The check in was seamless and quick. The attendant in the front was friendly and polite. The parking lot was well lit. Location is just off IH35 near restaurants & Walmart. Location felt very safe. The property was very clean and maintained. The inside lobby was very clean with no odors. The main hallway was also very clean with no odors. The room was a basic double bed room with the usual amenities all present and working. The room was very clean with no stains or odors. It smelled clean. The bed was comfortable and I enjoyed watching some tv.

We used handicapped parking and it was right outside our door. The room was clean and comfortable. We didn’t eat breakfast at the hotel, our stay was just a short overnight last minute stay. It was very quiet no road noise being so close to I-35.

The fridge in the room didnt work. They said they didnt have another one to swap out. We were on the 2nd floor and the ac didnt work in the hallway. Very basic. The pool chairs and table were very worn, but the pool was clean and clear.

We had the first floor and they were jack hammering amd drill next door. There was a gap in the door dust gor in our room. No one warmed us or switched rooms. The owner just came in and told us they will finish soon. It took 30 minutes to finish. We jeust left to our event.

I am not sure if there is a certain time that the pool area should shut down but Last night seems like they partied there to way after 2am with loud music and yelling and screaming. I finally was able to fall asleep after 2 or 3. Tried calling front desk but nobody answered. You would think whoever is on duty would be mindful of the noise. Very disappointed with this place.

This room was not cleaned before we showed up. The person before had left the key to the room, a work hat and a broken house key in the room. The desk chair was soiled in unknown substance. The door knob on the front door and bathroom door are broken. I called and complained to no reaction by the desk clerk. The microwave was filthy, pillow case and blanket were stained and looked dirty. I honestly am going to request a refund and file a complaint. It was terrible there

There was trash behind my pillow when I went to bed the first night and after telling management, we still did not receive turndown service. The bathroom door came off the hinges on the first day (they did fix that at least), and the same two dead crickets were on the floor every day. Water pressure went down and water was ice cold when the neighbors were using their water at the same time. Overall, not a good experience.

I didn't like the fact that the coffee machine was complicated to use and that only one sugar per cup which had two cups. I mean it's a coffee pot so your drinking more than one cup especially if you have two people staying in the room. I shouldn't have to leave the comfort of the room to walk to the front desk and ask for sugar. The beds are hard, woke up with my back hurting.. other than that it was ok. I wouldn't go back though just because of my experience there.

Although the floor was wood it had not been cleaned in quite a while. Our white socks turned black. The room was the smallest I have ever been. The room did have TV, microwave, and refrigerator but did not use them. The shower/tub was so slippery that I had to hold onto the walls with one hand to keep from falling. No place for suitcases or closets. Shelves only and very small.

A/C and heat was either very hot or very cold and very very loud. There was no adjusting the old unit, haven't seen one of these in many years, The desk chair was assembled with the arms backwards! Very uncomfortable chair. Forget about drinking the nasty coffee in your room, yuck!

This place is in bad need of remodel, the shower curtains about to fall off the wall, so is the tile rack the drain stopper is missing in the sink and the tile in the bathroom floors all cracked up.

The front desk agent was very polite and helpful. The issue I had was with the room the light fixture didn't work. Only the bathroom light worked and the ac did not work aswell. The door didnt close properly their was a big enough gap that anyone passing by could see into the room.

The room I booked was not available and the desk clerk was argumentative when I explained he then voided the contract for the stay. He gave away the room that was specifically booked due to need and restrictions and we were given a substantially different room. Only stayed for one night due to this.

Room was dirty when we checked in. The staff was very rude and not at all welcoming. When we asked for another towel, they said they already provided 2 and they were out of towels. Their breakfast consisted of twinkies, chocolate cupcakes and stale fruit loops with expired milk. 100% would not recommend staying at this hotel!
