We had a car, so we were a bit concerned about parking, but the parking garage was easily accessible and super convenient. The staff was incredibly helpful and made our stay very comfortable. The temperature is regulated in the room, so if you are used to sleeping in a cooler environment, it might be a bit warm.

Très bien. Idéalement placé à quelques minutes de l'aéroport, l'hôtel est très pratique en cas de vol en matinée. Le parking est disponible pour CHF30- par nuit. Les équipements et services sont complets : restaurant, petit-déjeuner buffet de très bonne qualité, réception 24/24... La chambre elle-même est grande, confortable et moderne, et l'insonorisation est de très bonne qualité également.

Excellent new hotel. Stayed for one night and I would happily stay there again. Free shuttle bus from and to the airport which runs every 20 mins, and easy to get into central Geneva on the tram. Great gym facilities. Fabulous breakfast.

The hotel is very new and pristine. The shower was excellent and the bed was extremely comfortable. Very close to the airport, and the hotel provided both an airport shuttle AND public transit day-passes. It was a great way to explore a tiny-bit on a long layover. Thank you!

We arrive at 9:30pm they told us the dinner restaurant closes at 11:00pm what they didnt tell us is that at 10:00pm the menu change and we can only order some things. I had to stand up and go looking forsome one to take our order. Service is slow. Also the shower wasnt clean there were hairs in the floor and in the walls Its a beautiful hotel and the reception and room is nice, just need to work on the service and cleanness.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The family suite was big for our family of four with lots of room for us to spread out. The staff is helpful and gave us tickets to use the tram. We did not know we got free tram tickets until we asked our waiter at the hotel where Old City Geneva was located. We enjoyed the dinner and breakfast. The shuttle to and from the airport made transportation easy.

The hotel is new and very clean style. Check in staff was great. She explained everything and offered all kinds of information. The only negative was the room temperature. Very warm. We had maintained stop by and fix but it never cooled off.

I didn't know about their free shuttle service to the airport. Geneva airport and train stations are next to each other. So we took taxi to go to the hotel but used shuttle to go to train station. It was just 3 min walk from airport drop off to train station. Very easy and convenient. Only one minus point, their AC was not working well, felt bit warm in the room.

Property was very clean and staff was nice but bathroom shower was not working first day and we had to switch rooms. Next evening when we got back then TV was not working but i didn't report it to the staff because it was late and i didn't want to change room again because we were checking out next day anyway

Property is brand new, infrastructure and ammenities are very good. Cant say the same about the food staf (restsursnt + roomservice) absolutely horrible people. Very bad service, half of the menu on basic items not available or stocked out, long service time and they wil charge you like if its a 2-star michellin restaurant, definately overpriced food

The hotel is short staffed !!! They take ages to check you in or to get you ordered food or transfer your luggage to the room. The house keeping also did not do well their work.. Their is no air conditioning in the hotel.

The hotel is great. Definitely stay here if you are in Geneva on a conference. The only complaint is that the waiters at the restaurant are very European, the service is slow, they don’t smile, and they don’t real care about you

Beautiful hotel. Friendly staff and they let us check in early. Thank you. Restaurant on the property which was nice since there aren’t any within walking distance. The only complaint was the lack of cool air in the room. We had to ask for a fan.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this brand new hotel (just 2 years old) and were super impressed by the modern elegance and attention to detail. The friendly staff went above and beyond to take care of our needs right from the time we were picked up by the hotel shuttle from the airport. Breakfast buffet spread was great and well worth the money.
