Non avevamo grandi aspettative ma riteniamo che il servizio di check in sia troppo limitato come orario. Pensiamo anche che in una struttura senza colazione un bollitore in camera e un distributore di acqua/bevande negli spazi comuni siano opportuni perchè gli orari dei negozi e dei locali a Vienna non sono molto elastici

Aceptable para el precio de la ciudad pero podría estar mejor en cuando a la limpieza. El baño tenía las juntas negras en la ducha y algunas de las siliconas tenía muuiuuuuucho MOHO. No cuesta nada quitarlo y poner eso bien. Un poco de dejadez ….. la verdad

Dit hotel mede gekozen op basis van de gunstige locatie ten opzichte van het stadscentrum en de redelijke prijs-kwaliteit verhouding. Alles bij elkaar kon het ermee door. De buurt is keurig netjes met voldoende (afhaal)restaurants in de buurt. Inchecken ging goed en snel. De kamer was ietsje smoezelig en zou best wat onderhoud kunnen gebruiken (bijvoorbeeld de douchebak die snel vol water stond en heel langzaam leegliep). Bed was okay, hoofdkussen waardeloos, gaf 0,0 ondersteuning. Geen airco maar er was een staande ventilator in de kamer gezet, erg attent met deze 30 graden hitte. Douche zelf was okay, de douchebak dus niet. Wifi werkte goed. Nauwelijks personeel gezien bij de receptie welke regelmatig afgesloten en donker was. Hierom is het zeer belangrijk om de sleutel van het hotel ten allen tijde goed bij je te houden zodat je er altijd in kunt c.q. om te voorkomen dat je moet gaan bellen met de eigenaar, als je je telefoon tenminste bij je hebt op dat moment. Anders kun je echt een probleem hebben! Het is bij mij altijd goed gegaan maar ik was hier dan ook heel scherp op! Uitchecken was ook heel makkelijk, gewoon de sleutels in een kastje deponeren. Al met al niet slecht maar verwacht geen luxe in dit hotel.

Not much room in the toilet though - my left knee kept banging against the piping for the zink. The hotel was cheap and okay value for money, but certainly closer to the two stars the hotels has, compared to the 7.2 rating it has. Not a super place, but not bad either. The reception was only open from midday to 5pm, but the communication about it was excellent. Location wise it was a bit too "far" from the absolute centrum, but it isn't that far away and there are good transport possibilities, so it's not really a problem. Plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The vinal verdict is "would I stay there again?", and yes I would. It wasn't worse than that, haha.

The room and bed was clean, the shower hot and the bed comfortable. Great location too. Simple but perfect for solo travellers. The communication around checking in could be clearer. I asked if i could store my luggage for a few hours after checking out and they said no problem, but sadly the reception was closed at 10 am on Monday morning - I used a storage service in Vienna instead. The toilet in my bathroom was also leaking (clean) water. It was an inconvenience but nothing I can't get over. Overall a good experience.

We stayed 7 nights at Arpi, and had a nice time in Vienna. We didn't meet the staff, as we came late and left early - but we had excellent comunication with them. New towels every day. Tidy room every day. Could not wish for more travelling on a budget.

Clean room, clean bed sheets, changed towels and worm oll day and night. Good warm shower. Good price. Perfect acomodation for a citybreak. Is close to city transport 3 minutes, to diferent lines so you have to chose from. Only downside would be the thin walls and the street tram, but it wasn't a problem for me after a whole day of walming I sleept like a rock

Ich war schon mehrfach dort. Einfaches Hotel in Laufweite zum 1. Bezirk. Gut geeignet, wenn man nur ein Zimmer zum Übernachten möchte. Frühstück wird (seit der Coronapandemie) nicht mehr angeboten. Spätcheck-In funktionierte problemlos. Zimmer wurde geputzt, das Bett jedoch nicht gemacht (3 Nächte).

Au niveau de propreté il n'y a pas de problème (on a pas besoin du ménage tous les jours si on reviens a l’hôtel que pour dormir). sur le site avait note que acceull s'ouvre a 7 heures. En réalité l’hôtel s'ouvre a midi Ce bien d'avoir une télévision dans la chambre mais il y a que une seule chaîne (avec débats des députes). Aucune chaîne international. Honnêtement je préféré avoir une radio ou une chaîne musical a la TV. J’aimerais avoir une bouilloire dans la chambre. Quartier est calme mais pendant 2 nuits dans le jardin il avait des bruits (livraison des matériaux - bois, fer...).

Super Lage im 8.Bezirk. Tramlinie war direkt vor meinem Fenster. Wen so etwas stört, muss vorher halt ein anderes Zimmer mit etwas entfernteren Lage anfragen. Gutes Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis.

Ho alloggiato in una camera singola spaziosa e con arredi nuovi e perciò avevo tanto spazio per poggiare le cose e un armadio per gli abiti. Nel bagno c'è l'appoggio per il beauty case e acqua sempre caldissima nella doccia, cosa non sempre scontata. La temperatura è gradevole e la tenda oscura abbastanza bene la luce esterna. In pochi minuti a piedi si arriva alla piazza del municipio e in centro città e la fermata dei tram è molto vicina, a dieci minuti quella della metro linea U6. Unico disturbo il passaggio dei tram nella strada attigua sino a tarda sera. Come altri ho riscontrato che la camera non viene riassettata ma mi sroge il dubbio che per volerlo si debba mettere il cartello!

Chambre spartiate et petite, mais avec une salle de bain privée et fonctionnelle. Pension bien placée, pas loin du centre et proche des transports (bus et trams). La réception n’est ouverte qu’entre 12 et 17h, si vous arrivez plus tard, il n’y a personne pour ouvrir. Je n’ai pas reçu le code d’accès malgré mes relances et j’ai failli rester dehors le premier soir… alors il vaut mieux appeler en avance. Pour les petits budgets et pour un voyage sans prétention.

Great hotel; staff was very welcoming and check-in was super easy. Rooms are perfect for solo / budget travelers, and they had everything I needed. Would definitely stay again and recommend.

The room and bed was clean, the shower hot and the bed comfortable. Great location too. Simple but perfect for solo travellers. The communication around checking in could be clearer. I asked if i could store my luggage for a few hours after checking out and they said no problem, but sadly the reception was closed at 10 am on Monday morning - I used a storage service in Vienna instead. The toilet in my bathroom was also leaking (clean) water. It was an inconvenience but nothing I can't get over. Overall a good experience.

We stayed 7 nights at Arpi, and had a nice time in Vienna. We didn't meet the staff, as we came late and left early - but we had excellent comunication with them. New towels every day. Tidy room every day. Could not wish for more travelling on a budget.

There was NO CHECK-IN!! Though I had written messages via Expedia AND called them that I would arrive late AND they promised to send me the information to get the keys … THEY DIDN'T. No cell phone to call them only an answering machine (that, obviously, nobody checked) … and so I ended up at midnight in Vienna without my booked room. You should de-list this (NON)-Hotel IMMEDIATELY: They treat their (and your) customers like stray dogs or cats, not like persons! WHAT A MESS!

Problème de communication pour l’entrée en possession des clés. Arrivée à 10.00 en l’ayant annoncé à l’avance, il n’y avait personne sur place et pas de réponse au numéro de téléphone. J’ai reçu un message vers 13.00 pour me dire que la chambre était prête et disponible. J’ai donc dû me promener avec mes bagages… Le reste du temps on ne voit personne du personnel. Chambre spartiate et petite, mais avec une salle de bain privée et fonctionnelle. Pension bien placée, pas loin du centre et proche des transports (bus et trams). La réception n’est ouverte qu’entre 12 et 17h, si vous arrivez plus tard, il n’y a personne pour ouvrir. Je n’ai pas reçu le code d’accès malgré mes relances et j’ai failli rester dehors le premier soir… alors il vaut mieux appeler en avance. Pour les petits budgets et pour un voyage sans prétention.

Super Lage im 8.Bezirk. Tramlinie war direkt vor meinem Fenster. Wen so etwas stört, muss vorher halt ein anderes Zimmer mit etwas entfernteren Lage anfragen. Gutes Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis.

Ho alloggiato in una camera singola spaziosa e con arredi nuovi e perciò avevo tanto spazio per poggiare le cose e un armadio per gli abiti. Nel bagno c'è l'appoggio per il beauty case e acqua sempre caldissima nella doccia, cosa non sempre scontata. La temperatura è gradevole e la tenda oscura abbastanza bene la luce esterna. In pochi minuti a piedi si arriva alla piazza del municipio e in centro città e la fermata dei tram è molto vicina, a dieci minuti quella della metro linea U6. Unico disturbo il passaggio dei tram nella strada attigua sino a tarda sera. Come altri ho riscontrato che la camera non viene riassettata ma mi sroge il dubbio che per volerlo si debba mettere il cartello!

Loved the appartments. Perfect balance for cost and service. With privacy to match. Great to leave and have breakfast just nearby then walk into the city centre or catch any of the many public transport options nearby.

The hotel is good for the budget friendly traveler. If you are looking for luxury this is not the place for you. It is very basic although for someone like me, I am good. One thing I noticed is that hot water fluctuates. In the winter time it should be consistent. Also, it is walkable to the major attractions in Wien, although there aren't much eating places nearby, though grocery stores are not too far. I just hope in the future, they would do away with the "no cancellation" policy. It would be good to give at least 24-48 hours cancellation notice. Majority of hotels nowadays follow that procedure.

Terrible experience. Instead of check in ust remote hand over of the keys through a box with a code. No staff in the hotel almost all the day. We paid higher price for a room with breakfast, but in the morning reception was closed and no breakfast provided. No staff in the hotel, nobody answered the phone. That is why even luggage storage was not possible and we had problem to leave the hotel and visit the city. It is not hotel, for sure not the 3 star. It is like a terrible Airnb room rental without any staff in the place. When finally somebody came at noon for cleaning rooms, there were no interested we paid for breakfast, only interest was where we gave the keys from the room. As we booked from hotels.com they were not interested in anything we booked with them. They said service is limeted due to some staff Injury we should follow the rules they sent by email a day before the stay. It is only rules valid by their opinion. There were not interested that it is radiccaly different from the conditions what were provided during booking. Even no interest for giving money back for not provided breakfast etc...

Dit hotel mede gekozen op basis van de gunstige locatie ten opzichte van het stadscentrum en de redelijke prijs-kwaliteit verhouding. Alles bij elkaar kon het ermee door. De buurt is keurig netjes met voldoende (afhaal)restaurants in de buurt. Inchecken ging goed en snel. De kamer was ietsje smoezelig en zou best wat onderhoud kunnen gebruiken (bijvoorbeeld de douchebak die snel vol water stond en heel langzaam leegliep). Bed was okay, hoofdkussen waardeloos, gaf 0,0 ondersteuning. Geen airco maar er was een staande ventilator in de kamer gezet, erg attent met deze 30 graden hitte. Douche zelf was okay, de douchebak dus niet. Wifi werkte goed. Nauwelijks personeel gezien bij de receptie welke regelmatig afgesloten en donker was. Hierom is het zeer belangrijk om de sleutel van het hotel ten allen tijde goed bij je te houden zodat je er altijd in kunt c.q. om te voorkomen dat je moet gaan bellen met de eigenaar, als je je telefoon tenminste bij je hebt op dat moment. Anders kun je echt een probleem hebben! Het is bij mij altijd goed gegaan maar ik was hier dan ook heel scherp op! Uitchecken was ook heel makkelijk, gewoon de sleutels in een kastje deponeren. It was a very small room, but the bed was comfortable enough and the shower was nice (but not super well kept). Not much room in the toilet though - my left knee kept banging against the piping for the zink. The hotel was cheap and okay value for money, but certainly closer to the two stars the hotels has, compared to the 7.2 rating it has. Not a super place, but not bad either. The reception was only open from midday to 5pm, but the communication about it was excellent. Location wise it was a bit too "far" from the absolute centrum, but it isn't that far away and there are good transport possibilities, so it's not really a problem. Plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The vinal verdict is "would I stay there again?", and yes I would. It wasn't worse than that, haha.

スーパーが近くにあり便利。夜はお店が閉まってるのと自販機ぐないので水のストックが必要。トラムがホテルの目の前を頻繁に通るので夜うるさい。ホテルスタッフは最高でした。お酒を飲まないらしく、ビールを友達にもらったビールをプレゼントしてくれました。本当にありがとうございます。

Clean room, clean bed sheets, changed towels and worm oll day and night. Good warm shower. Good price. Perfect acomodation for a citybreak. Is close to city transport 3 minutes, to diferent lines so you have to chose from. Only downside would be the thin walls and the street tram, but it wasn't a problem for me after a whole day of walming I sleept like a rock
