La habitacion, en perfecto estado, quiza un poco reducida de espacio, limpio, con toallas, buena regadera, sin problema, el desayuno austero, pero para un par de dias bien, s'olo una situacion respecto al estacionamiento, es bastante limitado pues en la noche se llena y hay que dejarlo donde se pueda. gracias

Toda la estancia bien, pero no cumplen lo que prometen. El servicio de transportación desde y hacia el aeropuerto/hotel, no estaba disponible por qué supuestamente se descompuso el vehículo, la máquina de hielos tampoco nunca sirvió en la semana de estancia.

The property is in a good location the Malecón is a couple of streets down ,it can be walkable if the the heat isn't extreme or raining. We used the Didi service app which was wonderful and affordable, to get around. The only thing I didn't like was the beds were very small ,they seemed to be like an extra large twin bed. It ok for a single person ,but Not for 2 person . Also the pool was a bit run down and dirty, had to ask if they would clean it. Other then that its ok to stay if your on a budget.

Daily breakfast was good. There were food options. The washer worked yet the dryer has been out for a while according to staff laundromat opens like once a week or so. Shuttle service to airport was not available as vehicle was out of service.

It is a newer hotel with a nice breakfast. The room was small but very clean. They would not let us checkin until 3pm when we arrived at 130. The need to take an elevator to enter hotel is weird. Waste a lot of time waiting for small elevator and 1 of 2 usually out of order. No option to use stairs. Annoying.

El hotel ONE más sucio en el que he estado, le falta mantenimiento a los cuartos, al menos en el que dormí yo, pintura de paredes sucia, en el baño el lavamanos apenas y salía agua, el aire acondicionado y cama muy bien!!!

Huge stain on our sheets and the pool and surrounding glass looked like it hadnt been cleaned in a long time. Pool view of Melecone was amazing. Staff was friendly and we were only using rhe hotel for 1 night. If youre looking for a short stay its fine. I wouldnt stay multiple nights though

Yo pense que era un mejor hotel , el hotel sucio, los pisos , el baño de la habitación. No tenia plancha en la habitación. No mr pude comunicar por telefono . Tuve que ir hasta la recepción a pedir una.

Lo bueno: El personal es atento y conoce su producto. La ubicación es buena y tiene estacionamiento propio. Las habitaciones están muy limpias. Lo malo: Las camas están muy angostas, las anuncian como dobles pero son 8 centímetros menos anchas que una matrimonial. Es complicado dormir dos personas cómodamente. El buró no tiene cajón y solo hay un bote de basura que está en el baño.

Todo Bien exepto las Camas Todas las habitaciones son disque dobles pero con camas muy chicas, son de casi tamaño indicvidual, no se puede bien dos personas de complexion normal. y de complexion robusta imposible. Eramos 3 y tuve que dormir en el piso No tienen opcion de habitacion sencilla son cama al menos matrimonial o queen size. El precio, ubicacion, demas instalaciones ok, para quienes viajan solos ok, pero no para una familia...

The good..great parking! The not so good..everything else. I was so disappointed in this hotel that I only stayed 1 night and then moved to a different location. I have never seen a room so small, the "double" bed was barely bigger than a twin. The room was so small that there was literally no room for luggage. No closet and no dressers either. I am a small framed person, had I been a large framed person, I wouldnt have fit in the shower or been able to turn around in the bathroom.

I booked a double bed for my husband, daughter (7yrs old) and I and there was absolutely no space to get around the room with more than one person walking around. We can barely get through the front door with our luggage. The bathroom door and shower door hit. It literally felt like a shoebox. In addition, the ventilation was very poor. No balcony or window to open to let some air in. We felt like we were suffocating in the room. The towels were old and rough. We ended up buying our own towels at the local Walmart. It was so bad that we ended up leaving a day earlier. I would not recommend this hotel at all to any families. This review is solely based on the hotel itself. The staff was very friendly.

The staff were pleasant but there was English language barrier between us. The breakfast was good. The rooms were very small and no fridge or coffee maker in them. They did have water and coffee available in the lobby at all times.

No había toallas en mi habitación pero tú pensarías que eso se arregla rápido, cierto? No. La falta de disposición del personal de recepción y las malas maneras lo hicieron mucho más desagradable de lo que debería de ser. Los cuartos son una caja de zapatos. El internet es intermitente a malo. El restaurante parece salón de reclusorio. Los elevadores a veces funcionan los dos. Pero entiendo que es el precio de llegar a un hotel mediocre. Servicio mediocre. Nunca más. Volveré a los airbnb...

Excelente atención, cuando voy sola en viajes rapidos , realmente me siento cómoda, segura, las personas muy amables y siempre te intentan resolver cosas , los de la recepcion son muy amables, limpio el lugar , realmente me encanta que huele a limpio siempre , cuartos y ascensor, gracias por siempre sentirme muy comoda y segura cuando estoy con ustedes.

Room was kept very clean, staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was perfect. I enjoyed my stay. The only problem was the location, it took about 20 min to walk to Malecon. So take Uber.

Por tratarse de un hotel tipo One pues uno ya sabe a lo que va, la habitación es muy pequeña y obviamente no tiene un buen desayuno, pero en general, para lo que lo requería, estuvo muy bien. A 4 cuadras del malecón, lo que lo hace muy cómodo para ir caminando.

I've stayed here before and it's always a safe bet. A little Spartan in regard to furnishings but always clean and well-maintained. Some might find the hot water provided in the shower not hot enough but for me it was sufficient. The Free breakfast in the morning was very good also.

So the location is safe and good. No issues. The elevators only accommodate two adults and two children. They are very small. The rooms are also small. And the parking is limited. I have no complaints. It served it's need but isn't anything special.
