Fabulous hotel . Massive beds. Fantastic view . Everywhere lovely and clean and good breakfast. The girls on reception on Friday morning were brilliant so helpful! They made it very clear where you need to park and how the discount works , unlike the day before when I’d asked how the car parking worked I was told they would go through it with me when I departed, and we were parked in the wrong car park ! The car park you need to be in which isn’t made clear is the NCP capital which is on the same side as the hotel any other NCP car park and there are a few close by you do not get the discount so beware! That’s a mistake we made . We will definitely stay at the hotel again , it’s one of my favourites

We stayed at the Innside in December for a Christmas night out. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to shops, restaurants and bars etc. The entrance to the hotel is well presented modern and inviting and the reception staff were very welcoming and friendly the process was easy and hassle free. The room itself was spacious, well equipped and comfortable, for what we needed there was ample storage and it had the appliances we required including hair dryer and clothes steamer. The bed was large and comfortable and the view from the room overlooking the river was a great touch. We attended the rooftop bar (which you need to get a staff member to give access in the lift to) this is a nice space with views and a great ambiance and a great selection of cocktails and snacks. We parked at the Princes Dock Car Park which is literally a couple of minute walk to the hotel.

Great stay, lived the buffet breakfast and the rooftop 360 bar was a lovely treat.

Easy check in with friendly, helpful staff as always. Free upgrade as well to a Townhouse which was very nice. Only drawback was it was a very sunny day so room was quite hot even with the aircon on max. I always try and stay at this hotel when in Liverpool. Has a great rooftop bar as well.

Lovely room with large comfortable bed and great views of Liverpool. Loved the Sky bar and Gino de Campo restaurant.

Great three days in the hotel. We were greeted at reception by very friendly staff. Room was spacious, clean and the bed was large and comfortable. We had a great view overlooking the docks. It was lovely to have a fridge with complimentary non- alcoholic drinks included. We will definitely come back.

Good points - Bed comfy , nice to have cold drinks left in mini fridge and could be replenished FOC. Nice & quiet room and room overall clean, but dirty grout in shower that could easily be scrubbed off! Bad points - service , we had to go to reception 5 times during a 1 night stay because our key card that you needed to use each time you took the lift as well as opening your room door failed to work numerous times. This was so frustating & time consuming. Only once did any memeber of staff apologise and offer to rectify it. Also we had booked a table at the 360 sky bar in the hotel top floor, again our card wouldnt work to get up there so went to reception only to be told ' oh as its so busy only staff have access to let you up to the top floor! Would have been nice to be told that on arrival checking in!! Breakfast was a diaster, went down at 930 waited ages for anyone to come to seat us, when they finally did we were told to wait in the waiting area whilst a table became avaliable, but we could see loads of empty table's?? Then another member of staff came and seated everyone else in the queue behind us!! When finally got up to hot counter there was hardly anything left and what was left was only lukewarm at best. Got what we could i went back up 15 mins later and had all been restocked this was very disappointing why on earth for a busy buffet breakfast is this not constantly topped up?? . No gluten free options for bread / cereal / cakes. Not good.

Decent onsite parking with partner garage, good discount for the cost.

Great staff, large room and bed and immaculately clean . bar area comfortable and welcoming, breakfast relaxing and a huge choice of high quality food/drinks . Also surprisingly good value for money

I don’t normally write reviews however in general I really enjoyed my stay and the hotel was beautiful and staff lovely however there were a few little problems which impacted the stay- the first was the state of the windows, to say they’re a key feature of the rooms they were absolutely filthy! Which was a shame because the view across the city was stunning. Secondly, the noise… was really disappointed and embarrassed to be woken early by a very loud argument between the housekeepers/cleaning staff in the morning which really ruined such a lovely hotel stay as it was so disruptive and loud.

Clean room. Excellent breakfast. Hotel was very nice. But my room was connected to adjoining room by a door. You could clearly hear the people next door, particularly children.

Wonderful room, clean, modern and spacious (studio room). Great view over the Mersey. Hotel and restaurant staff were all great, friendly and helpful. Food at the restaurant was delicious. Would stay again without a doubt.

Nice place all around. Great views. Only real complaints would be the temp of the room. No matter what it was a sweat box until we found out we could get a fan so that helped. WiFi didn't work in the room. Maybe not as big of a deal to others but when you need WiFi to call or FaceTime it's helpful. Not sure if the sky bar is owned by the hotel but the stuff up there is very unfriendly. Parking isn't free, didn't see they before booking so maybe it my fault. But they do give a code for the parking deck around the corner and that helped bring the price down a lot.

We booked the townhouse suite and very much enjoyed our stay here. The views were sublime overlooking Liverpool. We enjoyed using all the different facilities in the room. It is a shame that there is no instructions / guide to use things in the room, but seemingly becoming the normal now in hotels. The complimentary drinks included local beers which we enjoyed and the views from the bath was excellent. Only slight negative was that the tap was broken and leaked so had to fill using the shower head but not so much of a problem. Would be nice to provide bubble bath but again wasn’t too much of an issue. The staff are friendly and efficient and is a very welcoming hotel. We had a great stay and would definitely stay again!

We had an amazing stay and nothing was too much for the staff, they were so helpful, lovely and polite. We couldn’t have asked for more for our pre and post wedding stay 🙂 the best bit, they allow dogs! Not only do they allow dogs but they provided beds, food and toys. On top of all this, we never mentioned our wedding yet on return from the ceremony there was a gift of chocolates, champagne and a balloon 😍 literally THE best hotel experience ever and on such a special occasion we couldn’t have asked for more x

Kate at reception could not have been more helpful As we rarely visit hotels (both 80+) she made sure we knew how to use lift and access room. We did have a problem opening door on a return A fault in an electronic system was identified but Kate arranged a complimentary drink in the 360 bar while we waited, We will certainly return. Only disappointment is that I should have arranged to visit a smaller restaurant for our “special “ meal . Yes, the food and service in the restaurant was good but for the price not as special as I had hoped.

Central location for sightseeing. Staff friendly and helpful.

Hotel was really lovely and well positioned. The rooms were very clean & we had amazing views. The cleaners were extremely friendly but some of the other staff could have been a bit friendlier especially when we booked in.

The reception staff were rude many times to us. Especially an employee named Michael. Despite our repeated assurances that only three guests are staying in our room, we have faced continuous accusations and even threats of eviction, which has made our experience deeply unpleasant. To clarify: • Our booking initially included one room for two guests for a week and another room for two nights for three guests. • Instead of the three guests checking out, we requested to upgrade the remainder of our stay to a suite that accommodates three guests—a request that was made openly and in accordance with hotel policies. • If the issue had simply been a booking mistake that required an extra charge, we would have gladly paid to resolve it. However, instead of communicating this professionally, staff members jumped to conclusions and falsely accused us of having additional guests. The accusations were based on completely standard and reasonable requests, such as: • Extra Key Cards – A common request when traveling, which has never been an issue at hotels worldwide. • Extra Duvets – A normal request due to the cold weather. • A Family Member Exchanging Bags – A brief visit that does not violate any reasonable hotel policy. Additionally, a receptionist personally visited our room at night, saw that only three guests were present, and acknowledged our situation. During this visit, we also mentioned that the bed had been changed to a king size, and she informed us that housekeeping was

Didn’t start well due to the booking with Hotels. Com not transferring to Meliá Innsides booking system, so they couldn’t find my booking. Reception staff were lovely and they got their equally friendly supervisor to help. We were given a complimentary glass of Prosecco each, whilst they sorted it out. After some time all was sorted and they kindly upgraded our room, and added a bottle of Prosecco and some cute romantic swan towel art with rose petted on the bed. Room 1402, was large with a sitting area, mini bar fridge . The mini bar was free, although only beer/ ale as an alcoholic drink and only 1 small can of water. The room had fantastic views across Liverpool - you could see both the Cathedrals, unfortunately this room wasn’t a river view as we had booked but it was a larger room. Bath is in the corner of the main bedroom with lovely views. Bed was quite firm and the pillows lovely and comfy- so a good nights sleep was had. We were also given access up to Sky Bar, where we were met by a not very friendly host who asked, can she help us, in a manner that made us feel like we shouldn’t be there but she showed us to a table with a beautiful view and we ordered a cocktail and beer. Staff the proceeded to ignore us whilst chatting to some other guests who they obviously knew, because quite a few different members of staff were seen chatting with them. Lovely meal at Ginos, shame we had to wait 15 mins for our table which was booked and restaurant quiet.

We had a great stay at the hotel. It was nice and clean and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Special thanks to Salvatore who was super welcoming and friendly. We’re so grateful for the complimentary Prosecco you gave us when you found out we’re from the same neighbourhood. You really made our stay and look forward to coming back soon

Helpful staff with a warm welcome. Smells beautiful as soon as you walk through the doors. Rooms clean with everything you need. Beds were so comfy. Room service was quick and polite staff. Breakfast delicious too. We’ll be back!

It is a very good hotel and we were upgrade to suite from a river view room. Although the suite did not have a river view but it is very spacious. It is clean and looks quite new. The only drawback is the location which is further away from the city centre around 15-20 minutes walk. Shame that it does not include breakfast. Other than that we are very satisfied with the hotel.

Spacious modern and clean surroundings, friendly staff who do everything they can to make your stay pleasant. We stayed six nights and had half board. Breakfast was self service buffet style, plenty of choice, both cooked and continental and continually being topped up even nearing the closing time in the morning. The plates could be warmed, so if your having cereal etc. its worth doing a second trip for the cooked items, otherwise they become cold very quickly. The evening meals were delicious and I particularly recommend the Lasagne, it literally dissolved on the tongue. Do be aware though that service charge is automatically attached to the bill (if you would rather tip individually, you can ask for it to be removed or not put on in the first instance). The view from the Sky Bar on the 18th floor is amazing especially in the evening, though can be very busy so recommend you book. Our only down side was the position of the hotel in the city, if you have any disability that restrict walking, although its only 10 min (fast walking) away from a lot of the main points of interest, it is uphill, there are no public services nearby (bus-stop opposite seems to be redundant) and most taxi's cost around £5-6 per journey.

Great new hotel. Atmosphere was calm and friendly. The decor was cool and funky. The room was really well designed, for example USB ports by the bed, and the bathroom area excellent. The location was really handy for central Liverpool and the Albert Dock area. We will definitely stay again.

Liverpool is a fabulous city. Hotel conveniently located to all major attractions without being in the fray.

Excellent property. Good location. Spacious room with comfortable bed. Appreciated the extra touch in room for my wife’s birthday. Quick lift between floors as we stayed on 14th floor looking out to the docks. Good buffet breakfast and was able to order extra poached eggs. Disappointed they didn’t have real HP sauce! Really disappointed with dinner and service. After placing dinner order of two courses to start with the next time we were attended to by staff was fifty minutes later to tell us that what we had ordered for starter was no longer available. Then on receiving starters a further thirty minutes later was really disappointed with cold so called bruschetta. From being seated til receiving main course it was two hours later. At no point during these two hours were we offered any further drinks. During this time other people had arrived after us, been fed and watered and had paid and left. We could also see the chefs clearing away and packing up food. Don’t see how it take this long to make a butterflied chicken breast, which was definitely not fresh as it was so tough, and a spag bol. By this stage no one else was left in the restaurant. We decided to have a desert before leaving which was also terrible, so called Ferrero Roche ie. a chocolate mouse with a f.r. Sweet still in its wrapper placed on top. Terrible food, terrible service and some ridiculous. Had planned to spend the rest of the night in roof top bar but as dinner service took so long got only one drink sht

Very average for the cost of this hotel. The breakfast was absolutely AWFUL!! Cold, poor quality food. Would I stay here again... probably not.

Very pleased with our room. Clean but need to have a bath mat in shower as very slippery. Bit of a disappointing breakfast, running out of food on both mornings so had a long wait. Very poor continental choice, poor cereal choice, no marmalade, no tomatoes only one choice of egg. Staff very pleasant.

This was my stay of choice in Liverpool but after this visit I will start to look elsewhere - a few reasons - breakfast was luke warm / cold, no mattress topper on a firm bed, stays and marks on walls, furniture, curtains - feels like its not being 'led' from the top well and standards are slipping

Loved it - friendly staff, fantastic restaurant & great Sky bar!

Pleasant stay in a double room. Rooms had a slightly odd layout with the shower in the main room so only worth booking if you’re okay with your bits on show to your roommate. Not a fan of the restaurant - slow service and confusing menu - but thankfully lots of places around so you won’t struggle for an alternative. And the sky bar is worth a visit, albeit the cocktails we tried weren’t especially great and a little imbalanced (I mean, why would you pair brined olives with a sweet drink??). We had a good stay though and would happily go back - but with lots of other hotels to choose from (and higher sky bars), will probably try somewhere else next time.
