Our family of 4 was very comfortable in the 1bd suite. Close to lots of restaurants. Breakfast was basic and on par with standard hotel buffets. Workout room was clean and well furnished, as was the pool. Staff were all friendly, we’d stay again.

It was Top-Notch svc and very friendly Atmosphere. Mariela and I think it was Ed both outstanding. Will be back the people were always cleaning and it showed. The outside Jaccuzi not working was the only downside

I chose this property because of their ad for a hot tub…I even mentioned it upon check in. Well, it is out of comission. Also there is a semi truck outside of my work now that cycles running continuously, very noticeable sy and irritating.

What a horrible stay. Definitely not worth the money I paid. The bathroom was filthy, hair all over the shower walls, ants all over the counter and walls. The room had a horrible odor to it. The beds were so worn out. By far some of the worst pillows, you get pillows that are harder than rocks or ones that were flatter than a piece of paper. I woke up with such bad neck and back pain. The hallways have a strange odor and musty smell. Trash and dirty linen line up the hallways at all hours of the day and night, glad I only saw ants and no other bugs. Every time I stay here there are sports teams staying, kids running up and down hallways and being loud. I’ve never experienced the breakfast here because it’s always overrun by the sports teams. I definitely will not be back at this hotel.

Old building. Needs to be updated. First room smelled terrible. Second room was a little better, but still was damp and smelled. Was this because of the hurricanes earlier this year? Carpet needs to be replaced. Plenty of things need to be upgraded.

Exceptionally friendly staff, very clean in all areas, very comfortable bed/pillows. Breakfast not extraordinary, but solid, and ample. Cleanliness of breakfast area maintained discretely throughout the time we were eating. Would absolutely stay here again.

It was okay and convenient to where I was going in Sarasota. The breakfast buffet suffered from paper plates and plastic tableware. My real complaint is the dimness of my room. Turned on all lights but still gloomy. Needs ceiling lighting - likely too late for that.

Hotel was very clean but very dated. Couch and mattress very worn and lumpy. Rooms Not serviced during stay unless requested. Breakfast was decent, eggs, waffles, bagels, fruits and oatmeal.

We booked this hotel for one night to attend a family event. The front desk staff are amazing. The young man who checked us in gave us a choice of rooms. He explained everything from the wifi to the breakfast. The hotel sits back from the road so the area is private and quiet. The hotel is pet friendly and we did not hear a peep out of any of the pets staying here. The room is spacious and clean. The only issue was the bed was a little firm but that’s a personal preference. We will stay here again.

The property appeared relatuvy new, clean and well maintained. Convenient to Nathan Benderson Park and shopping. The only drawback was my room faced the highway and I experienced traffic noise into the night

Everything was very good! The only issue was the TV in our room said it lost signal and we were not able to get it to start working again,the gentleman from the front desk came up to see if he could get it working but was unable, he said that there was no maintenance employees working so we had to pack up and move rooms.They upgraded the room which was appreciated but having to move rooms for what seemed to be a relatively simple issue was no convenient. A large hotel should always have a maintenance person available especially on a Saturday.

Great Value but not so good customer service. Bed was lumpy. We got charged a $200 fee for stained bed sheets from our Twins babies, we washed them to be proactive but still got charged. Front desk lady was very rude!

Can’t say enough about the front desk person who checked me in when I arrived. Her name was Mary Ella and she was so sweet and made sure I had a quiet room. She was very knowledgeable and polite.

The hotel was nice and there were restaurants within walking distance. My only complaint is the television was not working, in the bedroom. I called the front desk to inform them they said they would send someone up and that never happened.

The property was fine. Our stay was satisfactory. The breakfast buffet was not stocked on a regular basis- constantly out of items. The staff member was trying her best. Our rating would have been higher but strangers walked in on us (staff gave them the same keys). We were completely embarrassed. We had to talk to the front desk to talk about what happened. Later that night we couldn’t get back in our room because all the keys were cancelled so we had to again make a trip to the front desk. We were told someone would reach out. We have yet to hear from a manager, yet to hear an apology…it’s sad especially when our privacy was violated.

We absolutely will be back here! The stay was very nice. The room was clean and we had no issues. It was easy to get more towels when we needed them. Parking and check in was easy as well. Check in was fast and we were up in our room shortly after. Breakfast was nicer than a normal continental breakfast. We were very impressed for the price.
