Avery pleasant stay , our room was small but very clean and comfortable, we were only staying one night ! All staff were very friendly and very welcoming, we had breakfast which was really very good , I’m gluten intolerant and they were very accommodating and had everything that I needed ! I would definitely recommend this lovely quiet, charming hotel ! We will return!

Everything about our stay requires the use of superlatives. The entire team was helpful, friendly, warm and welcoming. Our suite was wonderfully comfortable and superbly equipped, clean, bright and luxurious. Thank you to all.

Our recent November stay at Regency House was exceptional, thanks to the incredible team who truly brought the experience to life. The professionalism, warmth, and seamless organisation shown by every member of staff set this hotel apart. Each person added their own personality and skill, creating an atmosphere that felt both welcoming and effortlessly refined. From the moment we booked to the moment we departed, the service was flawless. The team went above and beyond to make our visit and Victoria’s birthday so special. The handwritten card, the dessert, the bottle of fizz, the extended check-out, arrangement of the spa facilities and last but not least, the complimentary cocktail vouchers (a special thank you to Nicky - the cocktails were divine!) were thoughtful touches that meant so much to us. We would like to offer our sincere thanks to: Isabelle Max Nicky Hannah Vicky The young gentleman who kindly booked our taxi (apologies for not catching your name) And the wonderfully talented chef We'll look forward to returning, both personally and professionally & will confidently recommend the Regency House and its incredible team to all our family, friends, and colleagues.

Amazing!! 10-stars. This is not a “Hotel Stay” this is an experience. Super nice rooms and the staff is so friendly. Food is phenomenal, drinks are phenomenal. We didn’t want to leave honestly lol if you have the opportunity to stay here..do it!
