Beautiful property with short distance to everything you want to see and do. They’ve really made an effort to sound proof the rooms- but unfortunately it wasn’t enough for us to get a good nights sleep with all the traffic and horns sounding constantly. So we only stayed one night. But this is to be expected when staying right in the city. Staff were exceptional and spoke excellent English, super helpful and so professional.

Check-in + check-ou weithin problemlos, sehr saubere Zimmer, hervorragende zentrale Lage des Hotels, man erreicht alle Shops und Restaurants gut zu Fuß zB ein erstklassiges kleines indisches Restaurant just 50 m vom Hotel entfernt; TV hat gut funktioniert. Nur 2 Dinge waren negativ: Es gab kein wifi (man verwies auf Probleme mit dem Provider) und auch kein warmes Wasser. Letzteres war nicht so schlimm - erfrischend! -, das fehlende wifi eher. Der Preis war voll in Ordnung, wenn ma die erstklassige Lage des Hotels bedenkt.

Our request of a king sized bed wasn’t adhered to so we had to wait for them to “join” the beds after checkin The salads at the breakfast had flies. Food was average in general. We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Cherry and the rest of the staff were welcoming and really helpful with anything we needed, including booking tours. We had a very large hotel room, which was freshly cleaned each day. The buffet breakfast was convenient in the mornings to get some fuel for the day. The location is also fantastic — within walking distance of many shops, food, and tourist attractions in the Old Quarter. Would highly recommend!

The Hotel is much more dated than the pictured appear. They've done a great job on the wide angles lenses too as it was fairly squishy. The reception staff had fairly poor English, which I understand its not an English speaking country, but compared to other hotels it was noticeably worse. The bed was also about the same firmness as a commercial airline economy seat. So if you don't like hard beds look elsewhere.

少し値段が高く感じるかもしれませんがここは迷わずバルコニー付きを是非選択してください。私の部屋は6階だったのですが街路樹が窓の前まで伸びていて部屋から緑が見えるし向かいの建物からの目隠しにもなり窓全開で開放的に過ごせました。もちろん市街地で目の前は道路なので始終車やバイクとクラクションの音が聞こえますが、これぞベトナムって感じですぐBGMになります。うるさければ窓を閉めてエアコンガンガンにして過ごせばいいだけなので。場所は旧市街の西外れですがそれがむしろいいです。旧市街中心ほど混雑はしていないので安全ですし、でも旧市街へは歩けば5〜10分す。それよりもこのホテルから徒歩5分の距離に大聖堂があり周辺にはCong cafeなど多くのカフェ名店があるしMarouチョコの直売店やChieなどのハンドメイド雑貨など多くのショップがすぐそこです。同じ5分の距離にブンチャーダックキムもあります。早朝は是非ホアンキエム湖でローカルの方々に混ざってジョギングしてください。歩いて数分で行けます。人と自転車の多さ、大ボリュームでエアロビとか体操している集団は圧巻です。とにかく市内どこへのアクセスも抜群ですのでトイレ休憩やベッドで一休みしたければ部屋に戻って回復してからまた散策できる最高のロケーションだと思います。

It is in the middle of Old Quarter. Plenty of restaurants and shops all around you. Old Quarter is a big tourist area so it if very safe to walk around. You have a few historical places with in walking distance (1 KM walk). If you don’t feel like walking that far plenty of taxis and bikes willing to give you a lift.

The accommodations were very comfortable. In Vietnam most hotels do not provide a top sheet for the bed like the United States. Street noise is very loud bring ear plugs. Major traffic street. Staff extremely helpful. Convenient location.
