It was a great value. I would have rated it a five star but for a few things including the bed becoming very noisy on day three, the toilets in both rooms clogging up, the pool clear but still dirty after a crowd the night before, breakfast tasted poor. On the bright side, we all very much liked the hotel bc rooms were very clean, very attractive, well maintained, and maintenance came out and unclogged the toilets immediately. The pool was dirty to me but my teens didn't notice and they loved it. For the money we paid, I was easily able to overlook those few things I didn't like. Staff members or owners were all very nice. Great stay overall.

The gentleman at the front desk was very friendly and helpful, and checkin was smooth . The room was clean and the beds comfortable. The only issue we had was a rather tight squeeze getting out of the parking lot. We drive a truck, and if a truck parked on the end of the building it was a little trickier to get out, but we did OK.

Owners were nice, but the property was not as nice as the photos. Most annoying part was the lack of parking. Had to park at the business next to the Super 8 one night as the whole parking lot was filled when we got back. The property needs some updating, and a couple of blankets were dirty and hair was found in the shower. Overall for the price, I would stay again as the issues were small and mostly just an inconvenience, just know that you’re kind of getting what you’re paying for in comparison to the prices around Branson.

The hotel itself was absolutely great for the price and for a few days away. The man running it was the sweetest our room was pretty clean except the floors needed a good cleaning. Pool was nice parking is a little hard with a truck but he has additional parking right next door. Breakfast was good! Cons were all personal preference the comforter is like a curtain material and super thin I could not sleep I had to go buy me a comforter for the week and the tv is tiny. Not really big faults but things that could be improved.

Staff at front desk was friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and well stocked. The bed was comfortable. It was quiet, even though it seemed to be a full house. We didn't partake in the breakfast that was included, other than coffee but it looked appealing and had a variety of items. The price we paid was fair and we definitely plan to stay there again.

BEDBUGS!!!! Room infested, probably whole establishment, otherwise i would have rated it 8-9, Ruined start of our 3 week trip, left room at 1am to return home to combat any that might be in our belongings.

Sign outside read "Very Clean" but the rooms were anything but that. Should have gotten pictures. There were what looked like bug feces on the sheets. Blankets were not on the beds and had big stains on them. Shower was absolutely filthy and it was very apparent that they had not been cleaned since the last visitors that stayed in the room bc there was hair all over the walls and bottom of the bathtub. Shower curtain was covered on the bottom with mold. Bottom of the bathtub had grime all in it from a lack of cleaning for a long time. Obviously a family owned establishment and they were very kind and friendly but they just do not know the meaning of clean and that to me is the most important aspect of any motel/hotel stay. Skip this one because there are much cleaner options that are the same price.

We stayed here for 3 nights in room 206. The property was in a quiet area of Branson. Room was nice and looked recently updated. Beds were clean and comfortable. Had good hot water in the shower with decent pressure. I appreciate that the room was not carpeted, but also the floor wasn’t the cleanest, if I walked around with no shoes, the bottom of my feet were pretty much black. I ended up wearing flip flops so I didn't get the sheets dirty. Both bed platforms under the mattresses in our room were super creaky when we’d sit on the edge to get up, but were okay while sleeping. Other than that, the hotel is conveniently located and easy to get in and out of. It’s about 5 minutes from anywhere on 76, but doesn’t have the traffic hassle. It was a really great value and I’d stay there again.

The reason for 3 stars is because the first room was scary. I always check the bed first. Pulled back the sheets and we could definitely tell that the sheets hadn't been changed, they were covered in black pubic hair and some long hairs. The owner put us in another room immediately that I could tell was a model room. It was actually the room they use for pictures in their adds. I'll take it but we asked for no stairs and the direct path was stairs. He could of easily put us on the opposite side which was direct shot into a King,one bed, room which was our original request.

Was just a horrible experience from the beginning! Guy at the front desk was weird and just hateful! The Jacuzzi tub was nasty, had dirt all around the jets! Wouldn't recommend!

Our other hotel wouldn’t let us in early, so luckily this hotel let us have a room and into it early so we could get to a concert. The room was great, stocked, and ready to go when it mattered.

Staff was rude at check in, charged extra if you locked a key in your room, no one in the office in morning if need anything. If called front desk they hang up on you. Hated to give you towels during your stay.

The gentleman at the desk was very nice. He followed up on any requests very quickly. There was a tornado warning while there and they got all the guests to the basement quickly. You could tell he cared about what he was doing. :)

We liked the location of the hotel. Close to the downtown area. The manager, Jim was so helpful to us. And the night person was very nice and helped us when the key to our room would not work. All in all, the staff were great to deal with!

The manager of the hotel made sure that everything was taken care of for us. We received fresh towels every morning! That is what I liked most. The TVs need to be upgraded to a larger screen. Overall I will be staying here again!

The Good: Office staff was super friendly. And offered great instruction on using the key cards, and faucets in the room. The matresses are the most comfortable we have slept on in Branson. The Bad: The advertised "warm breakfast" had pictures of a waffle maker and other items. The warm breakfast was biscuits and watered down gravy, scrambled eggs and over microwaved sausage links. The orange juice was slightly watered down. The Ugly: The dining area had several tables, yet only 6 chairs. With a sign that stated you could not take the food out of the area. Thankfully, there was only 6 of us dining at the time. There was an option of 2 or 3 highchairs had some of us adults were a couple gymnists.

Fine place to stay, however, I purposefully chose it for the breakfast ADVERTISED!! The reason given for NO breakfast was that it is off season. THEN DON'T ADVERTISE IT!! TAKE IT OFF YOUR SIGN.

It is an ok place but if you are going because it has breakfast DON'T! The food was horrible. Gravy was like water, biscuit hard and eggs inedible, and no other choice to eat. Overall it was just ok. I would only stay again if it was free.

Very clean room. Staff was super friendly and helpful. We checked in close to 10 pm and we needed a couple extra pillows, the manager brought them to us right away. Breakfast was good scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits gravy, various cereals, toast, bagels, mini cinnamon rolls, mini chocolate muffins, coffee, milk, and orange or apple juice.. Excellent stay. Keep up the good job y'all are doing.

They advertise a hot breakfast....all they had was eggs, biscuits and gravy with no meat. The gravy was like soup. One other point was they provided absolutely no fruit for breakfast, not even a banana or apple. No yogurts.

The room was small, but it was clean enough and it worked for us. It is obvious that it's an older place but they do try to keep it up so I can't fault them for that. My biggest complaint is that the breakfast should not count as a breakfast. My husband and I are not big breakfast people but I do like something, but I don't consider that a real breakfast. I realize it was the off season and there weren't many guests so variety was limited which would have been alright if what they had was of sufficient size. They had a couple options for cereal, some bagels and toast, donuts and muffins. There was grape jelly but no strawberry and the donuts were like the mini chocolate hostess donuts that they put in the case and the muffins were also bite size. All in all we would rather they just didn't advertise for breakfast at all.
