Hotel is in a great location as it’s minutes from incredible restaurants, bars, cafes and historical Montmartre sites. It’s a relatively clean and basis hotel. The one employee was so awesome one night. He saw me walking in with a bottle of wine so he made sure to get me two glasses, a corkscrew and a cup full of snacks. Cute touch! The negatives are that you cannot control the heat to your own room so our room was uncomfortably warm the entire time. Also, there is an advertised sauna for guests and when I went to use it, I was told it was €40. Neither of these things are deal breakers but good to know up front.

Great facilities, especially the gym and Sauna. They are available 24 /7. Great management and very welcoming. Great host.

This hotel makes claims beyond its capabilities. Examples: (1) the "spa" and "gym" is a single room in the basement, no windows, with two small saunas on on one side, about 4 exercise machines along an adjoining wall, two shower heads separated from the room only by a obtuse glass partition on one side only, open to the room on two sides, and a separate bathroom about 5 feet away behind a door. There is no staff in the spa, you have to notify the desk and then wait about an hour for one of the saunas to heat up. No obvious manicure facility, etc. (2) The "restaurant" is actually a dining room that is open ONLY for petite dejeuner four 3 hours each morning. (3) One receptionist on duty, no one to help with luggage, no concierge, only other staff we saw was one bartender for the tiny bar, one dining room attendant in the morning, and one cleaner. No room service. The single receptionists on duty were friendly and helpful, though. Finally, the hotel has neglected routine maintenance for a while: loose shower door handle, broken gasket at bottom of shower door leaks into bathroom, some grime evident at heights above 6 feet. Other than all that, it was a quiet, comfortable, reasonably roomy experience in a great location for exploring Montemarte. Had they dropped the fancy claims and advertised as a 3 star hotel, we would have been quite happy with this hotel.

Mom'Art Hotel is a fantastic hotel at the base of Sacred Heart, very convenient to restaurants, entertainment, and public transportation. Brigitte, the owner and her staff are very friendly, receptive, and go above and beyond to support guests, and answer questions. Staff here is down to earth, and helpful, giving restaurant recommendations, and other advice on the quartier as requested. I had never been to this hotel before, but now have a new base station for any time spent in Paris. I strongly recommend this hotel. Clean, comfortable, convenient and accommodating! I appreciate a good work-out room, which is a rare find in a small hotel in central Paris.

Le personnel est très agréable, Chambre de taille correcte, très propre et cosy.. Les chambres sur cour sont très calmes. dommage, il n'y a plus de restaurant, ni de véritable bar..je recommande vivement cet hôtel Petit déjeuner à 19 e c'est excessif.

Super well located in MontMartre, steps away from the Sacre Coeur. Although in a very busy area, the hotel is super quiet. You don't hear the street noise from inside the room. Staff was very nice and attentive (Fabio & the other guy - sorry I forgot the name, and also the owner, Brigitte). They have a Nespresso machine and a mini fridge in the room, and a good size elevator. The rooms are small (it's Paris!) but with good space to hang clothes, and even a small table if you need to work. We did not have the time to check the wellness area or have breakfast, maybe next time.

This is a lovely Boutique hotel where the owner makes herself known to you as she really cares about all of the Hotel Guests. Good size, modern rooms. Gorgeous Nuxe toiletries. Great choice at breakfast. Comfy beds. Close to metro and lots of restaurants close by. Would absolutely stay here again and recommend to others. Thank you for a lovely stay

We absolutely loved our stay at Mom Art. The hotel is cute and chic, the rooms are big and he service is excellent. I found the bed so comfortable and loved all the touches in the room. The sauna is excellent and really enjoyed starting out day there!

Hotel was fantastic. Very clean, great location and staff were very friendly. All the room amenities were well done, coffee machine, robes, beds and pillows. It was perfect for weekend in Paris. Don’t normally write reviews but needed to share. Also the recommendation for dinner at favorita across the streets was perfect.

This is a delightful hotel in the heart of the Montmartre neighborhood in Paris. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. We had a basic room so it was small but very comfortable. Everything was clean and daily housekeeping is done. There are scads of cafes and restaurants close by for dining. I will definitely stay here again if I come back to Paris.

The furniture was old/stained. Bathroom isn’t really private in the room. The doors are glass and not sound proof. There was a smell in the room. And the lobby. We definitely had to air it out.

Hotel was in an amazing location. Staff were friendly. Bed was very comfortable. A few issues, our room was opposite the lift so it was quite noisy. The air con was fixed at 16 degrees which when you have two menopausal women it becomes uncomfortable on a night. We asked for it to be lowered to cooler but were told it was fixed as there were colder nights ahead, no offer of a fan! Brilliant location for the concert we went to and within easy reach of the city in an Uber.

The staff were welcoming, helpful and the hotel was clean and well cared for. Only a short distance from the Sacre Coeur Our room was spacious with a well functioning rain shower. It became clear overnight though that the AC wasn't functioning properly. The temperature seemed to be set centrally but the fan didn't appear to be working. Consequently it was warm and stuffy overnight Breakfast was plentiful and varied

My husband and I visited 3 cities in Europe and stayed in 3 different hotels and we both concurred this hotel was the best of the three. A great part of the city but still the room was very quiet.

Good location with lots of restaurant choices. Very close to Basilique du Sacré-Cœur. Lovely traditional older building. Internally facing rooms would definitely benefit from better lighting - much too dark for us (and it was the end of summer). Probably wouldn’t return because of the lack of lighting but great place if it doesn’t bother you!

Incrível estadia. Serviço muito bom. Ótima localização perto de locais turísticos. Quarto aconchegante com decoração moderna. O chuveiro era incrível super relaxante. Cama boa. O único inconveniente achamos o quarto meio escuro com luzes fracas no banheiro e hall de entrada.

We recently had a great experience staying at the Mom'Art Hotel, and I can confidently say it exceeded all my expectations. Location: Mom'Art Hotel is centrally located in Montmartre; more specifically at the bottom stairs of Sacre-Coeur. We had the John Wick's stairs all to ourselves right after breakfast and practically alone at Sacre-Coeur. Moulin Rouge, Wall of I Love you, La Maison Rose many more, were within walking distance, which includes many great restaurants along the way. Getting here from CDG airport was easy by taking the RER B to Gare du Nord, then simply transfer to the Metro Line 2 and get off at Anvers station, then the Mom'Art Hotel is just a few hundred feet away. Service and Staff: Jessica helped us during our check-in. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by Jessica who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and memorable. Our room was spacious, good view and quiet. Check-Out was nothing short of exceptional, and how many hotels would have the owner wished you "bon voyage"? Well, at the Mom'Art Hotel, we did! Whether you're traveling for business or pleasure, the Mom'Art Hotel offers the perfect blend of convenience, comfort, and luxury. Its central location, outstanding service, and proximity to the metro make it an ideal choice for any traveler looking to make the most of their Montmartre experience. I can't wait to return to Mom 'Art Hotel on our next visit.

The room was clean and the staff is always warm and welcoming. This great little hotel is next to great restaurants, and not far from the metro and train stations. Its quiet location is around the corner from the beautiful Sacré-Cœur and a carousel.

This stay reminded me of a time lost in the glorious luxurious days of travel. We were met as if we were relatives staying over a couple days. The owner/proprietor, Bridgette, was simply the absolute BEST! She welcomed and entertained us with not only hospitality, but a sweet nurturing nature that you rarely don't experience anymore. She made sure whatever we needed, we were taken care of. The decor and the renovations made to her hotel felt nostalgic and cozy. Very stylish and the amenities needed for a very comfortable stay. Bridgette and her staff made our last nights in France truly memorable. Highly recommended to stay here while in the Montmartre district. Within walking distance to the Sacre-Coeur basilica.

Location was awesome. Service was meh. They did not replace towels thru our 3-day stay. Several light bulbs weee broken. Not quite what I had expected from a 4-✰ hotel.

We stayed here and did not want to leave! Bridgette and Fabio are amazing and all the staff were just lovely. We were treated like family and it made all the difference in our stay - I know Paris would not have been the same without staying here! I never imagined getting a good morning hug or ushered out the door with a kiss on a cheek and a tip for somewhere great to go, but that’s what we got! Perfect experience. The rooms were gorgeous, modern and clean, and have a fridge and a safe and A/C. Comfy beds! Beautiful little restaurant and the breakfast is yummy. I want to go back just to stay here! We wanted to take Fabio home with us in our luggage, but since we didn’t, everyone else will get to enjoy him - he has lots of knowledge about Paris that he is happy to share, so take him up on it! And take the river cruise - it’s a relaxing way to enjoy the sites and see the city.

Great stay. Disappointing end where concierge and taxi service work in tandem to overcharge guests to airport. Stick with uber - just order early enough.

Lovely little hotel, but a very strange interaction late at night with some other guests. 2 ladies somehow thought their drink would be comped for a reason my friend and I could not understand. But the interaction became very heated very quickly and was quite unprofessional by the night manager. I am not sure who was right or wrong, but it became way more angry than I expected.

Mom’Art is my favourite place hotel in Paris. The location is fantastic in a quiet road in the middle of libely Montmartre. Can’t wait to go back!

We've stayed here a couple of times and would happily stay again. The welcome is always so good, nice rooms and a really nice breakfast. Location is really conveient for Monmatre and a 10 minute walk from Gare du Nord.

Perfect place to explore Montmartre. 1 block from Sacré Couer. The staff was so nice and very accommodating and the breakfast was good every morning. We started in Monmartre because we were attending ding a musical show. We found some great local restaurants. Bobby for Pizza was amazing!!

Really enjoyed my stay here. Not only was it located in a great area but the room was well laid out, spacious (hard to find in Paris) and clean. We ended up paying for breakfast one night which was really delicious as well. Would definitely stay here again

Hotel was beautiful and clean. Staff were kind and very helpful. Lovely breakfast buffet. Convenient location that was walkable to shops and restaurants.

We had 2 rooms for the 4 of us, they have a beautiful area for breakfast, the food is all kosher and they baked their own croissants. The owner was super nice and friendly. The day we left, our Uber driver couldn't figure out how to get to us due to road closure, she talked to the driver and had one of the employee helped us with our luggage and walked down hill to a main street for pick up.
