I liked facilities in the hostel, especially karaoke on Wednesdays.I didn't like that there was no gas stove in the hostel for cooking,as almost all hostels have it.Also I didn't like that the hostel don't provide the towel upon arrival.

Nice hostel, right beside Westbahnhof, so easy access to Ubahns, as well as trams and buses. IKEA is right downstairs so can always visit the IKEA restaurant for some food. Rooftop terrace was amazing, with views of Vienna. Bathroom was clean and modern, and beds were comfortable. Curtains were great (on bottom bunks only!). Only issue was the bed above me was very squeaky, so everytime the person shifts in bed you can hear. Also, the wash basins are separate to the toilets & a (but still in the room), which may be a little weird at first.

I had a lovely stay, particularly enjoyed the views from the Rooftop bar!

The hostel in itself deserves a good rating, for decent rooma and beds - though a feiendly reminder is to bring your own lock if you want to lock away your items during your stay. The staff is friendly and helpful, rooms decent and fairly soundproof, which come in handy with the creative social program the hostel has! The events during evning time are fun and different, a great way to meet new poeple, and you dont hear the music at all when you lay in bed! The gostel lication is great for public transport! Sadly there is a crowd hanging out in the area outside that caused several police visits and a single ambulance visit, making the are seem a little unaafe when walking by yourself, though the group of people never tried to contact me while i was there. Though is partially outside the hostel' powers, especially as I didn't talk to the front desk about it during my stay, which might have helped. But unfortunately halfway through my stay, we got a few new people in my room, who changed the atmosphere, making me feel both very uncomfortable, a bit unsafe and made a lot of us unable to sleep, as some were loud throughout the night, one yelling and seeming slightly aggressive and one having a behavior that is unfot for a shared room, with sexual undertones... so again this isn't much in the control of the hostel, but might be worth consideration when choosing rooms. Overall the hostel, room and socials atmosphere was good and deserves a good review though!

This hostel is super cute! They have great activities (don’t miss karaoke night on Wednesdays!! They even give out free shots haha) and it’s a great location, right next to the airport shuttle. The staff are friendly and there are really cute places to sit around and chat in the common spaces. I was in a 10 bed mixed and each bed had a curtain on both sides which was excellent. Cons are that the bathrooms didn’t have a towel hanger and the toilet and shower are in the same room… so one bathroom was constantly flooded. Also, the sinks were outside but there wasn’t a separate light for them so it was very disruptive at night. The drawers to store luggage were also smaller and are the exact dimensions that the budget airlines put for carry-on bags lol.

Modern design, roof top terrace is a unique and awesome feature, you could see the whole city. Staff were really helpful and polite. Located in such a great location. The bathroom sink was so small you couldn't fit many things on it and having some hand towels would have been a great amenity to have.

루프탑 이용 가능한 것처럼 싸있는데 제가 머문 날은 계속 이용이 불가능했어요. 위치가 역 바로 옆이라 접근성이 좋은데 처음에 지도보고 찾아갈 때 한참을 헤맸어서 시설 소개하는 곳에 길 안내가 좀 더 상세하면 좋겠네요.시설은 깨끗한 편이었고 엘레베이터 내리면 리셉션이 있는데 상시로 직원이 있고 그 앞에 식당으로도 쓰고 보드게임을 하거나 앉아서 시간을 보내거나 할 수 있는 장소가 넓게 있어서 좋았어요. 방에 화장실 겸 사워실이 두 개 있어서 그것도 괜찮았고 만약에 두 개 다 차면 로비쪽 화장실을 이용할 수 있어요. 다만 방이 난방이 안되는지 추웠고 침실에 칸막이가 없는 건 좀 불편했음. 침대밑에 수납장이 있기는 한데 자물쇠는 알아서 가져와서 채워야하고요, 수납장이 엄청 크진 않아서 기내용캐리어는 안들어가는 사이즈예요.락커가 제대로 없어서인지 다들 짐을 방 안에 널부러뜨려놔서 창가쪽에 자리를 다 차지하고 있던 점도 좀 불편했음. 높은 층에 있어서 바깥 뷰가 있는 건 좋았어요. 퇴실 후 짐 보관은 시간당 1.5유로로 사용할 수 있어요.

Had a good calendar of social events! Meet a nice group of people here. Room was clean and spacious. Laundry had a few hiccups (very pricey, they ran out of detergent one day, one of the drying machines were broken) but nothing inexcusable, and the staff was courteous throughout. Decor was stylish and clean and modern.

Gute, zentrale Lage, wenn man mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln unterwegs ist. Sehr freundliches Personal an der Rezeption. Sauberkeit ließ leider stark zu wünschen übrig, auch die Zimmerausstattung ist mäßig (keinerlei Ablagemöglichkeiten in Zimmer und Bad). Matratzen recht hart und mit luftundurchlässigem Überzug (hygienisch gut, für den Schlafkomfort weniger). Generell eher ein Haus mit dem Charme einer Bahnhofshalle, sehr viel nackter Beton (so auch der Fußboden im Zimmer). Zimmer werden während des Aufenthalts nicht gereinigt, was grundsätzlich zu begrüßen ist, sich jedoch nicht wirklich auf den Nächtigungspreis auszuwirken scheint. Gut für Selbstversorger ist, dass Gästekühlschrank und Mikrowelle vorhanden sind. Die Gastro haben wir uns nicht näher angesehen, sie hat uns überhaupt nicht angesprochenen. In der Nähe sind aber zahllose Restaurants zu finden.

Kahler Betonboden, verschmutztes Bad incl. Haare, harte Matratzen und der Blick auf die Lüftungsrohre von Ikea. Der Gemeinschaftsbereich ist etwas freundlicher gestaltet.

There were no room clinging, if u you demand it they are charging you. There were lots of dusts in the room. Room cleaning was vital. Other things was convenient

Very definitely a young persons hostel, with a lovely roof terrace and all the basics you need. However, our room was not clean at all - hair in the shower, noticeable dust on surfaces, marks and stains on the wall. The beds were also not comfortable with plastic mattresses and paper thin pillows.

The location is great and the facilities are fine, but the check-in experience could be improved. The staff at arrival was correct but not friendly, and we didn’t receive many explanations. We arrived before 3 pm as the welcome email suggested it might be possible to check in earlier, yet the receptionist didn’t even ask for our names. Also, the bathroom wasn’t properly cleaned and had an unpleasant smell. Once settled, the stay was okay, but the first impression could definitely be better.

I had a great experience at this Jo&Joe. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the public spaces are well-designed and inviting. The location is excellent, with an underground station right beneath the building, making it very convenient to get around

Very well-organised hostel, although its location in a shopping centre was a little difficult to find at first. Not all international travellers have working internet on their phones, so visual signage could be better. My dorm was particularly dark, with the curtains closed for most of the day and all night. The dorm lights were not obvious, and the individual bunks had no personal or safety lights. This means that if you plan to leave early in the morning, you have to search around to pack your things by the light of your mobile phone. It is easy to leave things behind. On one occasion, I got up to go to the toilet at night. The dorm was so dark that I couldn't find my way back to my bunk. As it was a mixed dorm, I was reluctant to spend time trying to find it, as I didn't want to have any misunderstandings. I spent the rest of the night in a rest/play area where there were soft benches for people to relax. However, the breakfasts were excellent, and there were many social events on during my time there, including a lively karaoke evening. I will be back, but I will bring a torch!

overall not bad, but beds are without curtains. It would be better if curtains could be installed, therefore you wont be disturb by thre lights.

Ótima opção para quem quer vivenciar a atmosfera animada de um bom hostel em Viena. O ambiente é descontraído, com várias atividades no local (shows, game nights, etc.), e o staff é extremamente gentil e prestativo. O quarto privado estava muito limpo, e a localização é excelente – ao lado da estação Westbahnhof, com fácil acesso a toda a cidade, mesmo não estando no centro histórico. Alguns pontos poderiam melhorar: o quarto é pouco confortável para estadias longas, pois não há bancos ou cadeiras, e os travesseiros são pequenos e desconfortáveis. Além disso, a segurança dos corredores poderia ser reforçada – a tranca magnética estava desativada, o que permitia o acesso de não hóspedes. No geral, recomendo pela experiência vibrante e pelo bom custo-benefício, especialmente para estadias curtas.

離地鐵、電車跟火車站都很近，但這邊所謂的火車站並非跨境火車會停靠的站點，訂房時請注意。 房間很大，有大片落地窗，床的距離也很大，不怕碰到別人，缺點是床鋪沒有拉簾，都看得到睡覺的樣子，而且早上天氣好的時候很刺眼。 廁所+洗澡共有2間，洗手台在外面，使用算是方便。

Clean, safe, good breakfast, had some events which were definitely audible, even in our room with doors and window shut, and they went on until 0000 or 0100.

Camera ottima, spaziosa, letti comodi, un po' meno comoda la scala per salire e pochi appoggi tipo mensole o sgabelli, sia in camera che in bagno, ma ok per una sistemazione di qualche notte. Personale gentile, giovane, bello il posto e i servizi offerti, anche la terrazza dedicata!

Sehr großes geräumiges Zimmer, bequeme Betten. Gute Lage, Bahnhof direkt vor der Tür.

I stayed in the hotel for five days, it was my first visit to Vienna. Im satisfied with each and every service the hostel offered to me, girls at reception are very polite and always ready to assist with any kind of request, I was surprised they have free luggage storage for tourists and they can fill your water bottle. Also housekeeping operations run on time and they are hospitable as well. One of the best features of hostel was its location walkable to city center 2 min way from shopping district and all transport types are accessible nearby. Overall it exceeded all expectations.

O hostel é otimo, a estrutura é muito bom, os recepcionistas são bons, especialmente o Jonathan (acho que é esse o nome), que me ajudou muito com a logística na minha ida para o aeroporto ao sair de Viena. Porém, passei por uma situação desagradável e desnecessária com os seguraranças. No dia 4 de outubro, cheguei ao hostel à noite, já seria minha quarta noite no hostel. Passei pelos seguranças na entrada do elevador no acesso ao prédio, dei boa noite, eles responderam, até aí tudo certo. Subi ao 5º andar, fui direto ao banheiro atrás da recepção. Quando saí, estavam os 2 seguranças me esperando e me encarando. Virei à direita, em direção ao meu quarto, mas eles me barraram e disseram "não, você vai para aquele lado", apontando pra direção do elevador, como se eu devesse sair. Claro que não fiz isso, porque estava hospedado lá, e eles pelo jeito achavam que eu estava invadindo o hostel. Parece que foi algo simples, mas foi uma postura muito rude e lamentável. Sequer me pediram desculpas. A orientação para a conduta deles deveria ser me perguntar "o senhor está hospedado? Qual seu quarto? Poderia mostrar seu cartão?" Manchou minha impressão sobre o hostel, que até então estava muito boa.

Please notice illegal immigrants entering freely with a copy key cards to steal. The staff make me uncomfortable while eating breakfast cut my padlock from my locker while extending a night . Felt unsafe for that two reasons . Otherwise everything wonderful.

Receptionists were really disappointing. Repeatedly made mistakes when checking-in which wasted my time then i could be able to have my dinner almost 10pm. Another receptionist claimed they could help charge my mobile then after an hour found the charger was not connecting at all.

It’s the worst experience in my life around the world… I booked to stay there for 3nights… and on my last night when I back to my room at night I found that my locker is breakand all my stuff gone! And there is a note in my bed that ask me to go to reception… Then I ask them what’s goin on??

This was a great hostel. Breakfast was awesome and the location cannot be beat. I was displeased with the service of the staff. Multiple receptionists, bartenders, and workers were rude to us. Don't let people know you're American!

Excelente and spacious place to stay, close to public transportation and shopping center right next door with places to eat and shop.

Direkt am Bahnhof und an der Mariahilferstraße gelegen. Zu Fuß alles erreichbar. Hotel war für unseren Kurz-Aufenthalt perfekt!

Its by a train station so you will always have homless, bit once inside its a very cool, safe place for young travelers.

Es war toll. Unkompliziert und schneller Check in. Das Zimmer hat alles was man braucht. Bett war groß genug und auch gute Ausstattung. Frühstück war auch toll. Heißgetränke, Brot, Semmeln, Marmeladen, Honig, frisches Obst, Käse,...

Amazing breakfasts, very fun events. I went to the kareoke on wednesday and it was a blast! Close to shops and about 25 minutes from hofburg. I felt very safe as a young female solo traveler.

立地が最高でした。IKEAと同じビル内にあるため、ホテルから階段でIKEAに行けます。あと大きな駅ビルも真横にあるので買い物や移動には事欠きません。 朝食ビュッフェもシンプルながら新鮮な果物も揃っているので満足でした。ロビーにはゲーム機やビリヤード台が揃ってたり、ダンスパーティが行われてたりで楽しげな雰囲気が良いですね。 部屋も綺麗で、窓からの眺めも良かったです。強いていえばトイレと洗面台が別々なので、運が悪いと用を足したあと手を洗えないことがあるくらいです。

Loved the vibe! Breakfast needs variety, but location is so convenient (across metro). Only downside was that A/C wasn’t working :(

Room was big and proper. We booked a 10 person hostel and had a really good stay in the hostel. The breakfast was not very vegan friendly and in the night it was a little bit loud. But for the price and our one night stay it was really nice!

Lage für Anreise und Erkundung der Stadt perfekt. Aussicht von Rooftopbar eine Wucht! Nur 1 Fenster in den Hinterhof. Matratzenqualität eine Katastrophe. Frühstücksauswahl sehr bescheiden. Würde ich nicht mehr dazubuchen.
