The location was difficult to access. The hallway on the second floor where my room was had lights out and therefore dark areas. There were cups scattered in the hallway for two days and the elevator floor was dirty. I got ice from the second floor machine twice and both times there was visible dirt/mold in the ice. I only used it in my small cooler. The breakfast was so-so. The bed I chose to sleep in first night was not comfortable and leaned to one side.

The building was very rundown. The keycard entry on the side entrance has been disarmed and a rock was used to allow access into the building. A vagrant had left his shopping cart/some belongings/trash next to the door as well. Throughout the building there were places where the walls had been repaired but never finished. The carpets were badly worn and stained. That’s just a few of the issues.

The staff was okay, friendly enough. The problem we had was how filthy the carpets were EVERYWHERE!! I couldn't understand how really bad the elevator carpet was. You could barely decifer that it was carpet. Unbelievable. In the gym the ceiling paint was sloughing off in one area and falling onto the floor in a pile. It was shocking. It says it's under new management but, they better hurry up and rip that nasty carpet up fast. I cringed evertime I had to use the elevator.

My stay was what I expected. However, the staff were excellent and the breakfast was better than expected. As others have mentioned this place needs some fixing up, the carpet was nasty, the walls were gouged from luggage carts, the laundry was out of service, my lock didn't work on my door. But overall, the most important things to me are cleanliness and nice, attentive staff, so I liked it.

The hotel check in was easy. But the room assigned to us was being worked on and the front desk didn’t know. So we had to back down to get another room. This room was nice, but there was a dirty wash cloth left in shower. Son was playing in baseball tournament so we needed washer and dryer. Went down to use and there was no washer and dryer to be found. The workout out room was out of service too! Our last night there we had to call the front desk around midnight for a noise complaint on the 3rd floor. Sounded like someone literally jumping off beds onto the floor!! It stopped pretty quickly after our complaint.

The staff was very friendly. They made sure that I was comfortable and everything was convienient for me. I enjoyed the exercise room. They have alot of equiptment and it's available at anytime. Breakfast was very enjoyable. My room was really nice and clean. This is the third time I have stayed there and it was never a disappointment.

The hotel was dirty, and the return vents were full of dust, trash was left beside the vending machine on the third floor the entire stay. Staff was not friendly or helpful in questions being asked. The elevators were dirty. It look like a spill had been just left in the middle of the elevator. The staff multiple times was outside, smoking instead of being inside when help was needed.

The carpet in the hallway plus the floor in the lobby needed vacuuming. Somebody tracked in a little bit of mud. That same little bit of dried mud was in front of our door for two days. The soda machine was empty except for one brand of soda.

Dirty, beat up. Hotel needs to close for a month, and replace carpets, paint, repair/replace furniture, etc. It was so dirty, that my white socks were dirty just from walking around the room for a few minutes.

The room had moldy curtains, musty smell. Shower was not adjustable and it was so strong it was hard to stand up in the shower. Took forever to get hot water to work. Hotel was so close to main road we heard traffic all night long. But the staff at front desk was very friendly.

The property is in dire need of DEEP CLEANING AND SANITATION!! The elevator and hallways were absolutely disgusting. THE SMELL!! Inside the room the carpet and chair was stained. The bathroom had mold in the walk-in shower and the floor was sticky.

This hotel was like a complete opposite of the sister property I stayed at in Panama City, which was very disappointing because it was due to my experience at the one in PCB that I chose this one in Gulfport. The carpets looked dingy and in one area I thought I saw a blood stain. As for my room , the bathroom looked old, there was a tile knocked down , and on one side of the curtains there appeared to be dried blood or some kind of organic matter. Overall the stay was more out of exhaustion. At least the bed was comfortable. The shower was decent. I will probably never stay at that particular unit ever again if I can help it.

When we got there we could not get any wifi service on the second floor and only worked while we got off the elevator on the first floor.Told management about the situation she gave us a number to call technical support!!!Called them twice and whatever they did still did not work so we just gave up!!!I feel like THATS management job to fix whatever need to be fixed did or done and not the customer!!!The faucet knob came off and also the shower door would not stay open when we took a shower and stayed closed as soon as we got in the shower!!!!

The shower was very refreshing and the bed was very comfortable. I wish there was tv guide so I wouldn’t have had to flip to thru the channels to find something to watch. And it would have been nice to have complimentary bottles of water since I didn’t have no cash on me and the vending machine didn’t take debit cards. But other than that I really enjoyed my stay

Our @suite” had numerous repair issues- paint splatters, peeling ceiling (water damage?), missing trim on desk and dresser, musty smell, very stained carpet. Linens are of nice quality.

The reasoning for my 4 star — The one and only downfall we had was the beds being hard. The facility itself was very clean, staff were very nice, parking was plentiful, and the property is right off the Highway. It does get kind of loud at night with traffic but the property is right off of a major highway and very busy intersection.

This hotel looks ok when you check in. It's a different story when you leave the lobby. The carpet in the halls was disgustingly dirty. The walls were dirty. The air conditioner in our room had leaked and the carpet was saturated to within 2.5 feet of the bed. An electrical cord was laying on the wet carpet. The mattress sloped toward the middle of the bed. The walls were damaged and missing part of the sheetrock on the corners. The knob on the folding closet door was missing. The toilet had no seat cover which is unsanitary when flushing it. This will be our last time to stay at a Sleep Inn.

The location next to the highway entrance and underpass. Sleep will not be found here, even with ear plugs. I heard every vehicle that passed by this place, all night long. This was my second stay there and it was the same both times. The walls are thin, and the windows are thinner.

Major problem with check in. Had booked thru hotels.com. I had a confirmation from them for 2 rooms at your hotel. Upon arrival, your person says only 1room is reserved. So my brother says he’ll pay for the 2nd room, which fortunately you had available. I still got charged for 2 rooms & he paid for 3rd room. Your person couldn’t take the extra room off my card. Hotels.com can’t resolve this either. Shouldn’t be that hard.

The girl working front desk was beyond exceptional! So bubbly, happy, and eager to assist! She definitely provided us with this biggest smile and a warm welcome! Breakfast was great. Rooms clean. I’ll be back!

This was a terrible experience. We arrived after traveling all day at 6:00 p.m. My room was not ready until 10:00 p.m. This was due to it not being ready. And they finally said it was ready it was still dirty. They offered me a $30 refund over two rooms and I spent over $350. Will never stay here again.

They canceled my reservation without notifying me. Then after we were told the only thing available was handicap king room and which we took, later on found out they had some other rooms available. The breakfast that we had Monday morning was terrible. The eggs were watery, sausage patties were burn to the point of being hard and the waffle batter had too much water in it.

The service desk person who checked me in was great Overall the room was good. There was a missing light bulb in one of the lamps. And a short on the other. The breakfast offered was very simple. The coffee was not as hot as I would have liked. And there were no napkins in the area to be found. I think that having the service desk person as the only visible employee did not provide as much service as needed for a Saturday morning when there were families traveling.

Lobby clean and welcoming, friendly staff. Elevator clean. Room is clean and smells nice. Bed is soft for my liking but it’s nice. Shower 👍👍 ( no tub TG). Someone swiped the coffee maker but it has microwave and refrigerator and hair dryer. Breakfast was also good. Will definitely come back 👍👍

We won’t stay here again. The carpet was filthy, several electrical outlets didn’t work, and breakfast offered was nominal. Breakfast consisted of batter for waffles, apples, bread to make toasts, and muffins.

The staff were great and helpful. That's the only plus here. Brown water when taking a shower, grounds in the tar-like coffee at breakfast and just overall meh options, and the room was so dirty. The sheets were stained and had hairs, and I went down to ask about it. We were given new sheets to put on the bed, but we still felt icky after that. The housekeeping here is very subpar. Would not recommend.
