Court Square Hotel Long Island City New York , Belvilla District 6 Formerly Sonder

First of all I arrived to the hotel and had NOT received an access code to the front door (there is no reception desk). Thankfully another couple was coming in and gave me the number to call to get my room number and access code, At 11 pm not a pleasant experience waiting for someone in India to get me a room while standing outside. Then the hotel is right on the subway line so I left like I was in the David Lynch movie “Eraserhead” with all the rumbling. The TV was a techno nightmare and I gave up trying to figure it out. Then worst of all there were NO towels in the bathroom. And no one to call to request towels. I stay in NYC for work a the time and this was by far the worst experience in 20 years.

Please ask them if the WiFi works they will charge u and not return ur funds

You guys know it’s because of the Wi-Fi outage

Do not come early. Have your codes ready

Make sure you have your codes before coming to the property to avoid waiting in the lobby. And do not come even 1 minute before check in time because the codes wont work until then. Other than that, it is a clean property in a very convenient location.
