This is an exceptionally beautiful property that we have stayed at several times. Unfortunately, despite being a nice property condition wise, every time we have been here car burglars have broken into vehicles. They broke into my car on out last trip and the two other trips I found vehicles with busted windows and/or cops taking vehicle burglary reports. Management needs to get some under cover security and get this under control

Nicer than I thought for the price, $97 for a Friday night. Lobby is large with ample seating area. Looks like there were a couple of weddings or events happening the while we were there, yet the property was still quiet. Wasn’t sure if they offered valet, but they didn’t while we were there. You’re allowed to park in the marked “valet” spots if valet service is not offered. Otherwise there is plenty of parking in the garage next door.

No security on the property. I got my car catalytic converter stolen and when i called the police we had multiple case on the same night. Car broken into and catalytic converter stolen

The room it self was wonderful but the mildew smell was a no go. Disappointing the pool was out of service during thia heat wave. Dinner options were a little expensive to enjoy so we ate out. Checking out was a heahache, neede ro sort out the room charge, there was a mess up on their end. I wouldnt recommend or stay here again.

Hotel is in a good location. The bar is nice, perfect for the end of day cocktail. rooms are quiet, the staff kept our room nice and tidy.

The staff were helpful and friendly!! The property was outdated, broken or not working items in room, room floor was not clean, and very noisy AC fan!! The pool was a very big disappointment as it looked nothing like the pictures, pool area was run down and pool was dirty!! Overall I would NOT choose this place again and will hesitate choosing a renaissance hotel in the future.

Sauna didn't work. I selected this hotel because of the sauna. What a disappointment. I informed it right away ... the worst part if that they told me it would take 1 month for part to arrive. Today 5/19/24 more than a month has passed and I have booked another room. When I called to make sure it was fixed they said it wasn't! As the interested party, unfortunately, i'm trying to talk to maintenance dept to get it fixed. Isn't this something they should be doing themselves.

I book two queen beds. When I arrived at 5 PM, I was told my room was given away. My daughter ended up sleeping on the floor bc the twin bed was not big enough to accommodate the two of us. There was also pubic air in corner of the bathroom and end in the tub.

All staff I encountered were very friendly. Nice lobby and amenities. The hallways and the rooms felt slightly dated in my floor but that's okay. I usually don't critique too harshy, but I came to find my room didn't feel super clean. Linens and bedding were fine, but I realized the carpet was very dirty when I got a little water on it after my shower. Tried to soak it up with a towel and it was coming up brown. The chair in the room also seemed old and had dinge. Lastly, the walls of the rooms are very thin. Can hear people next room over, people in the halls, doors opening and slamming. No noise from the exterior though, the area is very nice and quiet. I will say that I booked a cheaper room at a very reasonable price. Maybe higher priced rooms are better. If I were to stay here I again it would only be if I considered staying in a better suite.

Decent stay. Pretty from the outside and lobby- old and outdated in the rooms. Towels we had were orange and black from other peoples make up and looked like it hadn’t even been washed… carpet was sticky and gross… beds were clean and comfortable though

Once walked into the room, smells so bad. the musty smell was strong and got a headache. also the bathroom was so dirty. found hair balls from the bath tub. never go back to this hotel at all.

My room was very clean and bed was comfortable. I loved that 7th floor was a designated quiet floor, as they were hosting a set of youth teams for a soccer tournament. My room was missing a tv remote and power outlets on the nightstands; they replaced the remote immediately upon my request but only solution for power was to plug phone into the floor outlets nearest the end of the bed or use the desk. I enjoyed the Aveda supplies in the shower but the cleaning staff must not have seen my note I left asking for them to refill the shower soap-overall a good stay.

TL;DR: No in room WiFi for android devices, awesome in room chair. NO WIFI FOR ANDROID DEVICES - MINUS 4 - connected to guest WiFi, android system opens a login page, you press connect, and are asked for your creds, but the page disappears, and you are not connected. Went to the front desk and "Oh, yeah, we have been having trouble with android devices, but you can use the public WiFi in the lobby" SO THEY ADMIT THE PROBLEM BUT HAVE DONE NOTHING ABOUT IT. A property that is this expensive should have working WiFi. AWESOME IN-ROOM CHAIR - PLUS 1 - the in-room chair was seriously good for sleeping - for those with GERD or anybody needing to sleep propped up. Request an extra blanket, cover up and use the Ottoman and sweet dreams, lilac!

Beautiful hotel and beautiful room! Easy check in and out. My husband and I did run into a few issues: scalding hot water with no cold water, paper thin walls, and the front desk were a bit difficult to speak with as they were not clear with any additional charges or these issues we had. For example, they did not explain the additional $40 charge that I was surprised with, and they did not explain why or when the water issue would be resolved (it never was resolved). Beautiful and memorable stay, but I would not come back or recommend to others.

Pretty good property. The first room we got however was dirty and had mildew in the bathroom but the hotel was super accommodating and was able to switch us rooms to a better and clean one. The guy that helped us was Terrance and he was amazing and very helpful. Some of the other staff however was not so helpful.

Cancelled flights with last minute reservations for many of us and in spite of the spur of the moment crowd of reservations after 11 pm- the staff remained cheerful and helpful and awesome! That attitude was abundant all morning as well! From the front desk to the amazing dining room staff, they went above and beyond!

The hotel rooms are a little dated (furniture and carpeting), however the service was outstanding. Alex and Asia took very good care of us when there was an issue with our room. Hotel staff are friendly and welcoming. Will come back to stay if we travel back to Dallas.

Pre-paid hotel. Arrived at 12:33(after midnight). Walked me. No explanation on why they took my money and had no room.It did not matter. It took three hours to find a room. Was finally in bed at 4.00am. #disorganized, #incompetent, #uncaring Never pick this hotel

Everything is well maintained here, the rooms are clean the lobby and restaurant areas are very nice. My only complaints would be the lack of any outside dining options if you don't have a car. There was really only one general store/deli to grab a bite from to take back to the room. I arrived on time for a 3 pm check-in but the in hotel restaurant was not open until 5 pm, so I had to walk to find something before later taking a rideshare to my dinner spot later that evening.

Friendliest hotel that I have ever stayed at. The staff was amazing, greeted us every time that we walked through the lobby and was very pleasant and attentive. Location was perfect for my needs, and is in a safe area just outside the loop extremely accessible to major freeways. I stayed three nights and never saw a maid, however, I did not request service and towels were available at the desk. I will definitely stay here again.

Went there for New Years. Was a convenient location with easy access to 2 major Freeways (not toll roads). Walking trail, coffee shop and convenience store are walking distance. Friendly staff, clean and plenty of free parking on site.

Decent hotel, good for people who want to stay near DFW Airport. QT gas station convenience store next door is 24/7 but has rough looking customer base there. Hotel is is nice but dont stay near elevators. You can hear people coming and going.

Our stay was nice. The only issue was the quality of the food in the restaurant. It was overpriced because of the cheap ingredients used and the cook had no idea what he was doing. I had the chili, which practically had a whole jar of pepper dumped in it, and the so called take on a Cuban sandwich. The ingredients were subpar for an $18 sandwich and it should not have been on a stale chibatta bun.

Did not have the best experience with the bartender/breakfast personnel. The ladies cooking were great, but, but the gentleman was rude, and not helpful at all with locating things needed to eat. The check-out staff was rude, and not professional. The check-in staff Olivia, was great!

Drinks at the bar, highly over priced. Forced a 20% service charge. Despite having domestic bottled beer at nearly $10 a bottle. Do the math, you end up spending $12 for a Micalobe ultra or Budweiser.

This property is dated (the baseboards are coming away from the walls in several areas) but the overall cleaniness & attention to detail is outstanding. The TWO things keeping this from being a glowing review were the breakfast buffet (underwhelming, unseasoned, cold, & overpriced) and the bar - a moscow mule is supposed to be made w/ ginger beer not ginger ale. If the bartender didn't have ginger beer, he should have asked before substituting for ginger ale. Also, teach your bartenders how to make a sazerac!

Good restaurants. But hotel needs repairs/updating--but if the room is cheap enough, it can be a good bargain--especially if you want in-hotel dining options. Restaurants aren't cheap, but have some reasonably priced options.

The property overall is great. However, the only concern was the restaurant and bar. Not enough great items to select from the menu and the bar has areas to improve as I found it not a great place to hang out for a drink. The staff overall was great in every area I used. I liked it, don't get me wrong, just make the bar and restaurant a bit more fun, and I'll be a regular there.
