Elevator out 80% of the time, significant amount of mold in the bathroom. The bed was at least somewhat comfy and great location, but I’d probably stay elsehwere

Staff was very friendly. My room was on the main floor directly behind reception. As a solo traveler made me feel safe. Can be somewhat noisy because of the foot traffic, but I’m from NYC, so used to having noise as I sleep. Perfect location.
