PRD 1572 Little Ponderosa Paradise

This Lake House was perfectly set up. It’s fully equipped with everything you need for a weekend stay. I LOVE to cook and the kitchen has everything you need to cook or BBQ. All the beds were so comfortable we all slept great. Being able to just walk right down to the water and fish was simply Amazing. The game room was an added Bonus that we all enjoyed. It was a very cozy relaxing weekend. I will book this lake house again in the very near future.

Loves the location. Spent lots of time on the river. The house was clean and as described.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We booked this house as a Quick can get away Between Christmas and New Year’s. We were traveling with four adults and six kids.The location is wonderful being that it’s on a wonderful spot on the river minutes from Gruene as well as New Braunfels. We had fun fishing off of the dock as well as taking little excursions around Canyon Lake.The house layout is a great layout, but the house itself is in desperate need of repairs. Cooking utensils, pots/pans, and other cooking items are broken or needing replaced. Multiple chairs are broken and the dock stairs are falling apart. Again great location and we were happy with our stay here.

The propane capsule, even though there were two of them, was empty, and the facilities were really limited for this property, along with very strict regulations.

Great house! Really enjoyed being on the river. The house was very comfortable and accommodating. Loved waking up in the morning with the view of the water.
