Landscaping was beautiful and enjoyable. Bbq grills outside were all well maintained and cleaned daily. Great central location to visit all areas of the island. Front desk was extremely helpful and attentive to our needs. Gym/ pool and hot tubs were all well maintained. We will be back!!

This property is great! The landscaping on the grounds is incredible. Parking is easy and right at your building. Easy walk across the street to the beach. Within walking distance to food and shops.

Good value…. Pool was nice and had 2 hot tub areas. Across the street from the beach and a couple blocks to restaurants. Well manicured grounds. Tennis courts were great… lots of bbqs to use. The resort was great! Watched the sun go down on the grass across the street

Property had games by the pool area which was great, had fun playing ping pong and foosball with the family. Only disappointment was the AC unit in the room, AC was not working properly for two days.

It was a big construction going on and a lots of noise, we were the only one in the building and everything was marked to no park so we parked very far from our unit. We needed to go under caution tape and even a worker from the company asked why we were staying there, I tried to contact the front office but was unable. I have pictures to prove. The unit has all that was necessary but we found a cockroach couple times, I understand that this is a tropical place but between the noise from the construction and the sanitation I was feeling overwhelmed. The construction started at 8:00 am and ended about 5:00pm so we didn’t have a chance to sleep in.

The Sands was just what we were looking for with easy beach access; however, the poolside spas were out of order for our entire stay, and we could not use our main shower on the last night/day of the trip due to a leak.

We had ants crawling in our bathroom & bedroom in both condos in our party. We had to take them in the bed to move our stuff out of one condo to another one. We do not recommend building 5 because of ants.

The condo was filthy. My socks were black within 20 min of walking from the bedroom into the kitchen and kids bedroom. The upstairs bathroom had obviously not been cleaned as there was a variety of hair on the floor, and toothpaste on the counter. Requested a cleaning and the maid came in with a swiffer "duster" for the floors as we were leaving. Upon return, the hair was missing in the bathroom but toothpaste was still there. I did another walk around in socks and they came back black again. Gross!! Dishes and pans had food on them as well. Made me wonder if our sheets were even clean. We got a good rate, but would never stay at this condo again.

The condo was a very spacious 1 bedroom, 2 bath and generous balcony patio. Our unit was on the third floor, it was quite clean and overall very nice. The central location makes easy access to many beaches, restaurants and shopping. I would 100 percent recommend

We saw insects crawling as soon as we arrived. We had to step out and reported it after 2 days. Inappropriate questions as to why do you ask after 2 days instead of taking action and accepting the situation. Vacuum cleaner inside the condo was very dirty. The toilet was leaking water and making loud noises. Ac was terrible and making loud noises

The cleanliness of our apartments was not good. The fridge handles were orange and sticky. Dust all the way up the walls. The floors upstairs were not swept at all (hair and debris everywhere from previous tenants). Units could use updating. However, property grounds were great. Location was great. Overall value is excellent.

Location of the condo was great, but the lack of hospitality and the musty smell and dirty bathroom, sofa and floor in the unit were turn-offs for us, not to mention the dust on the vanity top in master bathroom, on the ceiling fans & under the bed. We had to wash the blankets on very first night ‘cause they smelled so bad to use. However, the unit was equipped with all the amenities we needed to stay comfortably, especially for the beach activities including beach chairs, parasol, cooler, towels, etc.

Property grounds are beautiful and my particular unit was partially remodeled. However The bed and furniture are not very comfortable. The Wi-Fi and phone reception were spotty which made it difficult to work efficiently as this was a business trip. The technology the complex is using is out dated. Several of us stayed in this complex and the quality of the units and furniture varied greatly even though we all paid the same room rate. Some had room keys other had keypads and a code to access unit making it more convenient. Location is right across from the beach and walkable to restaurants and shops which was the benefit of staying here. Overall I would probably try out a different property on the strip on my next trip as there are many to choose from.

The location is perfect! The beach across the street is clean and spacious. The pool and grounds are well cared for and beautiful. The front desk staff was friendly and the elevators were fast. The property itself is great. The room was just ehhh. We had two units side by side and I wasn’t overly impressed with either. Each had one small window sized AC unit which only keeps the living room and dining room cool * not cold , the upstairs bedroom and downstairs bedroom are VERY HOT. Made for difficult sleeping. One unit had tiny gnats all over. Decor is very outdated. Floors need a good steam clean. I wouldn’t stay here again for the lack of AC alone.

Everything was amazing property and condo great. Besides the A/C in the condo didn’t work. We couldn’t sleep upstairs AT ALL and the other rooms A/C was completely useless.

This property though not a new built is in a good location, it is clean and the grounds are well maintained. Love the garden view from our lanai. A five minute walk from our unit to the beach. Enjoyed proximity to South Maui Gardens/food trucks, groceries , places to eat and shop. Not too happy with the check in staff though who had some kind of condescending attitude .

The supervisor at the front desk was an extremely rude and arrogant person, wasn’t receptive at all, wasn’t courteous especially being in the service industry. The other staff at the front desk had no authority. Would never recommend this property to anyone

Overcharged at property despite providing proof of receipt and charged. Desk agent unprofessional rude unfriendly uncooperative. Attempted to resolve over billing issue upon checkout same agent (stated he was the manager) refused to acknowledge my receipt and the actual charge should have been less. Unit was dirty. Hairs in bathroom and floors. Extremely dusty under all furniture. Tv in bedroom not functioning. Adjacent to elevator extremely loud. Strong chemical odor upon entering the unit. Cleaning chemicals may have accidentally been combined by cleaning staff, toxic air. Street noise significant. Poor location if one requires quiet peaceful environment.

The property was really nice. Can walk into to town across the street from the beach. Down falls were few. We got in verlate to check girl at the desk was not helpful or friendly. We could not find the open wntry when we called to ask for help( we were in the syreet) she stated refer to the email sent and hung up. We needed to go one entrance down. Lidia helped us out a few day later and was so sweet friendly and helpful. Showing the true aloha sprit. Over all we would stay again. Loved tje location

The location is great but the condo we got was not that good the lift was smelling, there was lot of construction going on with too much noise that disturbed my kids sleep after the long Hana highway trip.I had to call them to stop the construction work as it was disturbing. The front desk also did not seem welcoming or bothered much. There was only one coffee pouch in the room.They said they will charge 1$ if we need more but finally they gave us 2 as courtesy. It is like everything was about paying extra money. We requested for 1 hr extra before checkout as we had young kids and our flight was in late evening.The property is not flexible or taking consideration of anything. I have traveled a lot and I have been to many properties where we had little leverage and people were kind to accommodate More hospitality is needed. On the whole it is a nice location.

Condo was nice however- the anticipated “pay at the counter fees” required when we checked in were $100 more than what was stated on in hotels.com. Where to check in was not clear at all. Took some extra effort to find. Grounds were beautiful and walking distance to Kihei / shopping and food. Great access to beach.

Right across the street from Kam III. Walking distance to Mini market and many restaurants. On bus line that will take you all over Maui with transfers in Queens Center. Property excellent on outside. Stayed here twice, never used pool, tennis courts, or grills, but had to pay a hefty “resort” fee. Unit we were in was pretty bad. Pots and pans, plates, glasses old and dirty. Bedding for pull-out couch tattered. Couch terribly uncomfortable. Everything felt old and dirty.

Great apartment. Fabulous grounds. Lovely view. Super quiet and right across from the beach park (across the road). Lots of places to eat, get coffee or grocery shop nearby. Would definitely stay here again!!!

Not a lot of direction for any of the amenities. Want to rent some snorkelig gear and waited over an hr for the clerk to come back from break so I just gave up. No restaurant in the resort was also not good had to drive to find food.

Our condo's kitchen was wonderful and stocked with dishes & appliances for us to cook whatever we wanted and we did, just that. Nice to have the option to cook or go out. We also appreciated the personal touches in the condo and would request the same one, as soon as we can return. Security does need to be beefed up and more cameras put in place.

We've stayed here three times now, and each time a winner. Gorgeous grounds, right across from the ocean, a short drive to everything. The pool is wonderful, warm and clean. The condos have everything you need for cooking there, or just plating your DoorDash. We will be returning next year!

If you’re looking for a family friendly place! This is the place you want to stay. The garden is so beautiful. Lots of BBQ’s to cook your food. You’re right across the street to one of the best beaches on Maui. The condo is equipped with everything you need.

from the well groomed grounds to the pool to the beautiful room, this was by far the best condo we have stayed in. Easy access in and out of the resort, beach right across the street, close to town, sidewalks in good condition for walking into town. Wide variety of food choices and two grocery stores nearby. We will definitely be coming back here
