the street to take the free 2-minute ride up the hill. Good parking, fine hot tub, central location.

Great Stay! Condo was beautiful. Clean but needed some deep cleaning to wood surfaces, artificial plants and metal light fixtures. The layout was perfect. 3 flights of stairs provided great exercise but were tough. All-in-All i would definitely rent again!

Overall the unit is in great shape - loved the 2 ‘suites’ of BR/BA. Updated bedding in primary would be nice... but overall everything was fine and we loved the service from the management company - this is a small Breckenridge company so service is swift and friendly. We would absolutely use again!

The sheets and blankets were below average . Pillows though were good. Couch and loveseat are very old and not comfortable. Upstairs unit is very noisy and if you want to sleep past 7, good luck. You can hear all the footsteps loud and clear.

Enjoyed our stay in this great location in Breck. Very convenient to both the Main Street (4 minute walk) and to the slopes (easy walk/bus access to Beaver Run, Snowflake, and Gondola). Loved that this 2 bed/2 bath was a double-en-suite. Very convenient for two couples or a family.

We enjoyed our stay even though the clothes dryer was not in working condition. We were not able to dry our washed bath towels. Technician was sent but a quick repair was not an option. Although this was an inconvenience, the property manager did his best to correct the problem.

Parking instructions were unclear, household supplies were lacking and several minor issues were left unaddressed such as broken coffee maker, multiple burned out light bulbs, disconnected tv. They said they would deliver missing items, but never did.
Our family of four had a wonderful stay at Park Place Breckenridge. The location was perfect.. close enough to the ski trails to ski back for lunch and the hit the slopes again and also a short walk to town. The layout of the condo was excellent with ample room for our teenagers to spread out. The heated tile floor in the bathroom was a nice surprise. Perfect for me an four kids to ski. The shuttle stop that takes you to the Snowflake lift is about 50 yards, maybe less, from the front door. The Four O'clock run brings you back to the condos across the street, so it's about another 50 yards or so back to the front door.Downtown is also an easy walk. The main plaza is about a 5 min away. We parked the truck and pretty much didn't use it at all while we were there.Condo was clean and comfortable and very warm. Hooks and a bench in the hallway for gear, plus an outside closet for skis and boards. Check in process was super easy and instructions and suggestions were very helpful.Only a couple of very minor complaints; a few extra towels for the hot tub would have been nice (you may want to bring some, or just use the washer and dryer in the condo) and oddly there was nothing in the kitchen to hand wash dishes (we grabbed a wash cloth from the bathroom).We would definitely stay here again.

I only give 4 * for the check in process due to the off-site location of the office, thus slight inconvenience. But otherwise everything went smoothly. Location is close to town, and ski resort. Unit was easy to find in the complex. Host was very accommodating with 2 parking permits.

Enjoyed our stay in this great location in Breck. Very convenient to both the Main Street (4 minute walk) and to the slopes (easy walk/bus access to Beaver Run, Snowflake, and Gondola). Loved that this 2 bed/2 bath was a double-en-suite. Very convenient for two couples or a family.

Very nice place. Roomy with 2 decent sized baths. Quiet complex with plenty of parking. Easy walk to Snowflake Lift, with easy access to peaks 8 and 9. We rented equipment at ski shop by lift so could store equipment right by lift. Would stay there again.

I would not consider this a ski in/ski out property, though I suppose it's technically possible to ski nearby and then walk for a bit. We enjoyed our stay even though the clothes dryer was not in working condition. We were not able to dry our washed bath towels. Technician was sent but a quick repair was not an option. Although this was an inconvenience, the property manager did his best to correct the problem.
