Wonderful hotel in a great location with great views across the city. The hotel restaurant is excellent with a lovely ambience and fine dining. Nicely appointed modern rooms with good air conditioning and quiet/peaceful. Also the pool and gym are very good too. No complaints.

This property was everything that I imagined it to be and more. The staff did an amazing job making sure that the experience was welcoming and spectacular. The restaurant is excellent. The spa is top notch. The hotel is modern and has a great ambiance. I highly recommend this property.

This is contemporary hotel in a prime location. Best amenity is the roof top bar with an amazing almost 360 degree view of all the highlights of Paris. Worth staying a few nights for sure!

I am over 40 and I was thrilled that the staff were young ppl. They tend to get involved in their jobs and chat to guests. I enjoyed the diversity especially coming from Trinidad and Tobago where diversity hits you in your face. Cynthia is 10/10/10 hosting breakfast. We thoroughly enjoyed how she tried to make everyone comfortable. Bless her! However, can you make it clear on the website that the spa isn’t free. Other than that the hospitality was superb. The young guy did enjoy driving our vehicle. I enjoyed my stay thank you! Hotel is clean and modern. Well done guys!!!

Check in sehr holprig und wir hatten zwei Stunden Zeitverlust dadurch. Der Pool ist sehr ungemütlich und lädt nicht zum entspannen ein (Badekappenpflicht) da recht unschön gestaltet.

We checked in around 2:30p and was told we had to wait till 3pm when housekeeping released the rooms. Even though the welcome drink was good, the wait was absolutely not welcoming. Asked about the gym and pool hours, we were told from 7 am onward the next day. However we were glad we visited the gym and pool before dinner, to find out that due to a bank holiday, the gym would open at 9am. Shouldn't the front desk know that too? The lobby is beautiful. We did swim a little that afternoon so that we wouldn't miss the chance of using the rare long pool, the only reason we chose this holiday. The next morning, we left for the airport before 9. The room was very modern, clean and well designed. The commanding view from the Bar was a great reason to stay at this hotel too. The complimentary minibar of non alcoholic beverages was appreciated. Overall, a lovely stay though very short.

This is a very modern, clean hotel. The service was excellent and the staff was friendly. The bar and restaurant was very convenient and the food was delicious. We enjoyed the observation deck, where we watched the fireworks for Bastille Day.

We loved our stay SO much (get it). But seriously, this is a new and modern hotel. The room was spotless, the bathroom was fantastic, and the bed was so comfortable. We had a beautiful view of Paris. The restaurant was delicious, and the staff was friendly and helpful. One of my favorite hotels!

The hotel was at an excellent location, chic decor, spotless and had great staff. The few quirks -- its low ceiling, but one side of the room is a very large window and made the room airy (try to get the river view -- fantastic!) and the sink area (close to bed) is not enclosed, so that you might be disturbed by your mate using it if you wake up at different times.

Kamer werd niet gekuist, moest om 18u zelf gaan vragen om kamer te kuis, dag nadien geen propere glazen, rest van de wijn van dag ervoor stond er nog in, vlekken op de zetel. ook eten in restaurant was slecht, koud, geen broodjes, maar wel broodjesbord, waren saus vergeten maar fotos maken met klanten had men wel tijd voor

Reception and restaurant staffs are very friendly and helpful. Room is very clean and very comfortable. Breakfast is perfect and this is one of the signature point of this hotel. I chose a rooftop room to enjoy the view of Paris, unfortunately, we were assigned to a lower floor(8th), so the view was not good at all. There were offices right in front of us, and we could see people coming and going all the time during the day, which was disappointing.

Very modern hotel. - liked the decor of the room a lot - pop and warm colours - good location to shop and go to touristic spots - beautiful view of Paris from 15th floor where the breakfast is served - good quality of breakfast - concierge was able to give us accurate advise on where to go for shopping - loved the uniform of the hotel staff - very stylish - one thing to advise for the future - we requested several things to reception / considerate such as bring the delivery to the room or find the items that we might have left somewhere - we get response that we will take care of, but never get the response how it went, so we needed monitor the progress and check it so many times.

We got a bottle of wine with two delicious cakes. The hotel is in brand new condition with nice views. We had to change the room due to toilet privacy and were glad that 2 room configurations exists.

SO/ Paris is a lovely hotel with an excellent location near the Port Sully and Ille Saint Louis. The rooms are chic, generously sized and comfortable. Every aspect of the hotel deserves high praise, but by far the most outstanding is the staff. Everyone from Jesus, the main bellman, to the concierge staff to the wait staff and housekeeping was amazing- warm, friendly, helpful. We will return.

We loved the amazing views from our room, which was very comfortable. We travelled with a baby and managed to have our baby bottles sterilised by the room service team (after putting them in microwaveable sterilisation bags and giving lots of instructions to the team). Food from the hotel was good, though for the prices we were expecting a bit more. Sadly, the service was consistantly poor throughout our stay, be it the room service (we had to have a lot of back and forth discussions to ensure they would actually deliver what we were ordering, and among multiple blunders, we were overcharged once and given an already open jar of honey once), the restaurant service (the manager ended up reimbursing our breakfast orders to apologize), the Codage spa reservation team (45 min of back and forth to ensure we would get access to the hamman before our treatment and it turned out they didn't even end up booking the hammam and booked a 90 min treatment instead of a 60 min one), and the hotel reservation team ended up charging us for an extra bed we didn't ask for or get and that we had to contest.

We stayed here for part of our honeymoon. The location was excellent and the room was spacious for Paris. Front desk staff appeared immature, does not know how to apologize and absolutely knows nothing about service recovery. Requested water to be sent to the room, never got the water, even after making the request twice. Had to walk to the store to buy water. Instead I got a voucher for 2 drinks at the bar. Didn’t want alcohol, I needed H2O. They never apologized when they messed up my check in and the issue with my CC. Stay was ok but it appeared there were no senior staff on duty maybe more customer service training is warranted.

A true gem in one of the most coveted neighborhoods of Paris. Close to all the historic sites, Notre Dame, Saint Paul, le Marais, etc. It is centrally located and easy walking distance to a tons of attractions. The hotel itself is amazing! The decor, the amenities and the service were all top notch! I had one of the best sleeps of my life there. The personel was all very attentive and helpful throughout my stay. I have found my new pied a terre in Paris for future visits to the City of Lights. SoParis is an absolute must!

We really enjoyed our stay at SO Paris. Excellent central location, easy access to Metro and walkable to major landmarks including Bastille and Pantheon! The hotel is brand new / renovated recently (2022) The room was spacious and had a lovely view towards the Bastille and surrounding historic buildings. Only nit is that the toilet is tiny and there's no towel rod in there. However the bathroom is nice and luxurious. Staff was caring and attentive. Our concierge helped get us reservations at restaurants nearby and also gave great recommendations for where to go / restaurants that were vegetarian friendly. We especially loved the boulangerie downstairs (They're not associated with the hotel, but their croissants were the best!) I think the hotel can do a few things better to earn a 5* review though: Breakfast options: While the view from the upstrairs restaurant is amazing, the breakfast options were not as great as we expected. The pastries and croissants in the buffet did not meet the bar we were expecting from a well known French brand like SO Paris. Nothing remarkable about the omelet and crepes as well. The corner boulangerie had some excellent pastries that we ended up going for everyday instead.

An amazing hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff were outstanding. Tom at reception was so welcoming and helpful. The location was perfect to take in all the tourist areas without being stuck in the middle of the noisy parts of the city. Would absolutely recommend this hotel.
