Vi ville prøve restauranten til aftensmad - men vi ventet i ca 15 min på at få et menukort, det kom aldrig. Så vi gik… Vi overnattet der en enkelt nat, der var ikke håndklæder hverken til hånder eller krop. Elevatoren tager rigtig lang tid om at komme også. Så en rigtig øv oplevelse desværre.

I had a fresh tattoo which was oozing a bit, as fresh tattoos do. I kept it wrapped in a towel when i slept as to not get any on the sheets. After 3 days of this finally i got some ink, blood not sure on the sheet. Management slips a note under the door to discuss a housekeeping issue! I shared with the woman that this was the cost of doing business and they need a better cleaner. She charged me 700 pesos which over there could buy a couple of sheet sets! Elevators are slow because there's not enough of them, especially since a lot of rooms are residences! Housekeeping knocks on door even when you have do not disturb placard on hallway doorknob. When they do come in they make the bed and leave new towels, don't replace glasses, coffee and condiments. They offer hot pot and coffee in room yet no coffee cups. Glass with no handles so you can burn your hands. They pass themselves off as luxury living yet they have no restaurant! How inconvenient. Does have nice pool though. You could probably do better at same price!

Hotel is under construction. Service elevator should have been separated between customers from the workers to minimize inconvenience to the paying customers. Box breakfast is excellent and delicious. Pool is beautiful but the ph balance is low on acid as you can notice the green algae on the tile lines.

Staff are very nice. But room has roaches, roof deck has a nice ambiance but food is not that great. One elevator not functioning well, I was stuck at one point but good thing, it opened when I tried to push to another floor and elevator not so well maintained.

Great place. Great location. Partial construction ongoing which isn’t disturbing but means going in through a back door. The Hotels.com website maps version of location was wrong so cab was searching for it for half an hour. No cable Or terrestrial TV available in come rooms only. The door was faulty so lock didn’t work effectively. The precious guest alerted them to this and changed room. They put me in this room without fixing it. 2205, please fix. Great value for money, nice hotel.

Good as usual. Really appreciated the early check in thank you !!! The hotel.com app still gives directions to The Noble taking you a few km from it’s the use location. You said you would fix this. Search for Grand Residences if you want to find The Noble. Still being renovated so a little awkward but good value. Great pool.

The Nobel hotel has so many things wrong with it that it is impossible to tell it all. However, they DO NOT disclose that the hotel is undergoing construction. There is no restaurant. It is far away from anything but street food. The elevator takes a long time to get to your floor. There was no face wash rag, not hand towel, no shower mat, nothing but 2 large towels to dry off with. The shower water takes forever to get warm - never hot. This is one of the worse hotels for the price. Stay away - pick another one.

The timing of our stay coincided with a festival, so the hotel was very packed, and there were long lines for the elevators, which added to the chaos. The room itself was not bad, but nothing exceptional. We were especially looking forward to the beautiful, large pool, but unfortunately, it was closed for a sanitation review during our entire visit, which was disappointing. Overall, the hotel offers decent value for the price, but the experience was less enjoyable due to the festival crowd and the unexpected pool closure.

The building needs updating. (Elevator still reads 2011) weird smells. The room I was in was well kept but again, could use some updates. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Room service everyday was nice and clean. Refilled any commodities that needed filling. Food was good. The location is fantastic. It’s in the centre of all necessary stores. Close to Ayala IT park and some great restaurants around. Carefull tho when walking around; lots of street children running rampant and homeless ppl staring if your alone. Otherwise. Would come back and would recommend.

No, towels. Wet floor constantly. Paid for breakfast included then they charged me again for breakfast after i paid for it. They added it to room nightly charge but receipt doesnt mention breakfast it just shows i paid more per nightly rate.

The 360 Roof Deck is a nice area to 🥂drink and relax The lobby was always crowded especially during check in and out Reception is too relaxed (unhelpful) The Security guards are the only helpful and friendly by the back drop off area of the building. I’ve occupied 2 different level of the building the adjacent building was an eyesore VIEW (as it’s was caught fire a year ago) I was told. BUT if you like walking it’s a best place to be as it’s close to Ayala Mall Love Cebu❤️

This hotel is very nice and clean but you can tell it is a bit dated. The hallways are small as well as the rooms. Also transportation is a bit difficult since the front opens up right away into the intersection. But good value for the price overall

Great property overall for a good price. My room had some issues though, the wifi password given wouldn't work as well as the room phone wouldn't work. I couldn't call the front desk. Aside from those things everything was fine. They even call you a taxi up front

シャワーのお湯はほとんど出ませんのでご注意ください。 ホテル近く（徒歩圏）には、外国人が食べれるようなレストランはほとんどありません。タクシー移動が必須です。 タクシードライバーが、ホテル名だけではホテルを知っているドライバーはいませんでした。ホテル住所を記録して外出してください。 上の階から夜中にドンドンと騒音が響きました。防音は薄いです。 どれもフィリピンあるあるですが、フィリピンに慣れていない方のためにそのまま書かせてもらいます。

Staff were totally indifferent to our stay . After we checked out and moved to another hotel, finally someone greeted me with a smile and hello. Too many options to choose Noble ever again. Goodbye

Good as usual. Really appreciated the early check in thank you !!! The hotel.com app still gives directions to The Noble taking you a few km from it’s the use location. You said you would fix this. Search for Grand Residences if you want to find The Noble. Still being renovated so a little awkward but good value. Great pool.

Where do I start, my first customer service engagement through till end I felt like requesting or reporting issues like (door constantly ringing, running out of food for breakfast, no swimming for a day, wifi issues) the list goes on was a bit of a shock. A blocked toilet that was never actioned and having to move rooms. In check out to get bond back was a challenge also. Oh and having to come down 25floors to use the bathroom was the end for me. I'd never stay there again.

The 360 Roof Deck is a nice area to 🥂drink and relax The lobby was always crowded especially during check in and out Reception is too relaxed (unhelpful) The Security guards are the only helpful and friendly by the back drop off area of the building. I’ve occupied 2 different level of the building the adjacent building was an eyesore VIEW (as it’s was caught fire a year ago) I was told. BUT if you like walking it’s a best place to be as it’s close to Ayala Mall Love Cebu❤️

The building needs updating. (Elevator still reads 2011) weird smells. The room I was in was well kept but again, could use some updates. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Room service everyday was nice and clean. Refilled any commodities that needed filling. Food was good. The location is fantastic. It’s in the centre of all necessary stores. Close to Ayala IT park and some great restaurants around. Carefull tho when walking around; lots of street children running rampant and homeless ppl staring if your alone. Otherwise. Would come back and would recommend.

Great place. Great location. Partial construction ongoing which isn’t disturbing but means going in through a back door. The Hotels.com website maps version of location was wrong so cab was searching for it for half an hour. No cable Or terrestrial TV available in come rooms only. The door was faulty so lock didn’t work effectively. The precious guest alerted them to this and changed room. They put me in this room without fixing it. 2205, please fix. Great value for money, nice hotel.

A nice hotel and good staff, but the major problem was the fact that this was a new hotel. Very few taxi drivers knew where it was, and it was difficult to find a driver with Goggle maps. The country did not make it easy to get a working SIM for my phone.

This hotel is very nice and clean but you can tell it is a bit dated. The hallways are small as well as the rooms. Also transportation is a bit difficult since the front opens up right away into the intersection. But good value for the price overall

Vi ville prøve restauranten til aftensmad - men vi ventet i ca 15 min på at få et menukort, det kom aldrig. Så vi gik… Vi overnattet der en enkelt nat, der var ikke håndklæder hverken til hånder eller krop. Elevatoren tager rigtig lang tid om at komme også. Så en rigtig øv oplevelse desværre.

Hotel is under construction. Service elevator should have been separated between customers from the workers to minimize inconvenience to the paying customers. Box breakfast is excellent and delicious. Pool is beautiful but the ph balance is low on acid as you can notice the green algae on the tile lines.

Staff are very nice. But room has roaches, roof deck has a nice ambiance but food is not that great. One elevator not functioning well, I was stuck at one point but good thing, it opened when I tried to push to another floor and elevator not so well maintained.

Would not recommend the breakfast or the restaurant. The breakfast buffet was cold most times usually out of items.. The restaurant itself has horribly slow and non attentive server's....even by pilipino standards. Quiet location but most cab driver do not know where it is.

The Nobel hotel has so many things wrong with it that it is impossible to tell it all. However, they DO NOT disclose that the hotel is undergoing construction. There is no restaurant. It is far away from anything but street food. The elevator takes a long time to get to your floor. There was no face wash rag, not hand towel, no shower mat, nothing but 2 large towels to dry off with. The shower water takes forever to get warm - never hot. This is one of the worse hotels for the price. Stay away - pick another one.
