Super place! Great location. As pictured! A few stairs getting up from the street to the elevator and parking is not convienent but I imagine it’s the same for everything in the area, especially at Christmas time. Previous review mentions the shower being a challenge but we did not find this to be a problem. The bathroom door gets stuck and requires a lot of effort to open but that seems like it could be a simple fix. Would be nice to stock the kitchen with a start roll or paper towels and/or napkins. Location is perfect and loft was clean. Beds were comfortable - kids slept on sofa bed and found it far better than most sofa beds.

Beautiful loft. Clean. Spacious. Awesome location. Parking is a 8 min walk, uphill, which may be an issue for some people. Also, Rue St Jean is closed to cars for most of the day, so this is a little inconvenient for luggage unloading.

I would definitely recommend this property, with a few caveats: PROS: -IMMACULATELY clean -In a convenient, popular shopping/dining area -Washer/dryer on premises -2 bathrooms is nice CONS: -NOT FOR SENIORS! The full bath (with tub/shower/washer/dryer) is on the second floor, which can only be reached by a narrow metal spiral staircase -The streets shut down to make it a pedestrian area after 11 am, so there's nowhere to park & unload (It would have been nice to be told this before we arrived) -The nearest parking garage is about 3 blocks away, and it's very run-down (Crumbling stairs)

We would recommend this property based on its location, cleanliness, spaciousness and comfort. It feels safe and it’s a good location for the old town. It’s also great to walk towards Montcalm, which is more residential and has a local population and the Art Museum is nearby. The Rue de St Jean towards the west has more restaurants and is much less touristy. The only thing to note is that the building stays very warm even if you turn the heating off, and the loft area warms up. There is an AC unit but the space is large to cool down. There is an elevator, but once inside the building, there a three steps up to the elevator. The Les Lofts team is very responsive to emails.

The streets shut down for pedestrian access only which was a challenge. When we pulled the car up before the shut down the police harassed us until we moved even though it was just 2 minutes. The place itself was great! Awesome location.

Excellent stay for a small family. Secure, elegant, all the things that one would hope for in a unit like this! The space was impeccable, great tub for soaking and space for playing, eating, and watching a movie. The space is shared in terms of light and sound, but we would come back in a heartbeat. The neighborhood and everything it has to offer is incredible. Wonderful experience for us. Covered, inexpensive parking was just a 5-minute walk. Not to mention all the things we wanted to visit accessible easily on foot.

i now always go to lofts for my stays in quebec. spacious, contactless, with real small hotel appartments, fully equipped and so well located, good beds, very well sound proofed... excellent! (only wish was for them to have a luggage locked place to store your things, so you can come and "check in" earlier and leave " check out" later, leaving the luggage in their storage before you catch your flight or train)

This is NOT a hotel - more like an AirB&B - so just be aware of that. We arrived before 4pm check-in and we didn't have anywhere to store the luggage. Les Lofts own 21 properties around the city, so they said we could leave our luggage at a different location, which was NOT convenient to the train station (how we arrived) or our "loft." And that luggage storage was filled. Luckily, they were super accommodating and let us store our luggage in the actual apartment, but that is usually not the case. The "bathroom amenities were nothing more than bar soap and shampoo - don't let the description fool you with "toiletries" included. If you are staying here for an extended time, these properties are probably perfect, but for a short stay it wasn't very "easy." And if you do stay here for a shorter stay, book through Les Lofts directly and NOT Expedia. Because we went through Expedia, Les Lofts could not make any changes to our reservation (which also could have allowed us to check into a different apt earlier than 4pm so we could drop off our luggage.) TL;dr - great location; more AirB&B than hotel

Great communication with the hotel! It was clean and very large! Close to my event and great restaurants! Such a unique and special place! Also, needed to work from there for a bit and it served really well for that. The staff was very nice and incredibly helpful!

Location is good. Cleanliness very average. I think the floors were not cleaned/mopped before we moved in. Worst of all, communication with the Lofts team was terrible. We made two requests which were never serviced even after 48 hrs of the request being made. There was half a roll of toilet paper to begin with and we ran out because we have young kids. Even after repeated requests, nothing was delivered. So I needed to run out and buy some. Be prepared to go through the disappointment if you are unlucky because there is no way I expect them to deliver on anything especially the way they are setup. Will never stay at any of their locations ever again ! Pathetic, shame on these guys !!

The location of the apartment is excellent. Everything is within walking distance. The apartment is very spacious, and has everything we need. The only thing we would recommend is the bathroom lighting. It is not good enough.

Great amount of space. Nice decor. Access to rooftop deck! Could have used more light in upstairs bathroom (some bulbs were out) and also 1 nightstand lamp bulb was broken out. Great location and walkable.

Advertised as having air conditioning but it didn’t work properly. There were no ceiling fans which made it very difficult to sleep and ruined the stay. The property management couldn’t fix the air and wouldn’t give us a discount foe untruthful advertising. I wouldn’t stay here in the summer, not sure if the heat works in the winter.

Très très bien situé! Je craignais que ce soit très bruyant vu l'emplacement... Mais pas du tout! En plein coeur de l'effervescence du vieux Québec et du festival d'été, avec en prime, la possibilité de se retrouver dans le calme et la tranquilité une fois les fenêtres fermées, grâce à une insonorisation assez impressionnante! Ce qui est très précieux pour un hébergement aussi central!

Great communication with the hotel! It was clean and very large! Close to my event and great restaurants! Such a unique and special place! Also, needed to work from there for a bit and it served really well for that. The staff was very nice and incredibly helpful!

We would recommend this property based on its location, cleanliness, spaciousness and comfort. It feels safe and it’s a good location for the old town. It’s also great to walk towards Montcalm, which is more residential and has a local population and the Art Museum is nearby. The Rue de St Jean towards the west has more restaurants and is much less touristy. The only thing to note is that the building stays very warm even if you turn the heating off, and the loft area warms up. There is an AC unit but the space is large to cool down. There is an elevator, but once inside the building, there a three steps up to the elevator. The Les Lofts team is very responsive to emails.

Location is good. Cleanliness very average. I think the floors were not cleaned/mopped before we moved in. Worst of all, communication with the Lofts team was terrible. We made two requests which were never serviced even after 48 hrs of the request being made. There was half a roll of toilet paper to begin with and we ran out because we have young kids. Even after repeated requests, nothing was delivered. So I needed to run out and buy some. Be prepared to go through the disappointment if you are unlucky because there is no way I expect them to deliver on anything especially the way they are setup. Will never stay at any of their locations ever again ! Pathetic, shame on these guys !!

Did not get access information until past the time and day of checkin, only after multiple emails and a call. AC leaked water which drenched floor. Had to cover with towels. Reported problem but management said repairman wasn’t available. Very weak and slow WiFi.

Excellent location, on a pedestrian street in the middle of shopping, restaurants and sightseeing. Easy walking to all of Old Town. Spacious apartment, well-appointed. Communication was exactly as promised. Only nitpick is that cable TV flickered in and out frequently. But we didn't spend that much time watching TV anyway.

We had issues getting our access codes. After I was not getting the code at beginning of afternoon as expected, I had to email on many occasions before getting a response 40 minutes after the expected arrival time. I had to spend this time waiting (about 2 hours) in the car in front of main door. Hotel said they had sent me such email but after verifying my inbox and junk inbox, I was not able to find any. Hotel did not provide proof of time email sent to me either. The stay was great after this scare where we thought for a moment that we had been scammed.

Overall WONDERFUL place, wonderful stay. A couple "style points" need to be looked at to make it just that much better. I did not receive an email with my access code or any instructions on how to get in when I arrived. I had to call while standing in the busy street outside the building door to get the code. There were no paper products in the kitchen. No napkins, no paper towels, only a couple dish towels to clea up with. The only corkscrew in the kitchen was broken (I know it's hard for housekeeping to catch that if the previous guests do not tell anyone). The bed is hilarious - the frame is so loud when you sit or lay on it that you think you may fall through to the floor. Once settled in, the bed is comfortable. Just the framing is crazy noisy. All "little things" that would not prevent me from coming back - great location and great place, just could use a few little tune ups.

This is NOT a hotel - more like an AirB&B - so just be aware of that. We arrived before 4pm check-in and we didn't have anywhere to store the luggage. Les Lofts own 21 properties around the city, so they said we could leave our luggage at a different location, which was NOT convenient to the train station (how we arrived) or our "loft." And that luggage storage was filled. Luckily, they were super accommodating and let us store our luggage in the actual apartment, but that is usually not the case. The "bathroom amenities were nothing more than bar soap and shampoo - don't let the description fool you with "toiletries" included. If you are staying here for an extended time, these properties are probably perfect, but for a short stay it wasn't very "easy." And if you do stay here for a shorter stay, book through Les Lofts directly and NOT Expedia. Because we went through Expedia, Les Lofts could not make any changes to our reservation (which also could have allowed us to check into a different apt earlier than 4pm so we could drop off our luggage.) TL;dr - great location; more AirB&B than hotel

Emplacement excellent et loft très agréable. Un peu tard à recevoir les informations d’arrivées au loft. Pas clair quand à l’utilisation du même code d’entrée. On n’a pas tenu compte de ma mobilité réduite mise à part de dormir dans le lit escamotable pourtant la chambre à un accès direct à la mezzanine. Sortir du bain est un parcours du combattant. J’ai failli me planter. Ceci dit très agréable car c’est notre 3e séjour aux lofts.

Super place! Great location. As pictured! A few stairs getting up from the street to the elevator and parking is not convienent but I imagine it’s the same for everything in the area, especially at Christmas time. Previous review mentions the shower being a challenge but we did not find this to be a problem. The bathroom door gets stuck and requires a lot of effort to open but that seems like it could be a simple fix. Would be nice to stock the kitchen with a start roll or paper towels and/or napkins. Location is perfect and loft was clean. Beds were comfortable - kids slept on sofa bed and found it far better than most sofa beds.

Beautiful loft. Clean. Spacious. Awesome location. Parking is a 8 min walk, uphill, which may be an issue for some people. Also, Rue St Jean is closed to cars for most of the day, so this is a little inconvenient for luggage unloading.
