Homewood Suites by Hilton Oklahoma City - Bricktown, OK

Everything was great. - The only bad thing was parking. It was $30 to park in the garage. We were not told of any other parking. I feel bad for a family who might stay for a week and have to pay almost $200 for parking.

Only negative is the pool was not heated and was too cold for the children to enjoy. Other than that it was an all- around, fantastic stay for our family.

Everything was fine except the elevators. Only one worked

The room was cozy and clean. Pool was too busy. Staff was very friendly. Valet Parking is a bit steep.

The valet parking at $40 daily wasn't the business, the other parking in the garage a half block away maxed out at $25 per day. AIt would be ideal for a visitor to park across the street by Pro Bass Shop or find a free parking untill 11:00 p.m. then use the garage and save approximately half in parking fees and avoid towing expenses. So yeah, if you're not local you're in great shape, I do so love the Hilton Hotels worldwide!

The hotel had a welcoming and helpful valet service, Camden was awesome, and the staff was very friendly. Our room was excellent, with a great view overlooking the stadium. The restaurant and bar downstairs were a nice touch. Despite being in the city, the room was quiet, offering a peaceful stay. The hotel felt safe, with police ensuring security. The elevators were quick, and the location was perfect—everything in Bricktown was within walking distance.

The staff were extremely nice and attentive. The room was clean and house keeping was offered when you would like it. The breakfast was good. Convenient for walking around and several good eats close by. Workout room was clean and convenient. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub as well.

The lack of self parking is the only thing that disappointed me about this location. That being said, the parking garage is only about a three to four minutes walk.

The hotel and room were very nice. All the staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is great with many restaurants and shops within walking distance. Our room was hot even though the thermostat was set to 60 degrees. Parking in the area is all paid with the option of $37/night valet at the hotel, expect to pay a hefty price one way or the other.

The elevator situation at check out was a nightmare. There are only 3 elevators for both hotels and there was no service elevator for the housekeeping staff. It took over 20 minutes to be able to get on an elevator that had space to go down. And then stopped at every floor, with a full elevator. In talking to others waiting, it has happened to them before here and not a one time occurrence.

Took awhile to get attended to at the grille. Left behind my makeup bag and called the next morning to be notified it was not found which seems impossible because it’s a big makeup bag. There was trash just left at corners of the hotel. The room did not smell clean either!

Make sure you check your room for bugs!!

Wish I could say our stay was great... Valet somehow misplaced my keys (and I was afraid my car too). Called me at 11 PM when I asked what I should do about getting my car back through messaging the front desk. That was a total mess, although they did refund cost of valet once I went down and helped them find my keys. The room's fan was broken and stuck on low, terrible buzzing when it was on. Light in the bedroom was stuck on the lowest setting like there was a short in it. Tub drain was semi clogged. Our key card wasn't keyed properly and had to get it rekeyed for breakfast. It was a simple fix at the front desk, but after everything else during the stay, I'd be lying if I said it didn't add to the frustration. And on top of all this, the bed was terrible, unfortunately. If we stay in bricktown again, it will not be at this location.

Friendly staff. Rooms were extremely clean. Perfect location. We will continue to stay at this establishment during our OKC visits.

Let me start with we stay here at least twice a year for the past several years. We have always loved this hotel both the Hilton Garden & the Homewood suites. However this time we were unaware they were under construction. Something they should probably add so people know. Hasn’t been too terrible but definitely a little louder than usual & messy at times. My biggest complaint is THEY DID AWAY WITH THE HOT TUB! it was my favorite part of the Hotel other than location. They need to update their photos & description so people know. Also when I went for breakfast at 8 it was completely empty. I waited for a bit for them to refill but I guess they are short staffed or something b/c I ended up with some fruit & went back to my room to make tea & coffee. This has always been our favorite place to stay but I guess I will start checking out some other properties in the area for next time.

My check-in time was for 1500, my group and I didn't arrive until closer to 1515, only to be told that the room wasn't ready yet. We had to wait an additional 45 minutes before we were given a different room that was already clean. We also discovered that the bathroom shevles were dirty and we found food underneath the beds, who knows how long it had been since under the beds was vacuumed.

Friendly staff, clean, spacious rooms. Great view of baseball field. But I do not like the fact that the TVs are not a smart tv so that you can stream movies on Netflix ect.

My wife and I like different TV programming. Having 2 televisions makes for a much more enjoyable stay.

Nice spacious suite with 2 queens and one king. Very clean!

Generally, I liked everything we used, though we were not able to make use of all the amenities because we were out all day at the convention we attended. My only complaint is that the lighting in the bedroom was rather dim and there was no way to increase it when more light was needed.

We stay here every time we come to the city. We love the location, cleanliness, and friendly service. The only thing that is a con is the Mexican club being so loud across the street.

The property was remodeled and beautiful. The suite was big and equipped with everything. We were close to restaurants, shopping, museums, and nightlife. The staff was very nice, and the valet was super. We would definitely stay again.

Good location in Bricktown. Right on trolley line, easy access to canal and downtown. Quiet. Comfortable. Well equipped. Good breakfast although it ends awfully early. Bed could have been better.

It was an amazing hotel. The view we had was excellent. Definitely be back and recommend the hotel to others.

Overall, the hotel is fine with convenient walking to local restaurants. The room was older modern with a broken bed.

We enjoyed the hotel and everyone was lovely. My two issues were that the TV never worked even after mentioning it. And we were there three nights but housekeeping didn’t come. The valet guys were amazing and went above and beyond helping with luggage and such. We had a view of the ball park which included fireworks on Friday night which were a big hit with us.

Staff were awesome! Always greeting guests with a smile and happy to help with anything asked. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

The hotel and staff were amazing. Sheena at the front desk was especially helpful and made our stay Absolutely perfect. Location is perfect to the Riverwalk, restaurants, stadium and public transportation and extremely comfortable. I would highly recommend anyone in the area to stay here.

Check-in was easy, room was clean, continental breakfast had LOTS of options, and all the staff was friendly and super-helpful! I loved the location - it was easy to navigate to the conference at OKANA and also easy to get to the Will Rogers Airport. I wish there was a business center on-site so that I could've printed a couple things but the hotel staff helped me out. Really no complaints and would book again when I'm in OKC.

Nice hotel overall. We had a significant wait checking in - after 15 min when I got to the counter Cesar would not let me check in as my husband was parking the car… his name was on our Expedia acct, even though my card was used to book the property. I got my husband on the phone to get his permission but that was still not good enough. So went again to the back of the long line so another 15 min wait…. Whew- got my husbands id though 🙄. The room was listed as sleeping 6 (we were in a 2 q suite) - we returned late in the evening due to an event we were attending and realized there were no blankets for the sleeper bed. My daughter went to the front desk and was told they didnt have any blankets but housekeeping could bring some “later”. I called down to the front desk to see what “later” meant as it was almost midnight and we didn’t want to be waiting hours for the blankets. They did come within 15 minutes - but man, why wouldn’t the front desk be able to give out a couple blankets? Then - the next morning we realize as we are showering there are only 3 towels - in this supposed 6 person suite. We went and tracked our own down from housekeeping but just felt like some of the basics were definitely lacking in our stay. Oh - and the pillows were the worst ice experienced ANYWHERE!! We had two queen beds with 1 large flat as a pancake pillow each and 2 very small flat pancake pillows (like the size of an accent pillow). Breakfast was food, other than very watered-down coffee.

The staff was excellent. Roxanne checked me in, and she was very personable and professional. Room was spotless, smelled fresh, and decor and furniture was modern and useful. Lobby, dining room, and other public areas were very clean, modern, and comfortable. Breakfast was decent as well. The only thing that fell short was the coffee. I don't drink coffee too often, but when I do, I like a good cup of it! Kudos for having Bigelow tea, however--very good choice!

Stay here for 10-14 days each summer This year the valet parking was an issue The people working were great but it took so long to get our car each morning especially before 8 One day we and some others went and got their own car I know how hard it is too get workers but thought you should know this was a disappointment because of the price of valet parking

The property is in a nice location of Downtown OKC with a view of the ballpark. You will be in walking distance of alot of eating establishments and the hotel has a map they provide of the local attractions. Be aware if you book through Expedia they won't print you a receipt for your stay. Parking is not free as well.

The breakfast left us disappointed… it was ok but the selection was minimal. The beds were very comfortable however and we slept well.

Absolutely beautiful hotel with a great view of the ball field! Great breakfast! The lady in the breakfast area greeted everyone and made sure everyone was taken care of! The room was perfect and clean

Parking a little pricy, but enjoyed everything, particulary, the breakfast bar.. To my surprise, they even had an evening snack.

Good location in the Bricktown area of OKC. A lot of restaurant options within walking distance. The hotel is attached to the Hilton Garden Inn. Has a really nice breakfast and happy hour set up.
