Nice hotel with great clean rooms. Big parking lot in a safe area.

Terrible! Very rundown! Not clean. And elevator broken to top it off. Glad we were only there one night.

This is an older, slightly down-at-the-heels property (e.g. the elevator creaked and the shower knob had to be slight canted to avoid drips), but it was clean and comfortable (especially the beds). The staff was friendly and helpful. The facilities were all functional.

10/10 for the price. Clean friendly service. Older building, but they had a pool. It was perfect for an roadtrip overnight stop. Breakfast was terrible, but didn’t expect anything different for $95/night. Room 202 was clean and bug free.

The elevator wasn’t working. My husband has Parkinson’s Disease & had to lug our suitcases to the 3rd floor.

Super friendly. Let me check in early. Room was clean. Only negatives weren't their fault. I got back late but they were nice enough to leave the pool open 30 minutes for me. HOWEVER, it was freezing.....at least it was to me. They said the pool company told the 84 was too cold but evidently there's a problem with condensation when its 90 or so. Little kids may not care that it's cold, but a lot of adults do, lol. The pool wasn't a main attraction, just a nice extra. The bathtub wsa deep which I like, but it had the spa jets....which WOULD have been great - if they worked, lol. Again, not a biggie, but a disappointment.

We booked because of the reviews .not sure the reviews were accurate. the only good thing was the bed was comfortable we got there late 8:00pm. The elevator was out of order so we had to lug our suitcases up to the second floor. We are not young so this was not an easy task .

Elevator not working and not enough breakfast hot items put out. Other than that staff was friendly and beds were comfortable.

Pool was shut down

Property was quiet and felt safe. The elevator kept alternating between working and not working, making our third floor room sometimes challenging to get to (bad knees). But overall, the property and room was clean, and pretty nice. Amazing, being just off the highway and near to busy shopping, that it was so quiet.

Cleanliness was mediocre. Breakfast options not very good.

Overall very happy with the stay. The not so great...the pool leaves a bit to be desired, as it gives "the neighbors don't really take care of their pool" energy and is small but it is free with your stay so there's that. The breakfast was bland but fully eatable just needed some tlc. The good things far outweigh lackluster breakfast and oversized kiddie pool..the staff is incredibly effecient and polite, the building is older but clean, no weird smells, and i was not afraid to touch anything. Housekeeping quicky and quietly ensuring we had new towels every day. i would not hesitate to stay here again.

We had two separate rooms in one of the rooms. My son took a bath, and then the water would not turn off. I had to go get help from the front desk. Our other room in the bathroom had bugs crawling several bugs crawling around in it. The bathroom sink at a drip that would not stop. The ice machine was broken and the free breakfast sucks.! I was not expecting a five star hotel or a fancy breakfast, but I did expect ice. no bugs, and the faucets to work.

When we arrived there was a man in parking lot surrounded by police, saw him again at hotel that night as he went yelling down hallway. Many people standing outside entrance smoking each evening. Hotel smelled strongly of ammonia. Bed bug crawled across bed on day 3. Only good point was very pleasant man at front desk, who called, apologized and refunded 1 night after bed bug was caught and left at front desk.

Very clean and well maintained from public hallways to room. Comfy bed. Pretty good towels and bath linens. Good ac. Looked like new carpet and paint in public areas. Breakfast was slim. Consisted of scrambled eggs, gravy, biscuits, apples and 2 cereals. Coffee but no hot water for tea or oatmeal packets. Other than that it was clean and comfortable and a good value compared to other hotels along our travel route.

Stained sheets, unclean bathroom and fridge. Disgusting motel, definitely not the price.

Room was remodeled; however, the bathroom had peeling paint on the ceiling, debris on the carpets, nicks on all the walls and the breakfast area seemed dirty (chose to go to a restaurant instead). The smoking area seemed to be the front entrance as you walked in. Would not stay here again.

Dirty and run down. Hairs in the bed and bathroom. Desktop not wiped off. Toilet paper holder falling out of wall. Had to wait several minutes at the desk as no staff around to greet us and check us in.

Hotel was clean and kept well.

I was really pleased that the window opened! The bed was super comfortable! Water pressure was great! Hopefully next time I stay there I get the same or very similar room with a parking lot view!

A decent place to stay for a night or two. The air conditioner was noisy, however, and the faucet dripped.

The room was in great condition, as expected. It overlooked the parking lot so we could see our vehicles that were packed for a move. Breakfast was OK, standard, but hot things were hot. Did not get to use the pool due to our timing but it looked clean. Safe, quiet, all that we needed for a quick overnight stay.

Its fine. Clean rooms and comfy beds. It does the job of a budget hotel. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was acceptable though a little skimpy. Like most Super 8s, rooms are renovated but much of original stuff is just painted over or covered.

It was ok, nothing special, just a place to sleep. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was not very good compared to most others. The staff was nice. The room was pretty dark.

The rooms were ok, but it was very loud, people fighting all night, the doors slamming were very loud and there is a trailer park right outside that was noisy as well. Staff was nice, room nice, the rest was not.

Hotel was clean, clerk was friendly. The bed was comfy. Only complaint would be the AC unit. Every time it kicked on it sounded like a big truck driving up to our window. It worked well, though.

The Super 8 was just "so-so". The room was very cramped. They gave us a single chair for the two of us. One of us had to eat on the bed, while the other sat at the tiny table. The room was clean but stuffy. The breakfast was "okay" - the usual scrambled eggs and sausage gravy with biscuits. No wow factor, but okay. Coffee was served throughout the day which was nice. The staff was fine and attentive. I doubt that we'll go back.

I hate rooms that have beds on both rooms facing the same wall. And the wall is not sufficiently sound proof. Mattress looks used up.

Stayed here. Area was not what was described. Couldn’t find our reservation. Told us we were out of luck even though paid in full. Wouldn’t really bother to help us all. Pretty much told us to call Expedia. We did and Expedia helped us and finally got it settled with Expedia. Then kept being adamant and rude with us about the pool closing at 10. We told them we got it and were out at 10. Atmosphere was not what was described in the posting on Expedia at all

Staff was really nice and really cool, they go above and beyond to make sure your stay is great. They offer recommendations to anything you need. I will stay here everytime i go out of town.

The person at the desk was very welcoming and made sure all our needs were met.

The front desk lady was the only thing pleasant about our stay. The faucet in the room dropped loudly all day and night, the toilet would only flush half the time, the A/C/heater squealed and made a knocking noise, and there was what appeared to be termites coming from the wall connecting the bathroom wall to the hallway wall. The front desk lady said she was going to call maintenance cause they were fully booked and didn’t have another room at the time and about 2 hours later the “manager” came and took the lid off the toilet and asked it the water was full when the toilet wouldn’t flush. Then he proceeded to tell me nothing was wrong from what he could tell while the sink was still dripping, but that the parts were all on back order and there was nothing he could do. I asked him how he knew they were back ordered since he said there was no problem in his eyes. To which he stated what do you want me to do lady you can leave and we will refund you one night but you will be charged for the rest even if we leave. Then he left and had the front desk call me to tell me I would need to contact Hotels.com since we weee leaving even though we never said that. They offered to move us to a smaller room that wouldn’t work for us and on the last night of our stay the elevator fell from the 3rd floor all the way to the basement with us and our friends with their special needs son as we were leaving for dinner. The elevator was out of order and we had to unpack via the stairs to leave.

Check in went really well Beth did an excellent job and informing us of how the room worked AC/pool breakfast etc.

Upon check-in, we were met with hostility and accusatory comments from the manager who claimed we were “sneaking in” and said, “I could get shut down for this.” Despite explaining our situation with care, the manager dismissed our concerns and even responded to our mention of autism by saying, “I have a kid on the spectrum, so don’t you throw that in my face.” It was shocking, insensitive, and downright cruel. We came here seeking rest and comfort—what we received was judgment and humiliation. This experience was not just inappropriate, it was harmful. Families with neurodivergent children deserve understanding and dignity, not to be shamed or gaslit. If you are traveling with children or have specific needs that require compassion and professionalism, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

HVAC system worked very well with a wall mounted thermostat. Bed was comfortable & we slept well. Front desk staff was very cordial and encouraged any questions or concerns we may have had.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Went the extra mile to make feel welcomed when we checked in.

Easily accessible from the highway and convenient.

Nice convenient location, it’s never a disappointment when staying here!

A short 30 minute ride the the St Louis Arch National park. Plenty of restaurants and shopping.

Nice hotel, showing it's age. Tub drained very slowly, breakfast was minimal. Not in a walkable area, no shopping or restaurants nearby. Easy to find off interstate. Friendly staff

I liked how seemless check in was and prompt. We enjoyed out one night and it was close to the airport.

Solid stay. Close proximity to Conference Center, easy roads to get there

They accommodated our request for a first floor room. Room was very clean and comfortable. Just freeway noise, and since we were passing through with no knowledge of the area....

The breakfast was not as advertised.Cereal, bread, eggs, biscuit not good & gravy - cool coffee good.

Beth checked us in. She was phenomenal. Friendly, welcoming, professional, efficient. Room was clean and pretty much as expected. AC worked well but very noisy. Shower temperature was good, but pressure a little on the low side. Breakfast was horrific. Rock hard biscuits, gravy looked like the inside of a diaper, and the scrambled eggs had the texture of construction paper. Convenient location to STL airport. Perfectly fine for a night.

The motel was a fine place to stay for the night for the price. I missed the driveway to it the first time to it because I couldn't identify that it was the correct drive and had to turn around. The breakfast selection was pretty good, but the biscuits were still thawing when I came for breakfast and the orange juice was still concentrated, so I had to add water to it. Those areas would be improved for an even better stay.

The hotel was good. Staff was friendly when we arrived even though we were early. They seemed a little unorganized. The room was clean and comfortable. Adjusting the AC was interesting but it is a hotel not my house so I didn't expect anything different. The pool was clean. We did have to ask them to turn the nights on every evening we used it and that seemed like an inconvenience to them. Breakfast was what you would expect from a Super 8. Biscuits were dry but eggs and gravy were good.

Breakfast tasted okay, but had few choices.

We were pleased to see that they had eggs & biscuits and gravy along with the dry cereal, juice and milk. But they only put enough gravy out for two or three small portions at a time. So if you came down to breakfast at the same time as a couple of other people, there would be none left. The fruit consisted of only 2 small apples. Why offer only just a few servings of eggs and gravy if you're only adding to it occasionally?

Super 8 was super! I'd give it an 8.5. The breakfast had great selections. The scrambled eggs were great as well as the make tour own waffles. Right off the highway, but i didn't really hear the traffic noise.

Clean facility, friendly staff, breakfast wasn't the best but you get what you pay for.
