Really enjoyed our stay here, the one bedroom was plenty big for our family of 5, and it was an easy walk to the subway, and getting downtown only took 10-15 minutes. The staff was great and we took advantage of valet parking.

Very good value for the money. Room was clean and spacious. All suites and small kitchen. Friendly helpful staff. Nice to have reduced rates at a parking lot across the street. Would definitely stay there again.

Functional, clean and well located property with good service. It lacks conveniences typically available on site in most hotels : restaurant, lounge or newsstand/gift shop but it is an extended stay property with in room kitchen. It certainly suited my needs and would stay at this property again

Some sort of breakfast would have been nice, but none is offered. Our tub did not drain well, and you'd end up standing in water up to your ankles when you showered. Our room was spacious and clean. Just the above few thing should be tweaked to improve the overall experience.

Hotel is within easy reach of Central Park and in an area with lots of great restaurants. Quieter than the areas around the main tourist attractions but easy walking distance of museums and galleries. Had to pay $21 per day per person for a resort fee (gym that we never use)! This was disappointing. Rooms spacious, clean and well maintained. Would stay again.

We had a nice two night stay here. We needed to be on the upper east side and it worked out well. Found free street parking a block away. Room was pretty good. Enough space with the two beds and seating area. And kitchenette was very convenient. Small gym but they have the basics. A bit pricy but we enjoyed the stay.

Nice convenient upper east side alternative on a quiet side street. Rooms clean, sparse, lighting a bit garish. Nice to have a full kitchen, as no restaurant on site. What really botthered me was that none of the drains in the bathroom worked, resulting in a clogged sink with a broken drain. Worse was the clogged shower drain, such that your feet are immersed up to your ankles sharing some else's shower water. Draino is cheap and the staff should be instructed on how to use it.

The ventilation system contributes to other room/ hotel guest bathroom smells wafting into your bathroom and there was an unfortunate smell of stale cigarette smoke in the room, which is supposed to be a non-smoking facility near multiple hospitals where patients and their families try to find respite. Front desk didn’t call back to help with the cigarette smells.

Our room had an old bandaid on the floor, food wrappers behind the bed and couch. The washroom shower had mold, no washroom fan to help remove moisture. There was a bad odour to the room, most likely the carpet or mold. Staff were very pleasant and helpful but we would not return nor recommend. If the hotel did a renovation, got rid of the carpeting, updated the washroom, put in fans, we would return and recommend as the area is great. Thank you.

The hotel is old and located in an extremely noisy area. We were on the 9th floor and at no time of the day was it quiet. The pictures are outdated and do not accurately represent the accommodations. Our bathroom sink was extremely slow to drain, and you could smell smoke through the vents. The carpet should be changed and that would make a world of difference. On the positive side, the staff were very nice and professional. The location is great, but I would not stay there again.

The room was such a great setup for our family of 6! The location was great, staff was great and friendly! My only complaint was the bathroom was really small/tight and the room overall could use a remodel/some upgrades. But for the price, location and overall size of the room being an apartment set up it was awesome! Would recommend!

3 night stay last weekend. NYC temps got to 70. The hotel did not have the central air system operational. Room was warm during the day and through the night. inquired at the front desk the first night and all the indifferent desk agent would say is " the windows open". Open windows in mid town Manhattan is a noisy experience, particularly with construction on the street right below starting at 7 a.m. both Friday and Saturday. the hotel should have turned on the central air! Very uncomfortable. Additionally, the mattresses were old and lumpy, bathroom dated. Would Not recommend.

Fantastic people room was big for my family of five had full refrigerator and other kitchen needs. It was off the main busy touristy streets but close enough to walk to them or quick cab ride around anytime even at night. Best part was staff was extremely helpful and nice more than happy to help!!!

We needed to be near Lauder Breast Center- perfect for that! We had windows facing the street. Windows didn’t offer any sound barriers- fairly noisy all the time- it is opposite Manhattan Ear, Nose and Throat. Also construction on buildings on the street. Room was spacious ( jr suite) and bed comfortable. Kitchen useful, but could have provided a roll of paper towels!

Amazing 2 bedroom upgrade with beautiful balcony and skyline view! So spacious, huge living room Wish I could book it for Christmas but it’s booked the entire month of Dec sadly!! Such a great value and perfect Upper East location!

Check in was a debacle despite it being after 4pm. We had to wait until 9.45pm for one of our beds to be made up despite being booked months in advance. Took a substantial $400 USD security payment (twice) which is yet to be returned and it’s been over a week since we checked out???Front desk staff were variable- some friendly and helpful others rude and incompetent. Felt sorry for the housekeeper (there was only one scheduled the whole hotel) she was working hard but there was too much for her to handle. Clearly profits to the financier owners were more important than servicing guests and supporting staff to deliver. It’s a nice location but badly managed. The kitchen was very poorly equipped- you couldn’t really cook anything much with the limited tools provided.

I didn’t like that has construction over my bedroom at 9 am, very loud hammering, really bad. I asked them to stop for 1 hour, till I leave the room, they stopped for 25 min and resumed it. Not nice. Also offers to book me a cab to EWR saying it would be $110 and the cab driver asked for $130 plus tip by the end of the ride. Besides that, the staff are friendly and welcoming.

There was no bell man or door man when I arrived. I had 4 pieces of luggage that I had to take to the 10th floor by myself. The key card did not work when I arrived at my room and I chose to call the front desk from my cell but I was put on hold for a long time and couldn't get through.

The hotel is on a quiet residential street in the UES with easy access to two subway stations and quick walk to both Central Park and the East River Greenway. My family of 4 stayed in a junior suite and had plenty of room. They staff was friendly and attentive and all amenities were clean and comfortable. The neighborhood has everything you could want within walking distance: Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, Walgreens, and tons of restaurants (plenty of pizza for the kids!). I would definitely stay here again!

The location was conveniently located within walking distance of Central Park and many good restaurants. My family of five just enjoyed a 5-night stay here. Our room was spacious and having a kitchen was a huge bonus. The location is great because the hotel is close to shopping, dining, the subway, and Central Park. It’s also on a relatively quiet street, but realistically, you’re going to hear some street noise anywhere in Manhattan. Contrary to other reviews, we found the staff to be extremely friendly and helpful! I would not hesitate to book this hotel again for my family. Recommended!

Great location with the subway just round the corner. The suites are a great size for new york and great if you are travelling with kids. The kitchen is well equipped and they even sent up a kettle for us to use for baby food. Only downside is a late checkout is not really avaliable because of the size of the property.
