Our room was extremely clean with all fun amenities. They offer free sparkling water, cider, beer, sake and other items in the refrigerator within the room- along with a snack. The bathroom has top notch items - such as a high quality razor and hair brush. they even has a Dyson hair dryer. That was a surprise since they are extremely expensive. Loved the shower! Comfortable beds. The staff were extremely helpful, kind and accommodating. 2 thumbs up. Will definitely stay there again. Would highly recommend

My son and I had a wonderful experience at Waqoo. They prepared four bottles of wine and sake for us, along with a welcome Matcha Tea. The hotel also has a spacious, quiet public bath. If I ever need to lay over at NRT again, I would definitely choose this hotel.

The location is great for visiting Narita Shrine. The facility is clean and comfortable but quite pricey for the quality you get. It’s not a five star luxury hotel after all. My biggest disappointment was for the Bath House, a communal onsen style bath - it was quite dirty when we went at one night with things floating in the water.

The room was very clean and spacious. Close to the train station and a number of famous restaurants. I was a bit disappointed by the public bath which was very small. Also, some guests used it without taking a shower. A boy even entered into the female section and swam there. I understand it wasn’t the hotel’s fault but they need to think of some ways to educate their guests.

The hotel is located in a charming street full of restaurants and stores. Walking distance from the train station and a few minutes walk to Naritasan. The facility is clean and beautiful. Onsen was great (tattoo friendly.) Great minibar selection which was included. The front staff were very nice and accommodating. I would love to come back for a longer stay here -

Everything is good until our Japanese driver got scolded by the receptionist that totally spoiled our mood and shocked us. The japanese driver helped to negotiate on our behalf that we are leaving early in the morning and checked in just before dinner time. It is quite disappointing that we have to fork out alot more money on top of the room and half board we have paid. Although i love the place, I am afraid I would not dare to stay there again.

The property was located on a very historic street which made exploring the area a ton of fun. The staff was incredible and even made sure we didn’t get wet from the downpour when walking out to our Uber when leaving.

If I could give it more stars, I would! When it was rainy, staff met us in the front with umbrellas. They helped us book taxis and saved us from missing our return flight when our first ride didn’t show up.

Great effort! Everything was perfect. We enjoyed the room, the bath, the privacy. This stay was great and made me want to spend more time in Narita. The best was the service. Top notch team. It was raining when we received personal guidance to the uber pick up spot. We coukd not be more happy with our experience. I reccomend this for anyones stay in Narita. Thank you

Really love staying at this hotel. The Hansen was something that we used each day and was very nice. The only thing I would say to travelers is that the area in which the hotel is located not many restaurants are open during the evening. Most restaurants close at 5 PM. There are a few maybe a handful that stay open to 9. The area is very quiet and clean and close to temples, which is an added bonus.

Pricey hotel and very nice but charge you for every little thing. Breakfast as an example that I bought with the room. I asked for coffee instead of tea (were serving to guests so it was available) and they charged 300 yen. Several other examples but I will not be staying again and do not recommend.

Lovely traditional ryokan located close to the Narita Shinto temple. Delicious breakfast and kaseiki dinner served — definitely pay extra for the meals, they were the highlight. Worth the cost! We’ll definitely return. Only complaint was unable to check in even a little bit early, and we had arrived from a long international flight exhausted and without a place to rest.

The room was spotless and one of the best rooms around. I ordered the breakfast a couple days prior to my arrival and it was an incredible edible experience. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was memorable. I would highly reccomend Waqoo!

When I booked the property, I thought it was large enough to accomodate 3 people but in reality it is not. In addition, it is over priced for the room and the services. Food was not readilly available unless I had to reserve the mean 24 hours in advance. It is really difficult to make reservations when you are traveling.

Luxurious stay and impeccable service by staff. Had the best Japanese experience one could ask for in terms of service, stay and dining! Walking distance to the temple and the famous fresh eel shop. Opted for breakfast and dinner. Totally worth it! Although it would be good to have a brief guide for those clueless guests like myself on the proper way to eat the magnificent spread offered. Overall, room was clean it was the highlight and perfect way to end my Japan trip. Thank you to the friendly staffs. Arigatou!
