It is a fabulous hotel with everything you could wish for including 4 pools 5 restaurants a casino a health exercise club in a separate building and many more extras too many too mention I have to say what impressed me and my wife the most was the professional friendly service we received every where and the great food and even though it is close to the airport it was very quiet if we ever return to Cairo that is were we would stay

Välj inte detta hotell! Hotellet hade flera bröllop samtidigt under flera av dagarna vi bodde där. En pool stängdes av helt och hållet under en dag. Vi hittade hår i maten. Vi hittade levande insikter i kopparna på rummet. När vi påtalade det för personalen erbjöd dem som kompensation en middag på samma resturang där vi hittade hårstråt i maten. Det här hotellet är definitivt inte i nivå med vad som kan förväntas och förtjänar inte att kallas ett Hilton hotell.

Overall the property is very nice but parts of it like the Cabana bedrooms which we stayed in need updating and a bit of tlc as one room the door didn’t lock and another the air conditioning unit leaked but have to say the reception staff were on it straight away and found us another room very quickly. The hotel has an amazing selection of restaurants and a great bar that looks like an old English pub, the pools and pool areas are lovely. All the staff were amazing & very friendly especially the reception and pool staff who looked after us so well.

Hotel com lobby bem grande, não é tão bem localizado, pois é afastado dos pontos turísticos, porém, bem próximo ao aeroporto! Fiz minha reserva pelo Hoteis.com e paguei antecipado, como meu voo atrasou, ao chegar no hotel, a recepcionista não achava a minha reserva, depois, achou a reserva e quis me cobrar novamente, quando eu reclamei que já estava paga! Olhou novamente e verificou que realmente estava paga. Como eu perdi 1 dia de hotel pelo atraso da companhia aérea, pedi se poderiam me dar o café da manha, e se negaram. Me deram um quarto pequeno, pois tinha uma porta com ligação a outro quarto. Mesmo pagando para 3 pessoas, só colocavam 2 toalhas, até eu reclamar! Fui com meu filho na piscina, e existiam duas maiores, uma para crianças e outra para adulto, a de criança estava muito cheia, pois era feriado e acredito que vendem day use, ao ir na outra piscina com meu filho, um funcionário, muito, mas muito mal educado exigiu a minha saída e dele pois nesta piscina tem um bar, discuti com esse funcionário e o mesmo depois não parava de me assediar com olhares e resmungando, porém, no dia seguinte, uma mulher estava com seu filho no mesmo lugar e ninguém falou nada! A piscina fecha as 18 hs!!! IMPERDOAVEL VOCÊ QUERER IR NA PISCINA DE UM HOTEL E ESTAR FECHADA AS 18HS! Fora que alugam a área para festas de casamento e o som das musicas atrapalham bastante. Restaurantes caríssimos dentro, uma agua, por 45 EGP, na rua custa 5 EGP. O melhor funcionario foi o Sr. Michael!!!

I cannot rant and rave enough about this hotel! My husband and I stayed here for 7 days with our 2 year old son. The staff was extra friendly and hospitable, and our room was VERY clean. I always wipe our rooms down with Clorox wipes because we have a toddler who touches everything and puts his hands in his mouth. Let me tell you! NOT A SINGLE PIECE OF DIRT CAME OFF ON THOSE CLOROX WIPES. I’m a mama bear and borderline germophobe, so I’m not exaggerating at all. I was just totally in awe. Every single member of staff was nice and friendly, and we literally felt like family. My son made friends with the staff at every turn, and he’s a moody toddler 😂 I recommend this hotel with 10 stars ⭐️

It was a quick overnight before our flight. Our patio slider didn’t lock properly and our main door’s deadlock didn’t lock st all! I went to the bar to buy 2 drinks snd was told I had to sit there or order room service. It looks glitzy but in fact, it needs upgrades.

Hotel itself is modern clean and comfortable. The service at the front desk terrible. As a woman waiting next in line to check in a family of 4 at 11pm, the desk staff allowed a tour guide with a fistful of 20 passports to push in front of me even though I was clearly next in line, and then another man step in and get served in front of me again. I could not believe my eyes when another male tried to push in front of me from the side of the desk and the checkin man went to let him push in. I had to step up and say to the person pushing in “no way is this happening again, I have had two men push in front of me already, I was here waiting before any of you and it’s not happening again. You will wait your turn. Only then did the The checkin staff sheepishly take my passports to commence checkin. It was extremely rude and poor by the reception staff to let 3 men push in front of a woman and her family.

Nice hotel. However, they had my reservation totally wrong. I had booked 4 nights at this hotel. I missed my evening flight and arrived early in the morning the next day on another flight. When I arrived and tried to check in, they told me that my reservation had been canceled. They then said that I had only booked 1 night there; not 4 nights. They followed up and made some phone calls and then realized that I had booked 4 nights there, not just 1 night. They then upgraded me to a better room, to make up for their mix-up. This type of mistake should not have happened, and I was not happy about the wait and stress this caused me.

We stayed in this hotel on our way out of Cairo as it was so close to the airport. We were very impressed with how nice the hotel was and the staff was very helpful. found that for the majority of the trips we paid for, the hotel "in the wrong part of Cairo", and everyone charged extra on top of the trip fee. we had a load of the Egyptian money left when we got to the airport, and the wife was hoping to spend it at the duty free. unfortunately, the duty-free shops in the airport refuse to take Egyptian money. even the money exchanges wouldnt take either.

We had a wonderful time in a lovely location with very attentive staff. The breakfast is superb with a very international flair. Our houseman Mohammed Ali kept our room spotless and ice bucket filled. He even made us a lovely towel swan. Mixed grill dinner at the hotel’s Al Dabke Lebanese restaurant was delicious and very reasonably priced.

This property was amazing. The staff was very helpful from the time I entered the property to the time I left. Upon arrival my room wasn’t ready so I was put in a different room which didn’t have the best view but I was only staying for one night so the view didn’t really matter to me. The room was a good size, it didn’t feel too small. The restaurant options were great, I had Lebanese food and it was literally the best food I’ve ever tasted. The chef even came out to greet me and took a picture with me which was so nice of him. Breakfast was great they had a lot of different options. I had to leave early to catch my flight but I was able to take some treats to go. I’m a black female solo traveler with that being said I felt very safe and respected at this location and I highly recommend this hotel.

Reception is very loud and messy, room cleanliness was average with a strong smell of smoke and ashes on the patio. Hotel condition is average. When asking for a taxi, the staff is insisting on you booking a car with driver for 10 times the price. Breakfast area was a disaster with crowds lining up for ever for simple food. We couldn't even get a coffee after 20 minutes of waiting.
