Parking lot and walkways were not cleared for snow Outside lighting was very poor: steps had no lighting, upstairs was completely dark, room light bulb was dull

The staff was great. The room was OK, except for the outdated furniture. The bathroom was tiny and the tub was in need of caulking. We had an upstairs room and the stairs were uneven. Three different riser heights. The balcony walkway was very narrow and had chairs that made it difficult to walk down.

Our stay at Mountain View lodge was amazing!! The room was clean, so cute and comfortable!! The shower had the best hot water and water pressure! Could have stayed in there for hours! It was quiet and peaceful. The communication was very detailed and we had zero problems! Would absolutely stay there again!!
