For the price this hotel didn’t live up to its price . The room was clean but outdated , no glasses in the room , no soap . My moms room was suppose to be handicapped accessible but it was still a bathtub ( which she could get into ) the bed was too high for her to get into , she had to use a step stool & the topper was we found ants in the bed - we did get moved & was compensated 30% . It was loud in the evening & the curtains did not keep the light out hard to sleep

Ants in the bed, asked for a mobility room and the only think it had was a hand rail in the bathroom

Breakfast was nice but it would’ve been nice to have bacon or sausage also available. I know that’s a bit expensive but would have been nice to have with the waffles. Cleaning staff was ok. The first one wasn’t very thorough but the second one went out of her way to clean and hang/leave towels and washcloths nicely fold and hung up. The interior of the room definitely needs a little TLC. Areas of the wall in the bathroom were roughly fixed, not sanded down then repainted. The wall by the the second bed was also in need of a little repair. The front staff was very courteous and helpful. I also liked the vending machines. They had a nice selection of drinks and snacks.
