This hotel is new, and was very nicely furnished. Clean as a whistle. Staff were very friendly. Rooms are on the small side, but adequate. Bathrooms had ample space. Beds were very comfortable. The only two negatives for us were that the elevators are slow/busy, so long wait times there. And there’s no parking garage at the hotel – you can park around the corner and down the street but they have no EV chargers.

I had called the hotel prior to booking with a few questions, the call went to a staff member at the hotel rather than a call center. Garage parking was just a short walk to the hotel and the staff was very nice and helpful in helping guide us to where we wanted to go. When in NY this will be a place we would like to stay at again.

Staff was better than excellent! It was my first time in NYC they gave me recommendations, explained how the subway worked, accommodated any request I had, and were very happy to have me there. They even placed me on the top floor for the best experience since I was a first timer! The bar staff were very friendly and talkative, I really enjoyed getting an insider perspective of life in New York. Recter St station was right there and was very easy to get access to the rest of the city via train. The only downside to this hotel is it is extremely difficult to find parking. With that said it’s NYC, parking is virtually non existent everywhere.

Very nice modern hotel with a Dutch themed restaurant. Staff all friendly and helpful. They got us into our room early as well. Great location near Battery Park and Wall St. Across from Trinity Church. A few blocks from the 9/11 memorial. Convenient parking a block away at the Battery garage.

The front desk staff was super friendly and helpful! Location was very convenient to all points of interest in the Financial District with easy access to the subway. Quick elevators, clean room, nice gym. Note that the bathroom barn-style door doesn't offer much privacy, so worth considering if traveling with others. The bathrooms were very nice and spacious, however, and the shower was excellent Would definitely choose this hotel again.

The cleaning service at the room was efficient . First day they didnt make or clean our room. We asked to the front desk perso al the following day and they were so nice atrending us...but the personal only make the beds and changed the towels...they didn't remove trash or clean the bathroom or the floors. The next day they did a good clean.. so i dont know if someone in the servicea is not really doing thejr job But disappointed.

The hotel is clean and new. The staff was friendly, however, we were there three days and our room was never cleaned. We informed the front desk that we would be out on the town and if they could please clean the room. Twice we came back to an unattended room. On the last night we had to ask for clean towels three times before someone came up.

This property was everything the reviews said it would be — and more. The hotel was spotless, and the customer service was truly top-notch. The staff was friendly, attentive, and very accommodating whenever we needed anything. While the rooms are on the smaller side, they’re perfectly sized for two people and thoughtfully laid out for comfort. The real highlight is the location — right in the heart of the Financial District. We were within walking distance to so much, and only a 20–30 minute Lyft ride from major attractions and iconic spots like the Louis Vuitton restaurant. My wife and I had a great stay and will definitely be booking here again on our next trip to NYC!

Clean, modern & convenient location for downtown. Rooms are a bit small. The Air conditioner is extremely loud & there is little adjustment & unable to shut it off. You have to ask to have your room cleaned. One day we did but the woman ignored the request although a gentlemen came at night after we called to replace towels, empty garbage etc.

Love the view, location, & comfort of the room. Shower had a leak which was made known immediately. Was told maintenance would look into it. This never happened during our 3 night stay, no off of room reassignment. Had to use 9+towels per day to mop flooding from shower. At check out we were comped our bottled water we charges to room, would have appreciated more for the hassle & inconvenience.

The hotel held onto our bags when we arrived because our room was not ready. We had money stolen from the bags, got the runaround from the management. Told I would receive a call and still have not. The phone in our room did not work. Was told multiple times that they would be there to fix it and no one ever came. The temperature of the room was also very hotel even after turning down the temperature.,

Long story short, they do not care about their guests experience at all. The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed. 1. No bottle water in the room, if you wanna buy one from the hotel, 7 dollars charged. 2. Extra fee for just storing the luggages in the hotel. With that being said, the check in time is 4pm while the check off time is 11am. To the hotel manager— You should at LEAST store guests luggages for 5 hours from 11 to 4. The lobby is ALWAYS crowded with people waiting for available rooms, but the staff will never upgrade your room to accommodate the situation. You pay more than $850 for two nights in a basic hotel like this. The service is so basic and the staffs are not welcoming. They ask everyone to wait for hours to get their rooms. The location is not as good. It’s located in the financial district with really limited food options compared to midtown. You basically have to take the subway to get to the midtown for heading to anywhere else. On the contrary, the hotels I’ve stayed near time square is Much Cheaper than this one with the same size beds but better service and location. Any hotel except this one will provide free baggage storage and they put bottle water in your room everyday.

First time trying this hotel, because we got a pretty good deal for that area, just to arrive and they told us our reservation didn’t exist. But I could see it on the app, and on the email confirmation. You sold our room without any notice or anything. You lied saying you tried to contact me, by email & phone, nothing. We talk with a nice supervisor, but even that, couldn’t do something for the mistake the hotel made. I called 1 week before to confirm everything was okay & they took my information, send a new email confirmation & the supervisor couldn’t see it on the system. You should get a better customer service & really try harder to find a solution for your clients when you cancel their reservation without a notice. We ended in a trash hotel & pay even more because of the busy weekend. Really disappointed!

This spot is for those that want to be close to Statue of Liberty, Ellis Island, and the World Trade Center. This is all within walking distance and train lines are available as well. Great spot for a hotel and the rates are doable.

The hotel seemed fairly new and immaculately clean, from the rooms to the lobby, restaurant, and exercise room. The staff were friendly and helpful. And this hotel is very conveniently located to several train lines, so it’s easy to get around much of Manhattan and brooklyn quickly.

Great property, no noise kept me awake at night. The incidental fee here was very convenient for us. They held our baggage after checkout for a fee. The area was great, walking distance to everything you’d need. Subway station right outside the hotel was also super convenient. I definitely enjoyed our stay and I would stay here plenty times more!

I would definitely go back there. It was easy to walk to the sites we wanted to see. The restaurant food was excellent as we all greatly enjoyed our meals. The staff was attentive. They even helped us arrange transportation to JFK.
