Our stay at the hotel was very nice, room was comfortable and the staff extremely pleasant. we did make a comment re our evening meal but hear no more about it (lasagne was dry) i have attempted to make contact with the hotel by phone since our stay on the 14th February but no one seems to pick up phone calls. my query is regarding the addition of VAT added to our bill food and drinks. i did not see any evidence of VAT included or to be added to our bill. my hotel receipt shows at the foot of the bill that "this is not a VAT invoice but your VAT number is included in your footer. is this an error on your part or have i missed this. Reference 2380113436

The service was incredible and the accommodations were beautiful! We stayed in the Lilac cottage and it was perfect for our family of 4! They had everything we needed!

What a beautiful and wonderful place to stay. The view is unparalleled and the room, overall, was my favorite of all of the places we stayed on this vacation. I would absolutely stay here again. The bed was so comfortable, the bathroom was lovely and the shower - perfection. Tea and biscuits every morning and they even gave me extra, when I mentioned how much I liked them. All in all, I loved it. Highly recommend.
